Shrinking is not a best move for the thief after all… (Patreon)

In a world full of magic, people use it in their daily basic things left and right, and of course, while most people using magic to do good things, there is going to be some using them for bad things too! Some thieves out there who thought it would a great plan to use shrinking potion to do a thief stuff, I mean, on paper, it sounds like an effective plan, thieves are usually want to go as low profile as possible so becoming something so small and people cannot see if not focusing would be an ideal for them, and with small size, they can just find some hole in the hole or door and go in without having to find a key or something like that, I can’t blame them for thinking this would be a great idea but when you think about it, it kind of really hard after that, right? Let’s say, you shrunk and snuck into the treasure room of some rich dude, how are you going to carry things you got, since you are small, you can’t carry that much, growing back is a bit too risk, you cannot use the path your used to get in to go out, staying small is also risk of being found and ended up hopeless to fight back, even the dumbest guard in the world can be a scary in that size, because they’ll be like a giant and stuff, however, this little rat guy is not worry about that, he been using shrinking potion for his thief job for a while and even now, he is still using it, he is not even carry a grow potion anymore, no need to have a counter plan since he never fail, he can just shrink, taking thing as he can, go out, wait for the potion to wearing off and then a job done! What could go wrong, right? Well, it cannot go wrong, at least until someone finally figured his plan out and planning an ambush by waiting in the shadow for them to show up where they wanted them, that’s it!

And this rat, after he heard a false rumor that was spreading around as a plan, a rumor about a room full of rare treasures, he quickly went there, didn’t even think for a second that it sounds too good, it could be a trap, no, it way more clearly that is a trap, right? However, greed seems to covered all of his judgement and the rat just blindly rushed to that said room, which also prepared beforehand as a plan, and ready to get himself a rare treasure, sadly, this crocodile guard is there, waiting for him, and now with him here, time to catch this shrunken thief!!!

As I said, in this size, you have no hope to win, this rat didn’t even bring the grow potion with him so he now having to face this crocodile in this size, ugh, talk about how unfair! And the battle ended really quick, the moment he tried to dodge the massive slamming hand from the big crocodile and jumped in front of his waiting mouth… Well, feeding time, I fear! LOL!!! With a big gulp, the crocodile’s job for tonight is done!

In the belly of the beast, the rat now starting to regret the choice he made, maybe next time, if he can get out from this place, he’ll use grow potion for his thief job instead, like, he’ll just carry the mansion of the rich people away, just like that, maybe it will prove to be better than this… Right? Well! Worth a try!
