Hello all. Tis the 9th of April and I am about a fourth of the way through ATP, but more importantly (at least in conjunction with this post), Making Waves is also finished and off to my first MW beta reader. As such, I thought this an appropriate time to pose a few questions once more. Only one or two of these are really important questions, they are mostly opinion questions or requests for help in slotting correct character A into plot concept B, with a smattering of questions about minor plot points.  But I would appreciate your opinions on them regardless.

First I suppose should be the two questions I have about Patreon.:

1. I have been reading the little exit survey lines for several months now, and while I can’t do anything about the two most major reasons (never intended to stay, financial situation changed) people give for leaving, one caught my eye: I am unsatisfied with the patreon services. So I am asking if any of you can think of ways that I could be using this page better than I am.

2. Secondly, I was wondering if people would like to see me go back to the two stories on fanfic two stories on here format? Specifically with MW and Bhaalson Remodel or perhaps my Sword, Bow and Horse. I have to admit I would really like to play around with Tonks and Harry getting to know one another, and then heading out into the world of BW, and I would rather like to show Ranma the-no-longer-a-virgin LOL.  And MW, well we’re about to get into some of the more interesting stuff, with the whole Edolas arc coming up while my world building continues in the background. Or, would people like to keep the current format of only one patreon work a month, but put it up for a separate vote? That is, a vote only for the patreon only work every month. {note, I would reserve the right to end such during multi-chapter arcs, regardless of the story in question – cliffhangers are evil and should not be left to hang for too long}

Now on to specific questions.

SW questions:

1. I am looking for two Male Jedi masters to add to the younglings when they are shipped into the Ruusan temple to offset Fay and Lily – yes the Jedi would see it like that. I would like one human, one nonhuman. I have an idea for one of them, the short looking, very elderly alien master who was an expert on the criminal underworld, but I can’t remember his name.

2. Given his importance to canon, despite how I’ve utterly sidelined him in this fic, do I need to show what Anakin’s been up to, and how he’s grown in the next chapter of Horse?

3. This is for both fics really. I would like to know the name of some Clone Wars era Confederate admirals, I know only two beyond Grevious. These would be throw away disposable characters just so you know LOL. Competence is not a necessary talent here LOL.

FILFY questions (questions for GDHWOM will start to matter after the next chapter):

1. I’d like everyone’s opinions on Le Fay and Arthur as characters. I have plans for them long term, I am just wondering what people think about them, and if they enjoy them as I’ve portrayed them. And were any of their other family members ever introduced in canon?

2. Ophis. Is she an evil dragon woman who simply believes her ends justify all means making her a villain, or a spoiled little girl who needs to learn other people matter? I personally can’t really make up my mind.

3. After Yasaka who, among the ladies already showing interest, should be the next to jump on the Staff of Potter? At this point, it is just a matter of deciding which would be the next, and if that would cause the remaining any angst, a question I’m struggling with.

ATP: easily the most important of the questions here in terms of plot this is a really long term question, as in three chapters down the line. But it’s one that came to me recently:

1. Apocalypse. Is he obsessed enough about proving mutants are stronger than humanity that he would ignore the threats from space and the fact humanity is slowing drawing together against them? Or… should I do something that no one else has ever done, and bring him in as more of an anti-hero, like Doom and have him see this new threat as the real war of survival of the fittest?

Making Waves questions:

1. What should happen to Anna (Edolas Lisanna) during the Edolas arc? Should break up with Natsu and go back to her siblings and guild, or stay with Natsu and break their hearts? Or should all three just never get the chance to join the arc at all so she’s never tempted?

2. This is for fans of the canon: The Wizard Saints. Are they really the chumps I remember from watching Hyperion or whatever his name was school them, or should I show them as being strong before that moment?

3. Are Natsu and Gray interesting enough characters that I need to show their growth in the future after Ranma returns from his latest trip?

So yeah, simple questions this time around, nothing major to really argue for or against. But again, I would just like everyone’s opinions and help to figure out these questions.

I would say for Anna that she is not involved period.

Legomir172

mw q3 Gray is Natsu isnt

Alejandro Kalansky

FILFY questions: 1 I like how you are showing them for now 2 I like "a spoiled little girl who needs to learn other people matter" better Making Waves questions: 1 All three just never get the chance to join the arc at all so she’s never tempted 2 They should be strong, maybe not super but stronger than normal guildmasters. 3 Yes

Alastor God of Vengeance

If Ranma is involved at all with Edolas then it will be resolved much faster so have the three of them on a mission or a recuperating vacation and don't involve Anna, she's more than happy where she is

PublicLee Speaking

I don't know enough about the others, but I think that Apocalypse should also try to help against the threat from space. He can't show that mutants are superior if both sides have been killed by aliens, after all. I would say that his help would be very subtle, unlike Doom, and it may be a bit before the characters even realize he's helping.

Tellemicus Sundance

SW 1) I believe the one guy was Teras Sinube. For the other, how about an OC? SW 2) Yes, Anakin DOES need some background added to him, especially since his training and experiences will have been COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from canon. MW 1) Yes, Anna SHOULD be part of the arc since it pertains to her past and potentially future. But I don't think you need a definitive answer right now. Better, you should have her (and us) constantly asking that very question throughout the whole arc, build up arguments for both sides, build tension and uncertainty, and only reveal the choice at the moment of truth, which choice it may be. MW 2) Yes, they deserve a moment to shine. MW 3) same as #2

AR

for the Patreon, I've been happy with the content and early access... but I'm here mainly to support you and enjoy the fics. I can't say I'm looking for anything more, but certainly wouldn't turn it down. :) for the voting pattern... whichever way results in more Bhaalson Remodel - loved those games when they came out (BG2 + Throne of Bhaal remains my favorite cRPG period) and love the story you've got so far ATP: always in favor of something no one has ever done, as long as you can sell it. One of the weaknesses of the x-men series to me has always been the one-note villains, and I've been very happy of your treatment of Doom thus far (though he's always been more interesting than most). FILFY: 2 - I've always seen Ophis as very naive and self-centered (justifiably), though "spoiled" doesn't quite fit my mental image. I'd lean more towards the redeemable side, but ultimately as long as you make her more interesting than Harem Member 47, I'd take it. MW: 1 - I'd say stick with Natsu, even if she has the choice. She's got a real relationship going, and her family would, I hope, wish her well even if they miss her. 2 - they've always struck me as chumps with access to trump cards... when someone has a better trump card, or takes theirs away... they fold 3 - Never cared for Natsu in canon, and your version has all the traits I dislike... so honestly the less screen time for him the better. Gray, on the other hand, is on a very interesting arc and anything to distinguish him from "Natsu's rival" is a plus

The Dark Wolf Shiro

A anti hero apocalypse would be amazing, and I think it would make sense that he would protect earth, even if he would likely go back to attacking humans once the invasion was over

