The tale of Issunboshi, to be eaten, again, again and again! (Patreon)

Hey, do you guys know a tale about Issunboshi, since it is a tale from Japan, not sure if it is well-known or not, if not, let’s give a quick run about the tale, it is about the boy who born in a very small size, like a micro little guy, in you think about it, he then went to serve the rich noble, king or something, depending on the version, fall in love with the noble’s daughter or some version is a princess, then Issunboshi able to fight the Oni that tried to kidnap the woman even compared to the Oni, he’ll be very small, after the Oni ran out, it leaving a wishing hammer behind, the princess used it to grow Issunboshi to normal size and marry him, happy ending! But you know me by now, right? That I’m not going to make a happy ending here, yup! Let’s make a bad ending! LOL!!!

As you can see, look like the Oni is about to eat the poor Issunboshi, well, in the tale, he often getting eaten (Depending on the version you read) but able to come out later using his needle sword attacking from the inside, but my version, the Oni make sure Issunboshi is unarmed so he can’t do nothing to escape! Just a snack for big Oni! But as my Issunboshi seems to already accepting his fate to be a food, I mean, when he digested away, this will be over, right? Just then, he heard someone snapping a finger and then… He’s back, outside, with different Oni from before, he also about to eat him there… W… Wait!? What!?

What just happened!? Wasn’t he eaten by that big Oni, but now the Oni that holding him is a new one, and it is about to eat him again!? Was that some kind of hallucinating? Oh well, no time to think, this new Oni is about to eat him anyway, and he, once again, have no weapon to fight back, let’s make this the end then... But as he got eaten, the same snapping finger sounds can be heard again…

Back outside again with the new Oni, wait!? What’s going on here! He doesn’t get it at all! Now he is with the brand new Oni again, he also about to eat him, and when that happened, he heard snapping again and then back to outside with another new Oni, again and again and again…! Wait! Hold on! Don’t tell me, he’s trapping in some kind of time loops where he’ll get eaten like this over and over!? Is that it!? It almost like someone toying with his fate, this is some kind of punishment from the deity out there!? How many times he has to be stuck in this endless being eaten loops over and over with different predators like this!? Help!!! Or if the deity out there heard my cry, please stop toying with me!

Well, not a deity or something, just the artist toying with you, that’s all, yeah, it’s me! I just want to draw Oni eating Issunboshi so I did, but I also tried a lot of Oni characters for fun! Not just standard Oni, but furry Oni and even robot Oni too! LOL!!! Deal with it, that’s what it like being my prey character! Hope he’ll be fine, I am going to toy with him more and more, not just today, but in the future too! Oh well, he’ll be fine, I think! I hope you enjoy this one!
