Worst employee of the month and their punishment! (Patreon)

Running a company as a CEO might sounds cool and all in the front but it is actually can be very stressful, look at this big cat guy for example, he is the owner of the small trading company, well, not that big deal but it works for him anyway, and to be fair, he can’t think about how he can running bigger company then this because as it is now, it already gave him lot of headache!

While he is not the type who playing the blaming game, he can’t help but think his employees are the reason why he’s in a tight spot right now, they seems to not be able to do what he asked them to do and most of the times, he have to clear their messed or do it himself, ugh, he hired them for a reason, you know? If he have to do it himself in the end, why bother recruit an employee in the first place, he kind of want to fire them but… That’s too sudden, maybe he should come up with some kind of punishment and maybe they’ll work harder? Can’t say… But this is worth to give a try!

And here we are, the first month after this CEO cat decided to start punishing the bad employee, oh, and if you think he will just cut the salary or something, wrong! He shrunk that said employee and then… He put them on his Q-tip! Oh no! This is not looking good… I guess we knew what he trying to do here, eh? If not the ears, he might go for his nose… And seems like we about to get answer, as the cat now needed to use his new Q-tip for his nose! No! Boss, please! I’ll work harder! Just let me out of the hook for this one!!! Sorry! Too late, the boss already been nice enough, time to play a role of cold boss for now! XD!!! And poor employee now has to face his punishment head on… Literally!

Don’t worry! This cat will let anyone he punished go later… If he can remember, I think he just went with his head and just tossed them away like any used Q-tips should be… He’ll remember that he will have to let them go back to work eventually…

And he’s not that bad since if someone becomes best employee of the month, he will reward them! With more Q-tips! Packed with bad employees since one Q-tip is not enough! LOL!!!