The Dark Wolf Shiro

Have you thought about Kuroka as a harem member, I’ve always liked her character, and she’d want to be close to Koneno who is basically Harry’s adopted daughter in all but name now

Thomas Edwards

I seem to give long answers but I'll try to keep this one short lol! Patreon: 1. Personally I've been happy with how you've been doing things so far. unfortunately this means I can't help you lol. 2. I'd be happy with either option, but if pushed I would say I like the idea of 2 Patreon works since I'm really enjoying what I've read of them so far. Star Wars: 1. I believe you are thinking of Tera Sinube, I only know that since I recently re-read Havoc Side of the Force. Though I like the idea of having him as one of them. Another option would be someone like Ima-Gun Di who can teach them tactics etc. though given his name and skills he may be better off as part of Harry's crew. As for a Human Jedi it's a bit harder since many have skills that would be best off on the war front, though either Roth-Del Masona or maybe Cin Drallig could work, given they may wish to send some defenders etc. along with the younglings. 2. A brief overview of any major changes and the like would be good to know, especially his relation to Micah would be good to see. But it would not need to be in depth. 3. CIS admirals: I can only think of Trench and Sev'rance Tann that stand out, mainly since the latter was a Chiss but wouldn't really call them Disposable lol. For disposable admirals though someone like Lok Durd or simply one of the random Super Tactical Droids may work if done well. FILFY: 1. I liked how you' portrayed them so far, I don't think any of their relatives were introduced, but I never got that far into the manga. 2. She's always come across to me as simply uncaring and well Inhuman really in that concepts like compassion and consequences of her actions are alien to her, which leaves a lot of room for you to decide how to take her character I suppose. 3. Personally I'm torn between Yubelluna and Kala, though I think Kala given her changes so far probably deserves it lol. ATP: I like the idea of him as an anti-hero but would like to see him beaten down first by Harry or Others and forced to consider things afterwards rather than jump straight to anti-hero. MW: 1. That's a tough one, but ultimately I think she needs to go back to Edolas for a bit of closure if nothing else, I can see it being a tough choice for her but ultimately deciding she's built a life for herself in Earthland and wants to go back with Natsu etc. and live that life. 2. I can see a mix of both working, having some such as the four Gods being incredibly strong while others are completely eclipsed by them so appear weak in comparison. 3. If the growth is relevant to the future plot maybe show it as scenes to break up Ranma's trip but if not maybe just a brief overview or shown when they next meet Ranma could work.

David P.

For MW: I’d avoid giving Anna the temptation. Just so long as her siblings find out she’s doing fine. For FILFY: I’d vote for Kala as next girl. (Side note: I really hope the number of included females doesn’t grow too high. I personally think that once you go above 4 it’s just gratuitous. But you do you.)

Wesley

On ATP: I would find turning the force of nature Apocalypse into an anti-hero very entertaining. To see him enter into the long term stage as he attempts to prove the superiority of his own path, while also keeping the Kree from wiping out all life on Earth. On Making Waves: While dragging Anna, Lisanna, and Natsu along to Edolas would facilitate their character growth/ or turn them into puddles of angst as Natsu's draconic instincts demand that he keep both his mates, while Anna agonizes over family made vs family born. That feels more like the sort of agony you shove onto he main character, which you have pointed out a couple of times, Natsu is not. Second on Making Waves: please give the Wizard Saints some glory moments. They got hyped up throughout the series and then got one-shot like a bunch of chumps. It did not highlight how powerful Hyperion was, it disappointed me with their weakness. Finally on Making Waves: While Natsu and Gray are not terribly interesting in relation to Ranma's story in Earthland, they are key components to the dynamic of Fairy Tail, which makes it important to show them off once in a while if you plan to have continue having protracted contact with that guild. Thus ends my answers.

MinotaurKing

Patreon: 1. I can't think anything more you could be doing. 2. A separate poll for the patreon only story would be good I think.

MinotaurKing

SW: 1.The one you are thinking of is Tera Sinube. 2.Yes. 3. The only names I remember are Admiral Trench and Admiral Lott.

MinotaurKing

FILFY: 1. I like what I have seen of them so far and can't recall any other relatives. 2. Yeah Ophis is both really although not so much evil as much as simply a sociopath in that she only care about things so much as they relate to her getting what she desires. 3. Kala should be next I think and I don't think it would result in any angst, as I feel both Yasaka and Rias see it coming from a mile away and have prepared themselves for it; Yubullena is still too new and getting a feel for her place in things what with the Bandui thing and the vast difference in her current situation and what she was used to, and Akeno is just now settling into herself, getting a fresh connection to her mother via an actually friendly blood relative, and neither really seems to be thinking of it at all yet though there is of course a lot of residual affection with Akeno on both ends of that relationship.

TendouSouji13

On ATP: I think it would be interesting to see and Anti-hero Apocalypse, if you can pull it off well. On the other hand Apocalypse has been alive for much much longer Doom and his ideals and obsessions have been more ingradied the character. I think you have to do a lot of work and maybe completly change his characteristics and motivation to successfully turn him to anti hero.

Novus

SW: 1 - I think you might be thinking of Tera Sinube for the elderly underworld expert. As for another person to use, I'd assume the best bet would be someone capable of training guardians, since Fay and Tera probably can't. Cin Drallig might make sense there, but I can't remember if you already used him somewhere. I recently reread both Horse of the Force and Magic of the Force from the beginning...but I did them one right after another and they kinda all blended together. 2: The less shown of the King of Arrogant Dumbasses, the better. Preferably, he'll die in an embarrassing manner somewhere with only one or two lines of mention about how horrible it was. 3. The ever-useful wookiepeida has a category listing separatist admirals/generals. You can probably get some throwaways from it. <a href="https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Separatist_admirals_and_generals" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Separatist_admirals_and_generals</a> FIFLY: No opinions, I don't really read those two crossovers, since the original source material makes them extremely insulting to the religion I'm a practicing member of -_-. I cringe every time I see either of them win the polls -_-. Not your fault of course, it's just that the original source material is that way. ATP: 1) Honestly, I think Apocalypse, as originally written, is far too obsessed and far to crazy to be shifted into an anti-hero type. However, that doesn't mean you couldn't change that in some manner. It would be interesting...but I'm not sure how much so. You've already kinda got a cast of doom and if feels like you've really begun to suffer character over-saturation. Also, several of your beefed up versions of characters would probably steamroll him anyway, at least in his early iterations. Making Waves: 1- There's another option as well, you know. The two other Edolas siblings could just come to Earthland. 2 - I...don't think I ever got that far in the cannon, so I can't say. I always assumed that they were fairly powerful, givin the membership I knew of. 3. Please no. Natsu is seriously irritating and Gray is only a little better. Natsu is almost as bad as Nartuo, and the sole reason I stopped maybe 2/3rds of the way through Fairytale.

