Hey everyone!. I again have to apologize for the size of the Making Waves chapter. I mean, I enjoyed what I was doing (ehhehe, I got to use power tools to destroy things) but I just had sooo little time to spend on writing! Argh. Still, I hope that you enjoyed it regardless. Anyway, I have a few questions that I would once more like your opinions on. Most, as always, are about specific stories. But I do have one about how I am doing things.

First, the specific story stuff, separated by story:

Stallion of the line:

1. This is more of a semi-poll than an actual question. I am wondering who, among the surviving Supernovas, is the least interesting to you all? For…reasons…

2. I haven’t read the manga since the crew landed in the Land of the Samurai. Has it been explained why the flying FUCK that Aokiji is working with Blackbeard of all people?!  I’m wondering if there’s been any more character growth there I can maybe use.

3. I have been debating on the two-year gap. Not that it will actually be a gap, per-se, but I think that Brook (yes he’s going to join the crew) Franky, Chopper and Nami in particular needed the time at the specific places they went to in order to evolve, literally in Franky and Chopper’s case. I even have a plan in place for Laki. But is it too much like shoe-horning it in if I have the crew separated at this point?

4. Perona. I am wondering if Busoshoku should be able to block her ghost abilities and if she is an interesting enough character have join the crew for a time?  I rather like the idea of her and Zoro having a fling for some reason.

ATP:

1. This is a timing thing. If I have Thanos’ invasion of Earth and the Asgardian Shadows arcs happening at the same time, is that too much stuff going on at once? Both in terms of reading it and keeping things straight, and in terms of screwing over Harry and his allies?

2. I haven’t done much with Spider-man since he is both more useful on street-level stuff and I just have too many characters already. However, I just opened a new side-plot, where he would be very useful. So should I bring him in, segueing into him joining full-time? It’s the full-time aspect I am debating, and in what capacity. And if so, should I maybe set him up with one of the Custodes ladies?

3. Is Apocalypse an interesting enough character that I need to show what he is up to now that he has left Earth? I don’t honestly intend for him to be an issue Harry has to deal with in this work. I might show him as a bit of a foreshadowing at the end, but that’s all. At this point, he just isn’t in the same power range as Harry.

4. Names and uniforms. I haven’t figured out a name for Harry’s nation yet!! Any suggestions? And I can’t remember if I have come up with a uniform for the EDF yet either.

Making Waves:

1. Should I show the training of the other characters who are not traveling with Ranma or concentrate on him and the group with him once they get to the Blasted Lands?

2. In the original, there is a race of robots called Machias. Are they interesting enough to include in the Blasted Lands arc?  And could I get away with maybe... just maybe creating some Kancolle type equivalents...?

3. Were there any names given for the giants in the Sun Village?

Bhaalson Remodel:

1. What does everyone think of the Blood Magic concept, and should I have Imoen dual-class sooner than the original game would allow for? I can come up with a means to do so, I am just wondering if that would make her too broken. Or should I instead concentrate on getting her basic stats up to the point where she can use her Metamorph abilities once more?

2. Animagus. I am thinking well ahead here (at least into the BG2 plot) but what kind of animal should Harry turn into? Here I rather think I would like it to be something furry and something someone could ride, but exactly what is in question.

Death’s Avenger:

1. I am looking for an antagonist to use for an episode or two. It doesn’t have to be a person, it can be an animal, but I would prefer it to be large and dangerous and on the Broken Isles. If an individual, I would like to introduce someone magical, but someone whose death won’t be honestly missed.

2. What is everyone’s opinion on the Nightbourne? I see them as rather… well, retcon expansion bullcrap, but I am willing to be persuaded otherwise. Although if I do bring them in, I doubt Harry will get along with many of their leaders…

3. Malygos, leader of the Blue Flight. Here I am just… I honestly am all over the place on my opinion of him. I think he could be a great antagonist, but I also am uncertain if I am basing my opinion of him too much on fandom rather than reality.

4. What is everyone’s thoughts on the Nerubians? Are they interesting enough to introduce them at some point as Harry travels the world, and how terrified should they be of him thanks to his basilisk side?  They have completely broken away from the Old Ones and aren’t naturally violent so after some fits and starts they would eventually become allies, but I would probably have to do a lot of world-building if I brought them in.

I have a few more SBH and Horse questions, but they need to wait a few chapters so they don't provide spoilers.

Two General SW crossover Questions:

1. Are the Sssi-ruu (lizard aliens from the Truce of Bakura) interesting enough to introduce?  With their hold on events slipping either version of Sidious might reach out to them to try and create a distraction for their enemies… (I realize I might have asked this question before, but we are coming up on the point where the Sidious in Horse might need this distraction rather badly)

2. This one comes from a few comments by Morde24.  Is space combat that doesn’t involve the main characters (or at times even side characters) interesting enough to describe in detail, or would summaries work better? Up to this point, I’ve used summaries to show the overall strategic position of the war in both works, coupling this with showing specific battlefronts of importance using different characters.

And Now Onto a Broader question:

1. I am thinking of putting Magic of the Force on hold after the next chapter in order to concentrate more on ATP or FILFy teacher. Going by both work to do and the number of chapters left, they are both faaarr closer to completion. Magic is just barely at the halfway point. Thoughts/comments?

Giblets

Least interesting super nova left is Capone for me.

vimesenthusiast

Seriously!? I don't like the guy's attitude or his crew, but his power is fascinating.

Peter K

As for ATP question #1, that might be a bit much, yeah. It'd certainly be interesting, but I think it might feel like too much happening at once for Harry and crew to make it though relatively unscathed without some kind of major ass-pull saving the day.

vimesenthusiast

Ah, but the key word is 'unscathed'. I never said there wouldn't be scathing LOL.

Giblets

While the concept of hammer space is cool i feel like its been done to death as a power/ability honestly. I could also just be misremembering how his power fully works.

Diego D'Andrea

I'm biased: give priority to FILFy and APT

Peter K

Lol that's why I threw the "relatively" in there. I just get the vibe that it's too much to deal with without losing a LOT of people, perhaps more than is palatable in a reasonably lighthearted story.

