Summoning a being called The Devourer…? Sure, what could go wrong? (Patreon)

This cat guy here is a summoner, well, a rookie one, but hey, people are all must have a starting point somewhere, right? You can’t just walk in into some career and already becomes a pro on the very first day… So, what that he’s a rookie summoner, doing this long enough and he’ll become a pro, right? Well, that’s a nice way of thinking, at least… Ahem! But we are out of the mark, let’s roll back a bit! This cat just got himself a very special old tome, which this will allowing him to summon the being called The Devourer of the deep, sounds like a real character, eh? Of course, you might start telling me like, umm, maybe you shouldn’t do that? You know? Summoning that thing, like, it is not going to be good, it will turn on you for sure, which you might be like, a being like this one is hard to control, but don’t you worry, you see, in this world, when you trying to summon something, you got two option, one is to use a spell to summon random thing and hope you got something good and nice enough to not betray you, which the spell should keep them for some level, like, if you summoned a golem, you should be able to use it for a while, but if you’re not careful, it might turn back and start hitting you… For second option, the tome. If you found one, it’s your lucky day, since in that tome, it will have a spell that letting you summon a powerful being, and as long as you got the book with you, the being you summoned out from the book, will have to accept you as their master no matter what, no more worrying about them attacking you as long as you hold on tight to the book, eh? And to mention those came from the book are way stronger than regular summoning spell too… If you not lose the book, that’s it!

Anyway! This summoner cat finally summoned The Devourer of the deep out and here it is, a big frog? Oh well, I’m sure this being true real is somewhat hard to understand or too much for people to look at so it came in a form that easy to understand, you don’t want thing that you just summon to fly your head before you can even command than to fight for you, right? It is not going to be fun XD!!!

But as this summoner cat is about to give an order to this big being in a form of a giant frog, the devourer decided to itself that this little guy is not worth to hear, to be fair, in the past, he never taking order from the mortals, and just because this guy holding the tome, it is not going to be a free pass! Come here little guy, to my belly where you always belong!!! And the tome? Ha! If I use my tongue like this, and then push here, and done! I got the tome! Without this, you are nothing but food now… Oopsie! Guess that’s works…