MinotaurKing

MW:1. On the one hand they should be involved for character development and the drama would be delicious with the outcome being Anna staying with the Earthland group as she has lived there for seven years and formed important bonds in the process and Edolas Mira and Elf have not had her for the same amount of time and could have conceivably moved on by now enough so to simply be happy for her when she leaves for having such wonderful friends and family, and not just heartbroken at not getting her back; especially considering in canon that they had known the entire time that Earhtland Lisanna was not actually their Lisanna. 2. The problem there was that Serena was considered leagues above all the rest of the Wizard Saints and before that moment all whom held the title acquitted themselves rather well everywhere else in the series they were just horribly outmatched at that instance something they had known going in. 3. Yes you should especially for Gray considering he lost his arm which considering his magic and how its meant to be performed is very significant and it would be interesting to see if how things went down finally knocked some sense into Natsu.

Patreon: 2) I like the separate vote idea. Star Wars: 2) Anakin done right is actually a very good character. His Clone Wars self is fun and funny and actually pretty cool. Don't let the movies taint you. He's a good character to use when you give him a bit of rope and don't just stick him into the angsty teen category like Episode 2/3 did. FILFY: 1) I don't have a huge opinion either way with Arthur besides generally not disliking him and being more inclined towards liking him. He just hasn't had much time to grow either way yet. He seemed nice enough though. Le Fay on the other hand was ADORABLE and instantly loveable. I really hope she sticks around long term. She's the *fun* type of fan instead of the annoying type of *fangirl*. I think she has a ton of potential! I don’t know enough about that far forward in the novels to know if more of their family are shown beyond wiki/trope dives. I can tell you that she ends up being a contracted magician for Issei in canon and he also has a kid with her as well so she’s fairly important in the grand scheme of things. Of course here her crush has shifted so… 2) I haven’t actually read the portions with Ophis beyond wiki crawl again but from what I have seen it seems more like she’s spoiled and needs to learn that others exist besides herself. She basically just wants to go back to the Gap and Great Red kicked her out so she doesn’t care who gets hurt while she tries to go home. Until she gets a lot of her power stolen later or something and then joins the main club I think. I would say making her spoiled is the better way to go since there are others that can be the major villains. Ophis never really struck me as truly evil, more of self-centered. A self-centered god-like being is dangerous as hell but she’s not necessarily malicious. 3) Kala. The poor girl deserves it. I still think that Akeno and Harry are too different and broke up for a reason to justify them getting back together as seems to be inching in that fashion. Yubelluna is a bit too new to bump Kala down. She just doesn’t have the history there. If anyone was going to jump in line it would be someone like Tonks or Gabi who have known Harry from before. ATP: 1) Making Apocalypse an anti-hero could be fun. He’s usually a straight up villain just because he’s fairly single minded. If you can focus his goals outward it could be somewhat simple to turn him heroicish for a time. Though bear in mind, he’s probably always going to go back to being a villain once the threat is resolved so either he needs to die before the end or he needs to be convinced to shuffle off to start his own planet or something. Making Waves: 1) Stay with Natsu. 3) I’m honestly not really of fan of Natsu or Gray in general. I find them over hyped for the most part and that they take time away from more interesting characters.

FateBurn

I would like to see the 2 stories on each side format if only to see more of Sword, Bow and Horse soon, as for FILFY I like Le Fay but arthur I dont really care about and Ophis has always been more of a spoiled child kind of character, apocalypse was a ruler so he may be pragmatic enough to prioritize the survival of the human raze as a whole.

Nobody

I also like the 2 and 2 idea. As to the FILFy questions; 1. They seemed to be ok as is, kind of grabbing attention but not pulling it away from any other characters. 2. Spoiled, or more accurately, sheltered and unsympathetic to others. I don't really see her as irredeemably bad in any way. 3. Yubelluna, definitely. He is just asking for it with the way he talks around her. ATP; 1. More like Doom would be my vote. That would be interesting to see and make more sense with the way the story has gone so far. Making Waves; 1. All three miss out, thus no angsting has to occur. 2. Don't really mind but I don't know if Laxus would try so hard to join a group of weaklings. 3. Not to me.

Woolleymammoth

FILFY - after yasaka you have kala, yullbella and potentially Akeno. It depends on how you want to go with any other characters you plan on introducing. I think kala should be after she finds her purpose with the family. Yullbella should be when she is comfortable with her Druid Powers. I have no idea what you plan for akeno, you keep sliding she might in the future but you have it set up to easily change that . (I think she should be part of it when she comes to grips with her fallen angel side.). I would love to see Rossweisse and seekvaira agares be part of harem/family. Though you could also do some awesome things with the vampiress who has the grail. And ophis was always a being who didn’t comprehend humans cause she only wants silence and the void. So it’s a spoiled child who wants what she wants and doesn’t understand until she was betrayed and then shown issei humanity

Huninn

SW 2. I think if you want to use Anakin in any meaningful way either as a villain or comrade later on you need to establish him a little cause he is still a super powerful guy and a central part of Palpatine's plans. If he is just going to be a bit player though just a random comment or sentence here or there is probably enough. FILFY 2. I think of Ophis as more indifferent to people than evil. I mean why would she care she is an infinite dragon who's home is in a different dimension. We dont get time scales but her name implies that she might be one of the oldest beings in the series and this might be the first time she has ever really interacted with other beings meaningfully. As for the doing evil thing I dont think she's even doing much just going up to strong people and saying here's some more power go get rid of Big Red and maybe get other people to help. I really think everything else about the group was other people's idea. ATP 1. Apocalype is already an anti-hero sometimes. There is a lot of ret-conning but I think I remember from listening to Jay and Miles explain the X-men thet pretty soon after he first showed up he had some thing with the Celestials where they are the reasons mutants exist and he was forced to work for them. The Celestials are basically alien/gods that he wants defeated more than anything that might destroy the world if thier experiment doesn't turn out how they like so that lines up pretty well with Harry's goals. Apocolypse stole his tech and the a.i. ship Ship from them and his whole survival of the fittest thing was to partly to become powerfull enough to defeat them. He has also worked with the X-men multiple times when the species as a whole was at risk such as during the legacy virus thing and he also stopped a Brood invasion at some point in the past. I dont think he could slip into the same role as Doom though if you gave him control of a country unless there where serious limiters on him. Where as Doom is benevolent despot who cares about the safety of his people Apocolypse would be the worst sort of despot if left to his own devices with a focus on the strength of his people to all else and I dont think Harry would be able to ignore that kind of thing. The only way it could work was if either Apocalypse's group was kept small with just him and his horsemen maybe or if he viewed Harry as an equal that he wanted as an ally and it was made clear to Apocolypse where Harry's lines were that he souldn't cross if he wants to keep him as an ally. MW 1. I vote stay I really like thier relationship in this story but I think it would be a little wierd for her not to be involved at all. Also if Edolas Mira and Elfman dont have a romantic partner or kids they have less tying them down than Lisanna does so maybe they should come to Earthland but if not it would be good for Lisanna to have thier blessing. 3.I dont know if I'm super interested in Natsu and Grey but they are important I like the idea of a little character development for them like how you treat Cyclops in ATP.