Tom smith

The only supernovas I remember are luffy, law, kid, Bonny and I think killer? Kids first mate? I remember a angel monk and a voodoo guy. Can’t remember any others but I found voodoo guy lame.

frank schellingerhout

ATP: 1 think the two are best done separately could use loki and a source of info and battle plan . 2 some minior action perhaps but always felt that spiderman was at it best with city villains the large comic arc universe not so much 3 no opinion on him dont know much on him 4 meh its clothing so long as it not spandex or star trek clothing its ok perhaps BSG as an option ? Death’s Avenger: 1 the world boss Flotsam - hands think he was just a random world boss for a quest but nothing important. 2 meh they needed to pick a race for void to fill out the chart making sense of things could have been any old race 3 from what i understand the war drove him semi crazy and does not want magic users beside the blue dragon flight. think more of a focus for harry might be remove the flight leader ability those of his flight so he loses those who do not want to take hostile actions . 4 could be fun that they fear the living day light out of him but due to that fear search him out proving that there not rulled by fear but logical thought. but its fine if harry meets them later there up north so his inner snake might not like the cold. And Now Onto a Broader question: 1 would be nice to see ATP and FILFY completed before after the current chapter of magic of the force even if i did vote on it for this month :D

Jason B

I love magic of the force and would be disappointed too see it put on hold. But I would be nice too see FILFy or ATP finished as well.

Logan

Summarize space battles for Star Wars and put HP SW to the side if you are going to finish one of the others in 6 months but not if it’s 3 years. In between us up to you.

Brody Meech

i think for atp having thanos and the sahdows happen at the same time would be too much. for bhaalson maybe a tiger, dire wolf, saber tooth tiger. as for the broader question id like to see atp and filfy completed

Phoenix5566

Scratchmen Apoo (is he still around?) Was the least interesting, then Capone I think (depends on how close you were going to follow the big mom/cake island arc) Urouge is interesting, and could end up having an interesting friendship/rivalry with ranma

zagan

Stallion: 1: Urouge or Apoo 3: They could be left behind on purpose by Raffy so they could train in their speciality while the other continue to travel and train. And at the end Raffy could make the journey on the opposite direction to collect them back. Juts need to have the crew realise that they the time to train and find a way for them to find information on the right place to train (might be harder to justify) 4: I like the idea of Peronna and Zoro too but not sure that Raffy would accept her in the crew, she seem to lazy for it. ATP: 1: Please not at the same time, that's way too much, perhaps back to back with the shadow arc first. 2: I like spider man but I don't think he need to join full time. As setting him up, well Marie jane is already a member more or less and I've very nostalgic of their couple. 3: no need. Making waves: 1: Concentrate on Ranma and perhaps a little Ezra. Bhallson: 1: Not a fan of the blood magic concept to start with I don't understand why their native ability got a cost when they find themselves in the forgotten realms. If they could find a way o mitigate or negate the cost it would be great. As Imoen/Tonks yes metamorph seems more important to me. 2: First please no snake, wolves, lion, falcon or stag. Even less phoenix or dragon a little originality would be great. As for possibility, a bull or a bison could be cool, bear or boar would be fine too. less furry but a rhino could be funny. Skipping to broader question: Yes, that's fine with me.

Cory Nydam

ATP: 1). They should be done separately, with maybe the conclusion of one arc happening just as the other is beginning. The only way they would work together is if the events of one arc directly and immediately affect the events of the other. 2). Only include him if he will quickly become a part of the inner circle; as in up there with Reed or Colossus. Anything less is just a waste of a character with such potential. 3). I would say just leave him lie. He wasn’t very interesting, and any chance to reduce the number of characters in ATP is a godsend. 4). From my perspective any uniform that isn’t strictly practical will have so little significance that I will never picture anyone in it. SW: 1). I think the Ssi-Ruk were some of the weakest and most poorly thought out villains in the EU. If Sidious needs to throw a distraction, I would love to see him have one of his minions reintroduce technobeasts or rhakghouls. 2). I do want to see ATP completed soon, but MoF is my favorite active fanfic. I would say take MoF off of the polls for a few months, but no longer than 6 months. Anything more and I will have to reread the whole thing. While that isn’t exactly a hardship, it does involve climbing a mountain made of time, and I would rather not.

Jeff

Stallion 1-Urouge his powers pretty cool but pretty basic/been done a bunch of times if in different forms. He’s also yet to actually do anything. 2-ya don’t really get it myself and don’t recall anything being mentioned 3-it would be a shoe in but I think it’s definitely needed. Plus kumas fruit can pretty much no sell them if it catches them off guard. Haki can probably block it but not all of them can spread it out much if at all. A training trip/montage would be hard to justify unless they get absolutely stomped by someone before they hit the redline. Maybe a sneak attack from kuma that gets the weaker members and the strong ones have to track them down? 4-I don’t recall her ever trying it on Mihawk so it’s blockable/cuttable. She’s also not that stupid. If it is though everyone can pretty much no sell her and that’s no fun. Her design before and after is one of my favorite. Go goth girls

