A history lesson!

When I first concepted Rabica, he was Xeno Latte's son. What separates Xeno Latte from normal Latte is the fact that she experienced all of Super with the Z Fighters before being brought into the fold with the Time Patrol. In the Moro Arc, and what may be her most traumatic situation, Moro swipes a piece of her, cleanses it with magic, and creates his own Majin--exactly like how Grand Supreme Kai created Latte herself.

The rest of his story in short--Moro betrays him much like his other subjects, Latte seals him into a Mafuba urn, and he spends a great amount of time in a Galactic Patrol lockup, sort of abandoned and bitter overall.

Moromajin Rabica was then later retooled into our normal Rabica, main character of Part 2 and everything. But this first iteration has stuck around as a plot point in the Xeno Latte lore, and as Rabica's resident Evil AU Variant.