Konan2020

2: two stories, SW 2: if you will use Anakin more in the future, then show him more, FILFY 2: I see Ophis as someone that an see people as people, to her they are blades of grass or ants, ATP I like Apocalypse so more of him is good

sandmanwake

Why not have all the Edolas Fairy Tail members come back to Earthland? In canon, Mystgun took over as king, but before then the Fairy Tail members were treated as criminals and pretty much none of the ordinary citizens saw anything wrong with treating them as such and having them hunted down relentlessly. Going to Earthland would be a fresh start and they'd all still be able to access magic. Plus, that mobile guild of theirs would be pretty handy. Heck, have Erza Knightwalker along also. She's a skilled fighter and would make a good travel companion who could help Ranma with his weapons training and he could teach her ki techniques in exchange.

Braeden1002

General Questions 2. I like the idea of getting 2 stories on Patreon. But I think it would be better to consider making it a poll choice. This way people can choose what they would rather hope to get updated. The reason I say this is that although I enjoy “Making Waves” I sometimes feel burned out by it and would enjoy seeing more/different stories to read. Plus, if you wanted you could put some of the less voted stories in this poll and maybe they will have a chance to be updated, like “A Fate Touched in Middle Earth.” Star Wars 2. I do not think you need to show what Anakin has been doing, all that would be required is to mention what kind of missions he and Master Windu have been going on and we can piece together what he has been doing. For how he has grown we can start seeing that when he starts fighting in the Clones Wars and how he interacts with other sentients. FILFY 1. I liked it, showed that although they were apart of the Kahos Brigade that they could still be considered good people which could mean they break off and join Harry’s group in the future. Plus it adds a bit levity in darker discussions with that branch. 2. I think she is more like a spoiled little girl who had her toy taken. 3. The remaining ladies that have shown interest are Kala and Yubellena? If that is the case I think it should be Kala that joins the group. Not because she has been waiting the longest but as I feel that she would be more ready and willing. Yubellena is probably still trying to get used to her new body and that she does not have to deal with Riser. Moreover, I do not think there will be any if much angst in the group. But I think that whoever joins next should have a sit down with Rias and Yasaka and explain their feelings to Harry and that they as a group Harry included should welcome them in. This story has never seemed like a harem but more along the lines of a multi-relationship. ATP 1. I would think it would be interesting to see something more along the lines of him being an anti-hero like Doom. One of the ways that this could work is that like Doom he could be granted a ship to colonize a planet that he could then rule himself and have the people grow the way that he invisions. Besides not all mutants are stronger than humans and fortunately many of the truly powerful mutants have already been converted to the side of humanity and they are under a unified banner then they would have been otherwise.

Patreon: I believe there is currently some political stuff going on around Patreon; and they're probably discussing Patreon's service specifically, and nothing you're doing. If you want the hassle of doing so, you could look into alternatives for the people who leave Patreon to continue supporting you; but I'm unsure how big a group that'd be or if any really viable alternatives exist. SW: 1: Probably Tera Sinube? 2: I think Anakin is important enough to the Star Wars storyline that he could use some cameos, certainly not an entire chapter devoted to him and his activities, but a solid story block wouldn't be amiss. More a sporadic check in and synopsis than a plot point unless he shows up in the main storyline though, unless you want to intentionally completely sideline him that is. It'd feel weird if he just suddenly showed up and had a bunch of skills/abilities we didn't expect otherwise. ATP: Interesting concept if it inspires you; he could be more visionary in wanting humanity to evolve specifically to face such existential threats, and having it arrive would have him turn his attention skyward. But what does he bring to the table specifically regarding that, and is that worth adding yet another consistent character to the story? Also would Apocalypse fall in line in any way, or would he have to be in charge? Is that interesting or not to the story?

zagan

(sorry for the double post) Patreon: 1: Nothing come to mind the vote are already a good way to interact. 2: Yes I like the idea of two story on patreon and two on fanfic. SW: 1: No idea, I don't know SW enough. 2: Yes a little part of chapter, I'm curious. 3: No idea either. FILFY: 1 and 2: no idea. 3: Definitively Kalawarner ATP: I would go with something in between, he would probably choose to protect earth first because he and his mutant live there, and use the opportunity to learn more about the "heroes" but once he can be confident that he can protect earth by himself he would probably turn on the other pretty fast. Making waves: 1: She should stay with Natsu and Lisanna, they represent her future while her sibling represent her past. It may even help Natsu growth up a little. 2: A little moment that show their strength could be cool. 3: Natsu it's not really need but Gray could be interesting particularly in showing how he cope with losing one hand.