Scott

Stallion 1. Hard to say because we haven’t seen their full plotlines yet, but I’m not really interested in Scratchmen Apoo. I would have added Hawkins to the list too, but obviously he’s already been dealt with (good riddance - I loved the fight). 3. I tend to agree that some members of the crew need to catch up before they can move forward into the new world. That said, I’ve enjoyed the character development that you’ve done so far, and I would prefer it if most of the crew stayed at least reasonably close together. I still find it odd in that in canon outside of the two-year time skip, not a lot of time actually passes in the show which makes the crews close bond a little odd at times. Life and death experiences aside they really haven’t spent that much time together. 4. I think that if you go purely by canon, then devil fruit abilities like hers can’t be blocked by haki otherwise sugar wouldn’t have been so effective in Dressrossa. Maybe if you knew it was coming and coated your whole body with it, but otherwise I don’t think it would work. However, I personally would prefer if it could easily be blocked with Haki by a person powerful and skilled enough to use it. That way Perona is a nightmare for lesser combatants, but she becomes useless when faced with a higher-level opponent. I wouldn’t mind her as a short term member, but I don’t see her sticking around in the long term. Depends on what you do with her character. ATP 1. It depends on how you do it, but I would prefer it to be separated. I don’t have strong opinion on the other questions here. Making Waves 1. I wouldn’t mind seeing some of it as long as you don’t go overboard. I really liked the section on Gildarts, and I would like to see more of that. Doing something with Mira/Elfman and Erza could also be interesting, especially if they do something that represents a major change to their abilities. Bhaalson Remodel 1. The blood magic has been interesting, and you’ve done a good job giving it a steep cost so that it doesn’t get too overpowered. I would prefer to see her metamorph ability come into play. She just doesn’t feel like Tonks without it. Also, Tonks might feel like she needs to take center stage if she gets too strong, given that she knows Harry’s true age she might feel a greater responsibility to protect him. If she stays weaker, but regains her metamorph abilities, then her extra intelligence and experience at dealing with people would come into play more if she uses it to gain intel and spy on people. I never actually played this game, so I’m not entirely sure how you would handle her being dual class. 2. Without knowing how you intend to use his form this becomes very difficult. I tend to think that animagi or most useful for espionage (rat/bug/bird), transportation (bird/wolf), or special abilities (night vision/smell). In direct combat most animals just don’t have a lot of defensive ability other than speed. Normally I would suggest a bird, but with your criteria, I’m thinking something with horns or antlers of some kind (his father was a stag after all). General SW 2. Honestly I’m not all that interested in space combat in general, at least when compared to other types of combat. You’ve done a good job with it, but I start to get confused with all the different ship sizes, and weapons. If the main characters aren’t involved, then I would vote for summarizing. I actually prefer Horse for the Force specifically because it has less space combat, when it does it focuses heavily on Ranmas ship which I have a better handle on. Also because in general it has a more micro focus as Ranma causes chaos wherever he goes rather than a macro focus like in magic of the force as they build a truly massive alliance. The galaxy is just so big that the macro approach really slows things down at times. Broad 1. I would be fine with this. It’s about time that you completed a few of your stories. That said, I REALLY want to see the next chapter of Fate Touched. It can’t compete in a poll against FILFY and it’s a story that has really excited me from the beginning. Not just the next chapter, but in the long term.

Morde24

ATP: 1. Considering as they just defeated galactus, I'm thinking that the only real difficulty with Thanos will be keeping bystander casualties to a minimum. Additionally I think in and around the Thanks arc is the most logical time for Harry to become a titan, and while I'm not familiar with the asgardian shadows arc, I can't imagine Titan harry who now has access to the gobs of magic he has previously let go being much bothered by them. 2. Spider man is kinda just an extra character with super strength (and smarts depending on how you go with him. So I can't see him being much more use than being friendly and neighborly unless you have a kinda ish side arc in which he grows and wants to do more. 3. Apocalypse is kinda meh, barely a tech upgrade for harry if I'm being honest. Just let the x -men use it as training or something. Making waves: not so familiar with the source material so I'll trust your choices. Sw crossover wise: 1. The Sssi ru are eh, having thrown get involved was a much better idea, and maybe reaching out to various expansion regions factions (I think some yuuzhan vong are hanging around somewhere) and also you can use some of sidious's secret fleets. For broader questions: I'm all for finishing ATP and FILFY if it'll be finished in a relatively short timeframe and you just updating those every month, but longer than 6 months and I think that they win the poll enough to keep juggling everything. Sorry for the poor formatting, as always I'm on my phone

Dion Bennett

Thanos and Asgard shadows happening at the same time seems like a bit much, considering during the invasion I imagine you’re going to have a ground assault via the chitauri and a space assault with Skrull fleets essentially jumping between two things already

GreedOnGreed

Apoo or if Killer were to die Kidd would swear revenge, he would become even more patient and violent.

Treant Balewood

Stallion of the line: 3.Kinda yeah I have faith in your ability to write it tho 4.Yes! Bring her on and pair her. Um thats a surprising tough question maybe they don't block her ghosts but dampen the effects of them when active Making Waves: 1.Concentrate on Ranma and Co. 2.Sounds fun Bhaalson Remodel: 1.I think it brings something to the fic it's a HP crossover I like that it brings HP magic into it, I could go either way there she's already got magic having wizard levels isn't terribly game breaking, but I can see getting interest in reclaiming her birthright. 2.Has to be a Dire Goat nothing else will do... kidding this is a hard one i kida want it to be something BG specific, I'll think about it Death’s Avenger: 2.I think you have the right opinion 4.Sounds fun and alittle at least

M B

ATP: 1) I would agree that it would likely be a bit much at once, in both ways you are concerned about. 2) I like Spiderman as a character so would enjoy him becoming full time, but wouldn't be too bothered if you decided against it. As for pairing him with someone, if it feels right then go for it. 3) Meh, don't really find him interesting. 4) I'll leave that to more creative people than me. Bhaalson: 1) I honestly felt the penalty on the Blood magic system was a bit too punishing, but I tend to like powerful characters so take that with a grain of salt. I like both dual classing and metamorphing, but think she (Tonks-oen) would be more focused on getting her metamorph powers back. 2) Since Baldur's Gate is set in the Forgotten Realms setting, you could troll through here for options: https://forgottenrealms.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Creatures_by_type. If you allow magical creatures and want it to be furry and rideable, I am a fan of the displacer beast. A few other interesting options I found on there are Asperii (flying telepathic horse), or hippogriff. For less magical, Dire wolf, or a bear of some kind (Dire or otherwise). I am also amused by the idea of him being a Giant Space Hamster for better interaction with Boo, but that is more of a joke answer than anything serious. Death's Avenger: I am definitely interested in the story, but know very little lore so will leave this to others. I stopped playing WoW before WotLK. SW Crossover: 1) As amusing as I find space dinosaurs, they seem kind of bland. 2) I've liked your current balance for battles. Broad: Not a huge fan of MotF being paused, but I'd say go for it if you feel it would help you with your writing to be able to finish some of the other stories.

