So, on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 = finished), where would you rank these respective stories?

Jeez, ask the hard questions why don't you. Fate - 4? 3? out of ten. Depends on how many chapters I want to devote to world building to cover the (50? 45?) plus years from the current day in the fic to the events of the War of the Ring, Saruman's betrayal and so forth. FILFy - 8 out of 10. I can see the end ahead of me and it's going to be something like five chapters or so. It honestly depends on how large each of the fight scenes to come will be LOL, but there's a hell of a lot of work left to do. Magic - 6 out of 10. We're past the middle point, but the ending isn't in sight, and there's still a lot of things I could see adding in. The Ssi-ruthi, the Clone's betrayal, the Muur Talisman, if Palpatine has a clone on Wayland, etc... Hope that all makes sense.

Unless my yearly deep dive back into middle earth lore and The Lord of the Rings itself has triggered this lmao. Something I’m now thinking after picking up my little yearly accumulation of new knowledge of the lore is wondering how tf the ring is actually gonna be destroyed now. Because it was only through Eru Illuvatar’s interference in making Gollum slip that even let it be destroyed! Like on my first read through I was like oh damn! How are Sam and Frodo gonna make it to Mordor?! But after finding that little tidbit of knowledge I’m damn near hysterical! (Not really but you get the point😂)