Blitz

Don't you love when patreon vanishes your thirty minutes of typing on a phone? 1&2: I honestly am content as long as I get making waves chapters and I'll continue to give what little I can as long as I that happens. It's actually quite a steal in my opinion. SW: I'll answer these when I stop hoarding chapters for this fic in case of a lack of fanfic epidemic. FILFY: 1: They seem accurate and are fun to read from what little weve seen of them. Sadly I dont think anyone else from the pendragon family was introduced in DxD. 2: Ophis always came off as a being so far above us in power and being a different species (and aspect of infinity) that she just doesnt understand things humanity would. However the counter arguement for that is when Azazel said ophis has walked the earth and realms in many forms for a long time (when not residing in the dimensional gap) which means while she probably doesnt care she isnt purely without the knowledge of these things, less zeno from dbs and more just pure cut off from human understanding. However lilith (the part of her power split off) seemed to be pure child with lack of ophis knowledge or just super naive. All that being said you could go either way and it wouldn't really go against canon. 3: Out of the three at the moment Kala seems to be the likely to go first what with her overcoming most of her inner demons and finding a place for herself, now all that is needed is for the self confidence to ask or for Harry to make her fall even harder. Yubelluna still has some baggage she might need to overcome, her powers and any inner demons that might be residing from what rizer did but after that they already seem to have the attraction kala and harry have (plus her weakness for his British impressions (...but hes british so is it an impression?)). Weve talked akeno and I agree with what you said. So yeah those three have the development where relationship is discussable tonks gabby and anyone else would need more time and development the same things those three went through or are going through. ATP: Its a unique idea and if harry had sided pure mutant or was more magneto mindset I'd say it was possible but I just cant see it with how Apopcalypse is described. "Peace does nothing to test --to INCREASE-- mutant's strength. To force them to evolve into the strong." This guy wants as much war as possible and anyone can tell you nothing tests will power than a war on two fronts, hes considered a genius level intellect and narrow minded in his pursuits so surely he'd see that. Then theres his personality, a person who enjoys pitting his allies against each other to test loyalty and wanting the death of the defenseless or non agressive (harry raising melody would probably kill the psycho if he even made a comment or implied anything). But then that's just my opinion of his canon self and unlike doom the mans been around for millennia and always depicted the same ingrained mindset, not malleable like victor can be with the right incentive. However your the author and creative liberty means this au could have something changed to allow it but if it does become a throwdown I hope it's an epic fight (I just wanna see another gem drained after the mephisto fight it's always gonna be the sign of epic levels of badass incoming). FT: 1: Honestly I'm not partial to either way considering they're not the main pairing but they are cute and they'res no development to be found for them by the edolas counterparts (natsus being a pushover (which made sense but was just comedic) beyond "loss builds character". Could always go the realistic route and have some character death among the edolas guild considering how they were on the run and outgunned by the kings elite guard. 2: Now this one I do have an opinion on, probably the strongest opinion out of this entire questionnaire (though my libido would argue for dxd). I absolutely HATED how the saints were portrayed in the Alvarez arc after the hyping up since the grand magic games and the titles "gods of ishgar", not just God serena (well get to that in a moment) but all four of them were considered unreachable to a character like jura who had seven more years to develop (as if his personality would let him stagnate) a wizard saint even before the battle with the oracion. Warrod rank four and most obviously the defensive magic of the bunch was stopping a dessert with his sheer magical presence and was around during the time of Mavis and was taught by zeref (use that how you will since zeref isnt a whiny bitch in your story) himself. The other two obviously had mastery of their magics (and maybe more) alongside a shit ton of magical power to be rank 3 and 2...but then theres rank one a character with so much bullshit power and hype it wouldn't be out of place in a 50 favs and follows fanfiction and like said tier of fanfiction MASHIMA FUCKING BLEW IT. Ten fucking dragon slayer lacrimas and we didnt even see half of them no feats no hypes no backstory to the man with the ominous title "hybrid theory" he couldve been the coolest shit done right and it leaves me frothing that acnologia one hit him and even being rerezzed didnt give him screen time. BRING LIFE TO THESE CHARACTERS VIME, THEY DESERVED BETTER. I want to see the nail biting action the realization how deep the pool is on ranmas and the others faces these are supposed to be the peak and we got a glimpse of that at ice berg with ranma and Jacob (even stacked deck in the water it was a one mistake game over for ranma). While were on the subject spriggan twelve deserve the same treatment none of these people should've been beat by off screen battles or bs friendship boosts, they are MONSTERS, YOU FEEL ME VIME? I'm sorry but God serenas one hit by acnologia as a cop out for mashima not to have to give development is a sore point for me and one of the final nails in the coffin alongside erzas battle against irene. In short not comic relief and definitely not chumps. 3: Eh maybe when ranma gets back, natsu challenges him while bragging about his epic training which sets gray off and that's how we find out what they've been up to but they arent rly at the center to deserve a training arc unless you give a few others as well. Whew finnaly rewrote all that and saved it to clipboard in case it happens again but some of these questions I had to hop in on.

Blitz

On my phone so it's a real pain to edit so I'll just make a foot note. Not ten lacrimas but eight and he only showed five. Still "Sea King Dragon Slayer Magic" sounds like an interesting match up for ranma. Though August makes a note of dragon gods "blessing" serena and apparently the new series has dragon gods so maybe mashima was going somewhere with that but since you dont plan on using the God dragons (unless you change your mind) leaves alot of room for development.

1.) No complaints about how you are using Patreon 2.) I think a poll just for the Patreon updates would be fine FILFY 1.) I'm interested to see where you take them, but I hope you'll drop a few more bread crumbs on who they're related to among the British magicals 2.) I think she is some who has never had to consider others because of how powerful she is. 3.) Kala because of how much she has changed and is at a place where she wants it, but its not the goal, the family she has formed is. ATP Apocalypse would probably work with them as long as the external threat existed because that would be the external pressure forcing mutants to prove their fitness, but i would expect him to betray them as soon as possible. MW 1.) no temptation

1. Mmmm it might very well be a problem with Patreon, but personally I do find it hard to read and post on Patreon from my phone (and i like reading from my phone more then at my PC). Not sure if that helps but it's a personal gripe that maybe others feel. 3. I think whatever trend you're looking for is fine, I joined your patreon for 1 story a month. But I think having a bit more exclusive content isn't necessarily a bad thing? Maybe let people vote for either 1 large or 2 small patreon exclusive updates a month? Could be a nice choice for fans to decide. SW Question 2. I think a brief overview of Anakin is a good idea, nothing extreme but the little glimpses of how he's handling reality thanks to Ranma changes is fascinating. Random HotF Aside: I wonder if we should see a divergent split with a 'chaos' jedi temple following the old ways. I know 'attachments' are beat out of students but we also see many that seem to defy that, ala Anakin. It'd be interesting if Shaak's oaths of the old ways leads a small sect to follow her example, both to openly pursue a relationship (Please join the old ways and marry me), or to form familial bonds (I'm sure many maternal and paternal instincts could throw a jedi teacher and a padawan into the old ways for that). Just a random thought, I don't know much about the SW universe but with the way Ranma is reforging Mandalore's code of honor, an 'old ways' temple might be a great bridge between the groups (and jedi following Shaak's example may be much better liked then normal jedi), Making Waves: 1. I don't know the arc, but I'd say leave them out of it. Natsu is interesting but he's very much a wrecking ball, and if Ranma's taking the mission there should definitely be situations where Fairy Tail never gets the chance to be involved where in canon they do. 2. Wizarding Saints: I like the idea of it being a mix, never saw canon but some being bad-asses and some being political would make sense. You've shown examples of political maneuvering to stop multiple saint's being declared from fairy tail, but also them being declared because of strength. 3. Personally, I only want to see a characters growth if they're a major side character. In HotF, Anakin may well end up that. In Making Waves, I'd say how important is Natsu going to be. I'm a little behind but I'd rather see some of his suitor's and close friends growth as they train to keep up with him.