Thomas Edwards

Stallion of the line: 1. If we're sticking with captains I'd have to say either Scratchman or Urouge, if not then Killer was the least interesting for me. 2.IIRC there was never any concrete reason given so far, though after the revelation regarding X Drake its been bandied about that he is there as a spy, 3. Personally, given what those islands had to offer I feel it is needed, how you go about it will be the difficult part though, maybe Kuma speaks to them and gives the offer after Thriller Bark as a backup but doesn't act on it until things get hairy? lol 4. Maybe have it work on only some of her abilities or have to completely cover the whole body etc. I've liked that idea ever since reading Primordial Vortex's Power to Destroy the World challenge pilot, especially given how much time she spent with Zoro as his sense of drirection over the two years, the idea of how Tashigi would react to her and Zoro could also be amusing in the future. Having her as part of the crew could be very interesting, her talents in Espionage could help balance out the crew in the future especially if she works with Robin, maybe have her become a point of contact between the revolutionaries and strawhats after Dressroa or something? ATP: 1. Might be too much at once but if you think you can manage it and there won't be a lot of last minute saves etc. then I say go for it. 2.Personally I like the idea of him only getting involved in Custodes level threats when they interact but Spidey focusing on the street crime and city villains would be more appealing tbh. 3. Not enough interest in him personally. 4. I believe you mentioned Carol and a few others looking at various ideas of the EDF but I don't think it was ever anything concrete. Making Waves: 1. Maybe a few brief summaries to help break up Ranma's journey or something? 2.Given Jenny's Take over set then I would be very interested in seeing more of them and just what you would do with Kancolle types, especially if Ranma recognizes them as such lol. Bhaalson Remodel: 1. Personally I think work towards Metamorph abilities first, the potential for espionage there would be very interesting to see in Baldurs gate. 2. Tough question, personally I like the idea of something that makes transport easier, either by being able to fly or very quick, alternatively given the way he created his character something big and tough like a bear may fit. Death’s Avenger: 1. There are two World Bosses in Highmountain area that may fit your requirements Flotsam and Drugon, could be quite interesting for Harry to fight against. 2. I may be wrong but I was under the impression the Nightbourne were stuck behind their Magic Barrier thing up until the third invasion by the Burning Legion. IIRC they were basically the similar yet opposite of High elves in that they had to draw from the Nightwell. All this to say ; given there is another 4000 years or so before that event, if Harry can manage to somehow bypass the Shield there is a lot of potential you can play with to make them however you want them lol. 3. I could definitely see him absolutely hating Harry and what he represents, Harry's drive to try the various types of magic and even combine them in some cases would no doubt trigger Malygos , depending on just how mad he his when he finds out about Harry. Given Harry is on the Isles I can see him meeting Senagos at some point, which you could also use as you wish lol. 4.I can see most of them being terrified of his Basilisk side, especially as he gets more control/lets it out more, but the Stronger ones and Queens should be able to resist it more. Personally I like the idea of them being brought in simply for the possibilities they could offer Harry's faction in the future, especially if they become allies early enough lol. SW crossover Questions: 1. Don't know much about them, but if you think they will work as you intend then go for it. 2.Personally I've enjoyed what you've shown so far, I think a summary is good unless there are aspects that need you to go into more detail, either regarding something that happens to a specific character or to illustrate a point about the way the war is advancing/ escalating. Broader Question: I'm really enjoying your Magic of the Force, especially the Empire Building type parts but wouldn't be upset if you decided to reduce it to one chapter every 4-6 months, I would be reluctant to see it reduced further than that but at the end of the day it is your choice lol.

Bryan Brown

ATP: 1. Is Harry capable of doing a marathon fight against Thanos and the Shadows back to back? I don’t know much about the Shadows but it seems to cheapen the fight with Thantos. If you can fight Thantos wounded and tired or while distracted by someone else and still win … Assuming harry will be the main combatant in both cases. 2 Bring him in, set him up with one of the Custodes ladies, but have him be part-time/reserve member instead. That would have him around if you want to involve him in something. It would be similar to where Dr. Strange has been most of the story. 3. You have enough going on in this story that you do not need more unless it is set up for the next one or you really want to do it. Two General SW crossover Questions: 2. I’m fine with how you have been doing it.

Delphinous

Stallion: i'm not deep into the one piece lore, so i cannot provide useful info on 1&2 3: i can believe that ranma/luffy would agree to a 'go to ground for a while' plan to turn down the increasing escalation they are facing that has them split up, but it would probably feel somewhat shoehorned in to have it be forced on them. plus, distributing the den den mushi to the groups would let them stay in relative contact while on a 2 year training/lay-low break 4: by my understanding/reading of what perona does, she is more of an emotional vampire, so generally i would say that busoshoku would not work, but i think haoshoku would allow defense (possibly even passively for someone who has control of it) as well as allowing 'cleansing' of those affected. maybe someone with both kenbunshoku and busoshoku could armor themselves against it by combining them both ATP: 1. You have already used COMICBOOK thanos who is obsessed with death, and now you are wanting to mix him into MCAU thanos who wants the glove and snaps his fingers, i'm just pointing out that these are basically different core personalities and reasons to invade, so merging them may be tough. unless i'm reading this question wrong and this is a COMICBOOK thanos invasion not the MCAU invasion in either case i feel like you've done a lot of split events recently, where harry and a few people are dealing with one thing, and everyone else is dealing with another, so i'd prefer to have the two events be separate so that everyone can focus on them at once, rather than forcing everyone to split up to handle both, but i can understand that forcing them to be split does prevent anyone from overwhelming and overpowering 2 i feel like spiderman would be more sueful being a part of a 'branch' of the custodes than joining the main group. harry and CO is getting spread pretty thin, and they are still mostly centralized, so if they started getting regional centers/groupings of the custodes i feel like thats when spiderman would join, because he's super laser-focused on his city and very resistant to joining larger efforts on anything but a case by case basis 3 not really, unless he comes as a pawn of someone bigger 4 here are my suggestions for names: Liberatas, Elysium, and the Unified Sentients Kingdom. no ideas on the uniform Making Waves: 1 i would say only show snippets of important things of the other groups at best, or things like the other groups talking about/thinking about ranma, but mostly concentrating on ranma's group 2 mecha-people are interesting but only if you can reasonably establish why they are able to both reproduce and not exponentially turn into an apocalypse scenario of swarming machines 3 i don't know if they had names, but the pictures honestly look like dwarves to me, and there is some irony in calling them dwarves BHAALSON: i like how the blood magic is working, and it cannot be easily expanded upon without them getting some HP-WORLD instructional information on more magic (although tonks could keep remembering other things) i feel like tonks has currently grown to the point where she doesn't self identify as a metamorph anymore, so while regaining her powers would be something she would like, it's not something that is core to her person, while her magic is, so i think she'd prefer dual-classing into magic as more important than getting her transformative powers back 2 This harry is very much a protector, but also a big buff barbarian type, so i feel like a bear would be appropriate my knowledge of WOW is basically 0, cannot help with deaths avenger, but i love the story, good luck STARWARS: 1 i was unfamiliar with Ssi-ruuk but looking into them, they really feel like knockoff or precursor Yuuzhan Vong, since the big deal with them is capturing and enslaving and torturing other sentients for their society and religion, so if you want a YV-lite as a distraction they would work 2 i think the current space combat is working well, maybe have a pivotal battle once in a while be in more detail, but the summaries work well enough and are enjoyable for me last question: i love all your stories including Magic of the Force, but i would accept it being put on hold to speed up the completion of another story that is nearing completion, there are enough other HP stories running that i don't mind