Readm

So for the Patreon questions 1. I have no opinion 2. I personally like the idea of the old 2 and 2 format SW Questions 1. Im pretty sure the character your thinking of is Tera Sinube. As for a second hmm maby Quinlan Vos hes forward thinking but incredible perceptive and hes a human Kiff hybrid. 2. Honestly if you intend to use Anakin in any major way in the future you need to give him a little time. 3. <a href="https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Separatist_admirals_and_generals" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Separatist_admirals_and_generals</a> Sorry I haven’t read FILFY ATP Question 1. This one is easy actually Apocalypse hates Aliens and would defiantly set aside his plans to kill all humans temporarily in order to deal with the threat. This is actually part of his his backstory in the comics so back when he was human he was the right hand of the great Priest Imhotep and followed Imhotep into battle against the Brood when they attempted to invade the earth ever since then he has hated alien’s he no problem taking their shit but he still believes humans evolution is he path to perfection. Making Waves Question 1. Well Anna has no magic So She shouldn’t go to Edolas at all. The anima only absorbs stuff with magic and she doesn’t have any. I’m actually really confused about how you’re gonna do this arc in the 1st place now that Mystogan isn’t in the Guild. I mean without him opening the portal to send the dragon slayers through plus the pills that allowed them to do magic and free Erza they would never have survived that arc. What I’m saying is she should definitely not get the chance to join this Arc so she can’t be tempted Natsu has already bonded with her as a mate they can’t be separated at this point. 2. The guys name was God Selena And you should show them is being super strong Before that point. 3. Gray is pretty interesting in your story. Natsu other than the fact that he apparently has a love life Not so much. Though if you are gonna have them get a lot stronger A couple of paragraphs just to highlight it would be appreciated

I don't have any strong feelings for either question about patreon. For the star wars questions the only opinion I would say is if you don't want to jump the story over to Anakin at all maybe instead have Ranma talk the Qui-gon for whatever reason, and ask after Anakin in some small way during the conversation. For FILFY whatever you do for any of those questions will be cool with me. ATP is where I really want to finally see someone do something new with Apocalypse. I have never found a story where he is not so much good but more reasonable and not a raving lunatic really. Several stories have featured him as smart, interesting, challenging, and even seem to be reasonable, but every single one is his hard core obsession with finding strong mutants to where he goes frothing at the mouth mad if someone tells him it is stupid. So even if he isn't a nice guy or even if he decides he won't work with Harry and his group having him focus towards a different direction would be amazingly novel. No opinion on MW.

Steven Stirling

Patreon 1: Not really, you are consistent about giving content and more importantly giving Patreon only content. 2: I think more stories would be good, and if you think you can handle four a month go for it. On the other side of the coin a Patreon only vote for the Patreon only story works. SW Not really interested in the fandom at the moment, so won't comment. FLFY 1: I'm interested in your portrayal of them as sib cons, it resonates well with the original mythos. Don't really care how they were portrayed in the light novels, give me more of this. 2: I'd say that a brat that never learned how to form attachments to others would be closer to cannon, as she turned into a child when "killed." 3: Give the fallen angel the next go. They built up the emotional aspect, and that was the only think keeping her from being first instead of Rias. ATP Apocalypse is the kind of crazy that just believes in strength, period. If he encountered a human anime protag that could train themselves to infinity then that human would be the new War. With that being said, I can see him doing his best to make the conflict with the aliens happen as quickly as possible and as big as possible. In his mind this would be a perfect way to cull the weak. MW 1: If you want to go for the biggest fan rage have Anna want to stay, declaring her intent and her Edo sibs happy she found true love. Then make it so she is forced to stay. Remember in cannon Lisanna was ripped from Edolas despite wanting to stay, so why wouldn't Anna be forced to stay while wanting to go? 2: I'd say mostly corrupt chumps that are in it for the power. 3: Natsu wouldn't give him a choice, he'd just yell "FIGHT ME!" and things would progress from there. I'd say that they are interesting enough that Ranma can notice the difference when they get into one of their hourly arguments.

General Questions: 1) I don't know the options of the exit survey, but I would not be surprised if some of the people leaving are doing so because of news surrounding Patreon itself rather than anything about you in particular. I could see them reading "patreon services" as refering to the Patreon website rather than "services of the content creator". 2) Returning to the 2 and 2 format might be a good idea, in light of the rising number of Patreon exclusives. Especially if you are going into a long arc like you say form MW. However, my primary concern would be choosing the format that you are best able to handle, and most often has your muse engaged with that months stories. Star Wars: 1) Are you thinking of Tera Sinube? He comes to mind as he was written in Tsu Doh Nimh's The Havoc Side of the Force. 2) If there have been significant changes to Anakin compared to canon, then an interlude showing those differences would be appropriate. 3) *Shakes magic eight ball* 'Ask again later' FILFY: 1) No problem with how you have portrayed them, and they have a lot of potential as characters. Especially with their links to Britain and this crossover. 2) Don't you know that children are some of the most evil and cruelest beings in existence?! 3) Kala. I think the changed relationship with Akeno would need more time, if you bring her back in. Yubelluna needs more screen time and interaction in general, or it would seems rushed. ATP: 1) That is an interesting idea for Apocalypse. I could see him choosing to focus on the greater enemy / threat, but I cannot see him actually cooperating with the others. A ceasefire while dealing with a mutual enemy? Yes. Cooperation? Um... MW: 1) I do not envision Anna breaking that relationship. If she does wind up in Edolas, I could see her trying to convince her siblings to come back to Earthland with her. 2) Never got far enough in the source material to judge that. But I would use Makarov as the measuring stick. Also, I don't think Laxus would want the title if he viewed the bearers as chumps. ( Reminds me of the ANBU in Naruto. Supposedly, super elite, but treated a fodder almost whenever they appear. ) 3) My answer is the same as most of the times when you ask this about a canon character. If they are significantly changed from canon, particularly in a way that will change the way they interact with important future events, then yes. Otherwise, no.

Salanttee

FILFY 1) Well, frankly I'd like to say Arthur was interested in his sister, swords, tea in that order but in later volumes we learn that he leave the house just so they wouldn't punish his lover so I'm not really sure. But there is one thing that is sure he is pretty protective over his loved ones, like Harry so I'd like to say that they would get along famously well. On the other hand Le Fay actually show fangirlish tendecies in original novels so you may took that route. Considering that she was actually fan of Oppai Dragon its not that unimaginable she could be fan of Harry Potter books. That would be exceedingly funny side to poke Harry if she actually ends up as his vapid fangirl. 2) Ophis isn't really evil or anything in a sense. Just like how a human doesn't change his path so he doesn't squash an ant she doesn't change her path so she doesn't squash a human. She is just like abstract entities from Marvel Universe operating in whole different level of existence with her power. In a sense calling her spoiled little brat would suit better. 3) I'd like to say Akeno since I do like her character but regrettably most suitable one is Kalawarner which wouldn't even lit a fuse since she is pretty much trying to get Harry's pants for a long while. Well, there is always Gabrielle too. ATP 1) Apocalypse hates aliens so much it isn't funny. He would be amiable to create a front against aliens so long its showing power of mutants along the line. Heck, considering Harry and his team is compromised of mutants its not too farfetched of an idea.

I: Patreon 1.) From my side you did all you could. However, ask those people who said such reason, WTH they mean with that. 2.) Well I would like to have at least AGGC finished first before you go back to that format. Looking forward to more Sword, Horse and Bow too. ;) II: SW 1.) <a href="https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Jedi/Legends" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Jedi/Legends</a> would be best if you could narrow it down which kind of Jedi (Guardian, Consular, Sentinel, …) you want for an Jedi 2.) I would better see the result when Anakin comes later into the story, (maybe some flashbacks etc.) and thus have a bit of surprise. On top of that, you even can use some surprises when you need them without narrowing yourself too far in this fanfic. 3.) Confederate Navy: <a href="https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Confederate_Navy" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Confederate_Navy</a> Those 3 where responsible for leading the entire fleets and where important tacticians during the war: <a href="https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Pors_Tonith" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Pors_Tonith</a> <a href="https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Kirst_(admiral)" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Kirst_(admiral)</a> <a href="https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Trench/Legends" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Trench/Legends</a> Seperatist Navy: <a href="https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Separatist_navy" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Separatist_navy</a> III: FILFY / GHDWOM 2.) Definitely due canon she is a spoilt brat, which does not bother to care to know what’s right/wrong. IV: ATP Only interested in Ranma V: Making Waves 1.) With Anna being so into Natsu, she would stay with him. 2.) <a href="https://fairytail.fandom.com/wiki/Ten_Wizard_Saints" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://fairytail.fandom.com/wiki/Ten_Wizard_Saints</a> They should have their moment to shine before the shit hits the fan! 3.) Currently Gray is more interesting and Natsu can be glossed over for the time being (relation with the ‘twins’ and training. In the future, yes they are ‘interesting enough’.

First I would say, that most people who quit just want to check out what other project are on the patreon site. I did this with a few artists, who I was interested in. Many people also support more than just one site. So this could also be a reason. For your second question I think it depends on what you like to write and if other stories would suffer from it. I like the idea for a separate vote for the patreons. You could perhaps let us choose the Ranma fic we like and also work at the first few chapters for the Potter fic. With this all patreon would be happy. The first SW question is a bit tricky because I haven´t read the Potter fic so far. For the Anakin dilemma I think a few sentences in a holocom conversation would be enough. For the Confederate admirals I would love to see Trench. I think he would be a great enemy. For the MW part I could think it would be a good idea to use Anna as a reason for Natsu to grow up. I always hated it how naïve he was in the original manga. So you could use this as a reason to show him, that he can lose a loved one if he doesn´t fight for them. I really don´t like the howl friendship power-ups. So let Anna get kidnapped by the Edolas army and let Natsu rescue her in a hero way that shows us that love is stronger than friendship. I don´t remember much of the Saints other that Makarov and Jura are part of them. I think you should follow the Luxus as a Wizzard Saint idea till he is nominated. Perhaps you could use a ceremony to show us the other members. For the last question I think it would be enough to show us Grays and Natsus growth in a fight or a sparring match. Don´t overdo it. This is still a Ranma centered story and there is just so much you can write in each chapter.

Friendly Neighborhood Eldritch Horror

Patreon: 1. Not sure what to say here, for now, I’m sticking with things. 2. Separate patreon only vote for a single patreon fic, with more regular fics besides it. SW questions: 1. I’d suggest Coleman Trebor as a male alien Jedi Master to send into the the Russan temple. He gets killed off at the start of the clone wars anyway, but is noted to have a relatively extensive skill set of basic abilities and strong telepathy, which makes him well suited to passing on Jedi arts as a teacher, but doesn’t have any specific strong skills that would make him needed in the war effort. Tera Sinube was the Jedi investigator familiar with Coruscant’s criminal underworld. I’d recommend not getting rid of him, because his presence likely helps reduce Sith influence in the criminal side of Coruscant. 2. I’d suggest showing what Anakin is up to and how much he’s grown. Don’t have to focus too much content in that direction, but it would be a good reference point to canon, plus tie in with what other Jedi around him are up to in order to look at broader activities of the order as a whole, and how they are adjusting to the current situation. Palpatine’s interest in him, however restricted by the Jedi, also might mean we could do an interesting perspective bit on him from Palpatine’s point of view briefly, without going too much into Palpatine’s newer plans regarding Ranma or the upcoming conflict that might give too much away. 3. Listed Generals on wookiepedia include Kok Durd (also Nemoidian arms developer), and Whorm Loathsom (who fought in the battle of Christophsis and got majorly trolled by Obi-Wan), Colonel Coburn Sear seems to have died a pathetic death, none of the admirals seem suitable, and Captain Rakam Sear would rather die than let himself be captured by Jedi, the others in the confederate military members list don’t seem appropriate to your request. FILFY questions (questions for GDHWOM will start to matter after the next chapter): 1. I’m not far enough into DxD to know much about them. 2. I haven’t seen enough of Ophis to be sure, but I’d lean on her being neither a spoiled little girl who needs to learn other people matter, nor an ends justify the means villain. Instead, I’d set her up as what was originally a relatively wild creature, if a sapient one, a largely uncivilized one, who lived on their own most of the time, who is naive enough to not properly recognize who is trustworthy to help her in her desperate need to return to her home, and thus became used by the villains she stumbled upon, partly because she didn’t think she could find any who like the status quo among more normal leadership who might be willing to challenge Great Red, from what little she knows of societies and power figures. Her infinite nature makes her important, and actually ending that nature as happens in canon could be implied to actually potentially be a very bad thing in the long run, with her existence helping manage the concept of the infinite, so she needs to be rescued before her power is divided. She could drop the bad guys in a hearbeat if she could have her way home secured, such as by convincing her and Great Red that they can get along or at least ignore each-other, or convincing Great Red to go elsewhere and let Ophis take her old place, or by offering her a more likely chance of defeating Great Red, or by convincing her she can find a better home elsewhere and can’t trust the bad guys and faces real possible threat from them under the right circumstances. She isn’t spoiled so much as just out of isolation, and isn’t ends justify the means so much as lacking a good understanding of various values and thus able to be convinced by half-assed villain philosophy attempts, but possibly equally able to change those beliefs if something else was explained to her well with the right context, including relating to her own desires and comparing those to desires of others, particularly innocents. 3. Whomever is most natural for story events and reactions of the characters involved, prioritize less trying to pick them out ahead of time, and more on other story elements to lead to it naturally when the opportunity comes up for someone suitable. ATP: not following this fic enough to say anything on it. Making Waves questions: 1. I’d say that the Edolas arc needs to be disrupted somehow if the canon characters involved aren’t all available, unless someone more competent than they would have otherwise been gets lucky in their involvement and is able to work things out for the better. I’d favor keeping Anna around, it’s clearly possible since Porlyusica stays around, but only if she doesn’t end up on Edolas. I think, however that there should be a lasting link to Edolas that allows communication with it somehow, so that she’ll later be able to contact her surviving family on the other side. Perhaps due to a weird interaction between an Earthland native mage with the right sort of talent to resonate with their counterpart in some weird way that leaves a small, weak magic link that a special device can allow for communication through, but only initiated on the Earthland side occasionally (with the help of some lacrima with tons of stored energy in them). 2. I’d say at least some of the Wizard Saints are chumps, they have raw power, but it’s not always a good matchup, the ones with more diverse skills like Makarov aren’t as much of chumps, but one of the major weaknesses of the Wizard Saints, as with most characters in the setting, is lack of adequate defenses against surprise attacks and some of the more exotic types of magic. Despite this, they should all be powerful in raw force and destruction they can cause, and relatively tough to physical attacks or very good at evasion or some kind of exotic defense or something, as well as quite skilled at what their specialties are, so that they’d easily defeat most non-Saint mages of a lower power level, outside of surprise attacks and/or exotic and dangerous types of magic that are hard to defend against. 3. Natsu and Gray aren’t very interesting, but they don’t need to be in order to justify seeing their growth, as their power potential and alignment plays a role in their story importance, and in Natsu’s case is particularly key to other story elements as well. I’d say that something needs to happen to give Natsu an attitude adjustment towards skill, tactics, and strategy, rather than relying on raw ability development, possibly by using some kind of dream-mirror magic training where he has to face a copy of himself that is always twice as strong and alert as he currently is (so if he gets an emotional power up, the opponent does too), and has a minor danger sense to what Natsu is going to do that Natsu lacks the other way around (so he can’t just get lucky or just be tricked too badly), but isn’t quite as smart (maybe 5% dumber overall, but can’t just be tricked too easily or badly) or magically skilled (has a tiny reduction in magic control) and is based on skills and knowledge from a week previously, so Natsu gets advantages from learning new skills in these dream-battles. Natsu doesn’t benefit from the experiences of the dumber copy, and gets reduced experience and memories of the battles when he loses, other than how he can reflect on where he did well and poorly. And he’s bribed somehow with putting in efforts properly with rewards he’ll want for wins. Someone who knows about Natsu’s nature would come up with the training after thinking about various mages they know who might be able to find a way to help him, and then talking with one or more of those mages and setting up an elaborate training ritual setup. The training would only be temporary, just enough to correct his bad habits and attitudes towards certain types of training. Gray’s issues are easier to deal with, but he’s not as important to the story in the same ways, so he doesn’t need to be shown as much, just perhaps get some occasional training help and bits of advice and follow through once he’s shown his weak areas or areas he could improve significantly in.