FitzThrawn

ATP:1.  I think it might be a bit much to follow both arcs concluding at the same time might be a lot to keep straight.  Maybe having one happening in the background as the other kicks off, but not both at the same time. 2.  As a side character, yes, but I don't know that he needs to be a bigger character, unless you want to bring him in as a scientist rather than as just another hero would be an interesting twist. 3.  No, he isn't. Making Waves:1.  Keep the focus on Ranma. Star Wars:1.  The only thing I really remember about the Sssi-ruu is that they drained life energy to power their tech, so that sounds like a pretty solid threat to Ranma and Sekot. 2.  For me summaries would be a better choice, but mostly because the lack of a known viewpoint character (for me) makes it harder to grasp the combat.

Ampws

To be honest 3rd Path has been hanging around for a while. It would be nice to see it finished.

Justin Sully

Bhaalson: I like how you are handling the Blood Magic aspect. Secrets always add some inter-party drama as well, which makes things more interesting. I'd prefer Tonks get her metamorph skills back, I think you could do more with that with in the story. Animagus: A Bear? ;) Death's Avenger: 1. As someone else mentioned, one of the world bosses would work. 2. The Nightborne are fairly meh. The quest characters the players meet and work with in the Legion expansion are good, but as a whole I think you have the right opinion. 3. He's a good antagonist. He's hard to like, but his reasons make his actions understandable, if not exactly justified. Way better than his replacement! 4. The Nerubians are interesting, although i do think you are right they would take a lot of world building. As others have said, I love Magic but if another story is nearing completion I'd agree with it being put on the backburner while another one finishes up.

Stallion of the line: 1. Supernovas wise law and bonney are the only non-evil among the group. Bonney will be solo once black beard kills her whole crew in new world. bege is ok i guess but he's a drop out once he gets his wife. Kid is evil and Apoo is a backstabber kind of person and Hawkins is super evil with how his devil fruit works using his crews lives when he takes a killing blow. 2. Nothing new about ice man yet, I'm kinda thinking spy, but it could be him just hating the new wg. Luckily you have missed almost nothing but Yamato for strawhat rofl. if thats your stopping point, and the new Haoshoku haki infused attacks that are just like Busoshoku but strike the insides of the enemy instead of the outside. that move is what Rayleigh used to remove the bombed handcuffs during the Sabaody arc. 3. honestly you probly don't need that silly time skip but some parts of the new world would be harder fights. mainly fish man and punk hazard arcs. I don't know if fish man island arc would even happen if they came early ?-? since it would still be under whitebeard or if he died again it would be when Big Mom first showed up to take them over. 4. Perona should be stoppable but the attacks are ghosts so you gotta see them first =P. Having her join the crew is fine but you would have to get her to loose that blind faith in Moria since Kuma slapped her away before she could be backstabbed by Moria so she still loyal in cannon. ATP: 1. You could let Thano fight the guardians of the galaxy in the background to keep him busy during the shadows arc. 2. You can use Spider-man's help against the crime lords that hurt Emma 3. Apocalypse could set up shop on Sakaar aka planet hulk or something but otherwise I'm not sure what he could still do. Making Waves: 1. Maybe a small bit on the girls Ranma left behind, but only if its interesting Bhaalson Remodel: 1. I think the blood magic is good and Tonks is still on the very weak side so shapeshifting could help her, but just like wizard magic it would have some kind of draw back, like how cannon HP tonk can't walk without tripping because he legs keep changing length so she can't learn balance =P 2. Surely not a wolf like the dogfather rofl. But I would say something that matches him in straight forwardness maybe a bear? Death’s Avenger: 1. well you got dem crazy Vikings or demons in valsharah or mana starved fallen trying to eat him since he is a walking sun to them. Sorry I don't remember those random npc's names =P 2. You could use the Nightbourne, but aren't they still sealed away inside that big ass barrier during that time? Also they hate outsiders to much currently. They would try to kill him or throw him out into the hordes of starving lower class fallen who also want his mana. fking mana vampire kingdom man. 3. Malygos has not gone crazy yet so he could be a good friend if harry can prove his not a threat to the worlds magic, but the corruption show have its seeds already working on him. So it could end up in a scenario like strike me down if i fall to corruption old friend years later. 4. The Nerubians are cool but i think they would attack him, just the the spiders from harry potter? Plus that anti spider aura will not help them trust him much if they don't attack. game wise i would say rep locked at unfriendly but maybe not hostile unless attacked first so orange mobs yo.

Voodoo guy’s already been killed. So has drake the marine double agent.