Better late than never... :) Patreon 1) Honestly I'm not sure how much you can actually affect their leaving and I personlly dislike hiding stories or content behind a Patreon. Your style so far, to publish something here, which will appear on fanfiction much later seems better and working okay. You also discuss with your readers a lot, heh maybe for some even too much as some question can actually spoil the story a little. So my only real advice would be to add a spoiler tag when needed :-D The other possibility is to have some progress bar or word count but it seems like it would just waste your time and with your update speed it's not really needed. Also not sure how well it could be implemented at Patreon webpage. 2) This is really up to you, but current format seems okay to me. But Patreon only poll would probably work okay as well. And definitely agreed on cliffhangers point! SW 1) / 2) If he is no longer relevant he does need to be shown, that being said while not a main character his position and potential is still quite big, so it's probably good idea to give at least a small update or hint on how things progress. 3) / Filfy 1) Arthur god something bigger than the famous sword stick in his butt and I wonder/fear what he truly feels for his sister. Le Fay is much more interesting, especially with Harry coming from pretty much Merlin workshiping society :-D And with what was already shown I definitely want to see more of her. She is very curious combination of power, intelligence but still a young naivety. But well, I stated my opinion on her further involvement in the last chapter itself. 2) Ophis is definitely not the usual evil. She is extremely self-centric and just doesn't aknowledge, well, pretty much anyone. They're not on her level and thus do not matter... That doesn't make her 'good' by any means and shouldn't be treated well just because she is different in her views. At least that's my take on her character. I think she needs a reality check that would somehow enable her to actually learn some empathy. Probably being humiliated by someone she deems inferior. After all so far she only 'lost' once and that was against her kind and she still thinks she is fully capable of getting her revenge. But while easily very antagonist, I think she is one of the few character that could be actually saved :) 3) Heh, would be fun if it somehow happened with Akeno, with all that rolling on the floor when Harry was tickling her :-D Would probably left even Kala with her mouth hanging open :-D But I think that next in line is the newest addition in Yubelluna. While Kala is now in a good position and very friendly and Harry is aware that she is extemely attractive, their current relationship and interaction is more along the line of friendly banter than outright flirting. There needs to be some new spark and at the moment Harry is quite content and Kala still little afraid of destroying what she managed to get back. Yubelluna got much better opening. But well, when that happens I think Kala will follow very shortly after, because this would be the exact incentive she needs to start acting more 'aggressively' and restart her pursuit :) And well, this time Harry might not have any reason to resist ;) ATP 1) That's a VERY hard question. I think he definitely wouldn't ignore otherwordly threats to Earth. But would he be okay with the defense and Earth itself not being in his hand? The question comes probably back to if he is willingly to aknowledge that someone else could actually be more powerful than him and thus fighting and weakening such opponent and his own side is not a good idea in face of the threat Earth is facing. Sadly... I don't think he could actually work with someone on equal standing... But well, he MAY surprise me and I'm far from knowing him really well to say "it could never work" :-) Making Waves 1) I don't think Anna would leave at the moment. There is just too much going on. On the other hand telling her siblings that she was unable to come back sooner, but she find a new life for herself, may not be easy but it's also part of the life and is definitely doable... But not meeting them or at least not trying to get them a message that she is both alive and happy is a very coward way. That should happen ONLY if she is not transported to Edolas and have no way of getting there or contacting anyone. And well, if the Edolas sibling really want to be with her they could always travel to the other world? Two sets of Strauss would be fun :-D 2) I think they're extremely strong. Just Makarov feats alone are quite enough of a proof, and he is not in the top. That being said there are mages who just don't care and are not in the ranking. Good example would be Gildarts :-D 3) Well, if the trip takes just few weeks than I'm not sure how far they can truly progress. But you should definitely show them when enough time passes.

FILFY 2. I'm consistently in favor of more complicated and less black-and-white characters. An off-the-wall idea I think interesting: Ophis is the oldest known character in DxD. She is older than Great Red, and he is made of Dreams, and so probably around as old as sentient life in large numbers. Representing Infinity, Ophis is probably very very immortal. I'd suggest her disregard of others (save Great Red) is in a large part because of they-are-mayflies syndrome. For extra interestingness, she doesn't want to care about other people because they are so short-lived, and even 'immortals' like the Christian God wound up living (perhaps) less than a thousandth of her age. Her personality could even be deliberate--remaining childish and self-centered (through manipulation of her own mind/personality, an application of her shapeshifting (which is weakly implied to have some personality-affecting capability in canon, from the gender and age shifting?)) to avoid feeling loneliness or loss, perhaps after negative past experiences. I mean, as her age is uncapped, you could invent friends she had after she left the Gap, long long before the human race existed. Dinosaur-based fae or something, whose death with the Triassic ecosystem crash prompted her to return to the Gap.