ATP: 1: I would say that thought it will be quite hard for Harry etc, Action of both sides at the same time or very shortly after the other would be probable. I base it on the thought that villains would not care for a specific time to take action if they see a favourable situation because of another distraction and are ready to act they would. So it would depend on how much surveilance you would think each of them has. Deaths Avenger: 1: Some Naga Lady that has a base in the area?; The problem is that at the moment there really is not that much of importance on the broken isles. the big tomb and/or the big palace are not existing yet until 100-20BDP or sth( not sure when Aeggwyn has her fight with a splinter of Sargeras( fraction of power but supposedly full consciousness)) with the retcon or unreachable because of barrier. Maybe some naga or Satyr in service of N'zoth--> introduction to Naga for Harry. 2. the Nightborne are interesting if you want to show the negative adaptability of Elves in contact with magic. Eg: that they are very mutable by magic, but get then depend on their new enviroment magical density( would show harry the problem of this worlds magic). Otherwise they are basically Blood Elves without the Scrouge and with a well of magic that is unending, but with limited flux(not enough for their whole population). 3. Malygos: well he would be interested in Harry for the weirdness of his magic and also his knowledge of out of this world magic. But he is not a very well defined character: Malygos was the closest ally friend of Neltharion and he convinced the other of the Dragon Soul plan after it was suggested by Neltharion; becuase of this he sent much of his flight to death in order to try to stop Neltharion. In the loss of his family he became later on catatonic and awoke sometime in between WoA and DP and started to rebuild his flight; In this time his flight was directionless; The loss of his mates and children to the scrouge again made him catatonic and chipped even more away at his sanity( beeing so close to the Old god of corrupption Yog'saron) did not help: When he awoke hea had realized that magic in the hands of mortals(elves included) was the origin of all his sufffering: Soooo lets take the magic of the world the very life blood of the sleeping titan( well of eternity = lake+ lifeblood of Titan "Azeroth"+Maybe some blood of Y'shaarj(Old god pulled out of the planet by the titan iking)) and gather it at one place. Probably a plan by Yogg to gather so much essence of Azeroth in order to free himself fully and have enough catalytic for some blood base corruption magic on the titan. Soo Harry could fo sth magically that awakens Malygos from his coma and gets his interest: Friendship is a Problem because all of the Aspects are "Greater Good" types and focused on their own sphere. Malygos would be a remarkable asset to Harry for him to learn the local Magic. would be cool to have them in contact, but you would need to flesh out his character and create some lesser Dragon OC to be the main contact to Harry. 4. If Harry goes to Northrend he will meet the Nerubians; they have a big society there. They would have some kind of instinctive fear of him but it would be shown mor in line of wariness than outright fear or hate. They would try to find out about him. Single Nerubians could become his friends but the best he could reach in the yes of the society would be sth like a guardian Devil( A scary story to children about and evil that fights even worse evils; A Hero fo them but one they fear as well) To have them would be interesting but not necessary: though to have them unleash their anger when C'thun tries to awake would be quite intersting. so : 1Some naga/satyr as an enemy who has some long term plans that get distrubed 2 Not really htat intersting except as" Look harry , that is the problem with magic" 3. could be interesting but Malygos as firend is improbable 4. yes inlcude them and show a real society

NerdLord2nd

Only one I really have an opinion on is the first ATP question. And in that case yes both at once would definitely be to much for Harry and company unless your looking for deathly hallows level of killing of characters realistically

Unfortunately I have yet to read more than Stalion of the Line so I can't comment on any of the others... Seriously high on my to do list though... Anyway... 1. Urouge has done the least of any of the surviving Supernovas. 2. Sorry no on that front... Its still a big mystery... same with why Shanks decided to talk to the 5 WG elders... presumably about Blackbeard. But it isn't explicitly stated. 3. I've been wondering how you were going to approach that part... I think it depends on how you plan on dealing with the stretch of cannon between Sabody and Marineford. I thought you would most likely have Raffy state after Marineford that the crew was not ready for the New World and go looking for power ups... depending on how Raffy's interactions go with Kuma, I could see Kuma giving Raffy a list of "suggestions" as an alternate to just punting them to their destination. 4. I always thought Busoshoku was more physical where Perona's ghosts were mental... I could see Busoshoku stopping the ghosts from entering someone since they are Devil Fruit generated but do nothing to prevent the mental side of things... which would make her very dangerous since Ussop isn't around. I've always seen Perona as too much of a brat to fit in with the crew... it could be done but she would need even more work than Nami... and she doesn't have Nami's back story to make her sympathetic while we wait for her to grow.

Death's Avenger: My general feeling is that the real question for all of these is "do I want to use these to progress plot or worldbuilding in an interesting way?" I.e. pick out the worldbuilding that you'd like to do, or will have to do eventually and it might be useful to get out of the way/foreshadow early, and choose based on that. For example: 1. What else could you do with the antagonist for this arc? Some possible antagonists: -Makrura: Basically giant slightly-taur/nerubian-like lobsters, that are probably sapient. They could be used to: --Introduce N'zoth as a long-term antagonist (make them cultists, naga might get mentioned) --Introduce the idea that there are sapient animals everywhere descended from Wild Gods -> introduce Wild Gods --Expand upon the idea that there are sapient animals that result from long-term exposure to high magical densities (like Quetzal) (this origin is (probably) incompatible with the Wild God one) ---This would probably segue into the influence of ambient magic and energy infusion, e.g. night/high/blood/void/fel elves / trolls, and Harry vs other arcanists, and Harry's recent physical enhancement due to nature magic, and whether that is 100% a good thing --If basilisk fear extends beyond spiders into arthropods as a whole, begin exploring that -Murloc: Similar options to the above -Drust/Vrykul. Drust were fairly blatantly introduced just so that Kul Tirans could have a Druid option, but that doesn't mean it's not an interesting concept. Vrykul colonists sailed from Northrend after the Sundering, the ones that landed on Kul Tiras are called Drust. --Start actively exploring Vrykul, which could be relevant. Is Harry genetically related to Vrykul (or Azeroth humans) in any way? --The Drust seem to have a druidic tradition not descended from Cenarius/Ysera, which is interesting and could be relevant. --Looking at the Hela thing, and at the Thornspeaker philosophy and animal form appearance, it seems like Vrykul have a death magic tradition, which they blend with druidism, which is really interesting, and could be relevant. 2. Well, what could the Nightborne bring to the story? -Introduce stupidly OP titan artifacts, which by Hallow parallel might wind up forming quite a bit of the lategame plot. WoW is also pretty centered around finding legendary artifacts (given that it's an MMORPG), and tying that in could be interesting. The idea of upgrading artifacts with Titan blood/Azerite applied to the Hallows is cool too. -The idea of Highborne exclaves surviving is plausible and could be really interesting. --Azerothian mages, which I don't think really exist on Kalimdor outside Dragons. --Perhaps another view on the dangers of native magic that conflicts with the Night Elves? Is there another side of the story of what happened with the Legion, perhaps blaming a *lack* of investment in magical research for not already having the things the demons were offering and a *lack* of pride that would make highborne want to invent it themselves rather than serve demons? --Yet another introduction of the ambient magic infusion situation affecting Quetzal, probably Nightsabers, perhaps Makruka/Murlocs, etc. that seems likely plot/worldbuilting-relevant. --Introduce political intrigue in a way the Night Elves might not really have? 3. Obviously, when to go AU is totally up to the author. However, when it comes to changing established parts of the setting, the only circumstance under which I near-universally support it is when making characters (especially antagonists) more multidimensional and interesting. Now, doing that with every character can cause fatigue and make them seem the same, but it can be done well, e.g. Naruto. Aka if you want to use Fanon, that's just fine, but so is not. 4. Do Nerubians bring any particularly unique and interesting things to the story? Investigation of the basilisk fear, introduction of the Qiraj and Old Gods, unique magical traditions, etc.? How does basilisk fear work? Well, that is the question. I suppose part of that is where does it come from. Some possibilities: -Back in the mesozoic, the king-ancestor of basilisks ate the queen-ancestor of spiders, and that event transubstantiated into a legend that has magical weight and appears in a pseudo-racial-memory through a deification-like faux-Loa process? -Because they have lots of eyes and no eyelids? Seems kind of canon-whimsy-like so plausible in that sense, but quite odd (and so perhaps interesting to explore). -Based on magical concept opposition? Spiders tend to be associated with fate and art and thus sort of civilization-like. Basilisks seem to be associated with death, and depending on what death magic actually *is* (and for the basilisk in particular) that could be inherently opposed to fate? --Is basilisk venom also death magic? Seems plausible to me. -Do basilisks just find spiders really tasty, and spiders can somehow sense this? -Were the spiders sensing the basilisk and running, or just smelling something that smelled like a predator? Was each spider deciding it was dangerous, or was that being communicated between them in some form of Spidertongue? What is Parseltongue anyway? Maybe magical animal languages are inherently rivals with each other and the spiders were running because they knew the Basilisk would try to kill them because Parseltongue itself wanted it to, and they couldn't beat a basilisk? EDIT: I just noticed on the wiki that there are already Vrykul in the Broken Isles, so mostly-scratch that idea (though breakaway groups as cultists of Helya or something could be interesting antagonists)

Hello. Stallion of the line: 1. Not like their, but Bonny is funny. 2. Not read too. 3. Not separeted, but training "vacation" for crewmate with Ranme-sensei, is good. +Ranma/Robin/maybe Hancock? 4. Perona/Zoro? Interested :)

Braeden1002

Stallion of the Line: I do not know anything about the Supernovas other than Law, so I don't really care if I am being honest. Don’t know as I have not read past Dressrosa. I would not say that it is shoe-horning as it is something that needs to happen for the characters to not just grow as people but for them to get to the point where they can actually be useful in future aspects of the story. But I would say that depending on how you write the Whitebeard vs. Marines Arc, if it even happens, or if you have a fight in which everyone either struggles or in which the rest of the crew finally gets a wake-up call on how dangerous the future Grand Line adventures will be and that they need to change. If Busoshoku can allow someone to hit a logia user then I assume it would be possible for someone to prevent her ghost form from affecting them if they hit her or coat a body part. With your tendency to further develop characters once they play a larger role I think it would be interesting to see how she would grow and develop when around the Strawhat crew. I think it would be interesting for the two of them to have a fling, but I still stand by my reasoning from when they first meet but Zoro and Tashigi would be a great pairing but I think making it a threesome with Perona would also be interesting. ATP I think if it was something that may have been on the same plane then it would have been a different idea. Moreso I feel that both of these situations will call for all of Harry’s attention, especially when it comes to Thanos. As it stands I do not think anyone but potentially Jean would be able to take on Thanos so Harry would need to focus all of his attention on him, moreover Hela would want to be there to help deal with her father. I am indifferent to Spider-man in this story, it is not that he is not an interesting character or that he would not be able to help. But with the way that you have developed the story it would take him a while to get up to the skill level of the Custodes Mundi moreover, with the way his character is I do not think he would be able to have the proper mindset to be an effective combatant or would be willing to put someone down for good. I don’t think he would fit well with any of the main ladies when it comes to the Custodes Mundi, but maybe one of the ladies that works to rescue mutants or someone from the X-men could potentially work. I think it would be interesting to see snippets of what he is doing when it starts to become relevant but I would not want the suspense of what he is fully capable of to be revealed too early. For names I have nothing. But in terms of uniform I think it should be something that does not pull from any of the current militaries. It should be something unique to show that they are a united nation of people to defend and protect the Earth. Bhaalson Remodel I think the Blood Magic concept works really well for explaining why they can do things that no one else can. Though you could have probably also just explained it away as having multiclassed into Warlocks. I cannot say if you should or should not, it depends on what you define as being broken and how. I am assuming that right now she would be considered to be either a fighter or more likely a rouge. Honestly if he were to gain the ability to become an animagus I feel that with the connotation behind them, that being able to turn into a griffon would be a cool idea.

Stallion 1. I’d say Bonny. Don’t know much about her other than hot chick that turns into jailbait. 2. No clue 3. I think the shoe-horning can be avoided if it isn’t a forced separation. This Luffy knows the value of a training trip, so if Akuma simply says he found islands for each member of the crew I think Luffy would leave it up to each crew member. 4. Yes. Sanji had his fling, so Zorro gets to have his. Also I think she is interesting enough to stay on the crew as long as you can give her a decent dream. ATP 1. Yes, both of those are Events, capital letter very much intentional. 2. It has been shown that Spider-man in the comics doesn’t do well full time. He likes being local, being the superhero equivalent of a friendly beat cop. Do the arc, have Peter know that he’d be happy to answer if Harry ever called an all hands. Can’t think of someone he should hook up with. 3. When did this happen? I don’t remember this confrontation happening. Making Waves 1. Brief flashes at most. I’d 95% of the training sceens should be what Ranma and co are doing. 2. I see the Blasted Lands as being the Grand Line equivalent, anything goes so long as you explain why it hasn’t gotten past the mountains. BR 1. Love the idea, and you should always dual-class ASAP. 2. Pure white polar bear. Perfect for an all muscle pure paladin. General question: Put Magic of the Force on hold. I like ATP and FLFY much better.

Mia

Stalion: 1. If we’re talking most expendable/least plot relevant, it’s between Urouge, Hawkins, and Bonny. The only thing Urouge has done post TS is defeat one of Big Mom’s stronger subordinates. He then got defeated by another of her subordinates and ran away. Hawkins has been on Wano but has been pretty irrelevant for the most part. Bonny seems to have the most long term plot possibilities since they sent Akainu to recapture her from Blackbeard shortly after Marineford, and it was revealed she was pretty important to the WG but not why or how. She also snuck into the Reverie and might have a connection to Kuma. 2. Nothing concrete on that as far as I know but given the existence of Sword (marine spy group that X drake and coby are a part of), people have suggested Aokiji is part of it or is watching Blackbeard for the marines. Speaking of Wano, there’s been some interesting concepts for haki application; the most novel is imbuing attacks/things with conqueror’s haki. 3. The “gap” feeling shoehorned depends heavily on execution for me. The crew being separated by Kuma again feels like it would take some pretty serious setup to drag Raffy away (maybe fight Kizaru if that plot thread is still in the works) and have the rest of the crew still be unable to deal with him. 4. Haki can stop Law’s OP abilities, so it seems reasonable it’ll deal with most exotic DF effects like Perona and perhaps Sugar. I’ve always liked Perona and a fling between her and Zoro sounds intriguing, not sure if it would be long term stable though. Making Waves: 1. Having succinct scenes with other characters could be a good way to break scenes apart if anything starts to drag. 2. Never heard of them and the wiki didn’t offer much either. If you can make it work, go for it. 3. Not that I’m aware of; I stopped watching fairy tail around this arc.

Tomon

Stallion of the line: 1) - Scratchmen Apoo. I didn't not like him at first and he only confirmed my opinion. The usual backstabbing pirate with weird powers that I dont find interesting. - Urouge -> he is almost a blank state but his background of some unkown Sky Island could be very interesting. But otherwise not really well fleshed character just yet. 2) No, we don't know what that's about but I suspect some alliance with a very specific aim(s). 3) It make sesnse if handled well, or you would have to think of something very new. Or let the whole crew travel and encouter their encounters :-) 4) Perona's DF powers are broken. Plain and simple :) I honestly don't think that Busoshoku haki can beat it. But maybe, just maybe it could work in a way where it enables you to hit the ghost (which just pushed them away not doing any damage) but gives you at least some way to fight back a little. But in my opinion there is only one power that can directly affect the ghost -> Haoshoku (emperor) haki. It's only a subjective opinion but while I think that Armament Haki won't have any effect and the ghost will just go through the 'armor. The Emperor would either weaken the ghost or outright destroy them (for a time being). Sort of direct attack against the DF user (Perona) in this case. And she is an interesting character but needs a lot of work. And unless she grows up I don't see Zoro being interested in her. Vice versa? Very possible :-D Especially if Zoro help or outright saves her life. ATP: 1) It might be a little too much for readers to keep track of given it should be two major events, but it would be at least threatening enough for Harry faction. Still how exactly could the Shadows force them into action, if Thanos is attacking? Maybe it could happen in the other order but... 2) Sure, bring him in. But I fear that at this point even if he joins a full time he would be quite side lined. Maybe just finally open a direct line between them? He can call Custodes for help. Harry can give him a proper job and let him use his brain, while he can keep protecting NY and do a better job? :) And it's only MJ for Spider! :-P 3) You can mention it, but I wouldn't focus on Apocalypse overmuch. He just can't threaten Harry anymore unless he manages to discover something truly outrageous. Otherwise he can just pray that Harry won't discover him as otherwise the Guardian just might pay him a visit since he is an 'Earth issue' and Harry don't like letting a mess came from his planet :-D 4) Harry's women will think about something, I'm sure :P :-D Making Waves: 1) Can be done both ways. We can see just the result of said training or you can shown some. But I would make it short or just a summary. Definitely not focusing on the training overmuch. 2) If you think it can work, go for it :) 3) I think none of the giant name was said. Death’s Avenger: 1) There are many possibilities a) Satyr. The surviving ones were gathered together and are hibernating in Val'sharah under the roots of Shaladrassil The named ones are for example Kagraxxis the Corruptor or Xandris the Dishonored. I can imagine that some of them may be awake for some time to keep gathering intel. While destroying them all could have some affect on the future (and the corruption and Emerald Nightmare progression) killing just one, especially the current 'scout' won't really cause much changes. b) Demon. Either someone who got away from Tomb of Sargeras (currently underwater) or any surviving one. Sort of first instroduction for Harry to fel magic and its firemost users. If you wish to go this route contact me and I can try to look for some names c) Nagas. Similar to demons. d) Undead/ghost of Night Elves. Be it someone from Azsuna or again Val'sharah. e) Drogbar. Enemy of Hightmountain Taurens. There you would probably have to invent a name. We are too far back in the past to use any currently alive (in Legion) but not far enough to use some name from their legends. f) corrupted dragons (especially the Black ones) -> could connect to the introduction of Spiritwalker Ebonhorn. g) I could go on but probably enough for now? :-D 2) Their shield keeping them away for 10k years but Gul'dan being able to talk with them and threaten them? It just doesn't make sense to me :( So I agree with your assessments. If they managed to isolate themselves so well... How exactly did Legion contact them outright so easily once they arrived again? :-D The best explanation (my own) is that they somewhat phased their whole city... but legion as they're located in the Nether managed to found them after all this time -> thus being able to threaten them but also Suramar coming back to our world, as their self imposed exile is no longer worth anything. So Harry should, at this point, either not be able to find them. Or he should only found the shield. And I don't see how he would get inside (unless he really tried) or why they would let him in (io they were for some reason aware about him). 3) Malygos is truly a tragic figure. I kinda like him and I'm sad he was pretty much broken due to loosing his flight. Even if enough was saved in the end thanks to other action.) That loss + his connection to magic and how any corruption causes him to view the world is what made him into antagonist in the first place. Honestly... I think at this point in time he could still be saved. Especially given how Harry's magic works and that it's something which could interest him. But it's hard to say. Malygos is, as sad as it is, currently insane. Sad fate for the oldest of five aspect and also the smartest. Especially as I can see him being best friend with Harry, if the met before the sundering and the loss of Blue Dragonflight. Honestly the only issue with Malygos being restored into his former glory, no matter how long it would take, is that he may be too strong of an ally to have :-D Anyway, ask what you wish about him and I will try to answer 4) Nerubians could instinctively fear Harry but they're intelligent enough to overcome it. Could even try to either kill him or capture for study. Late on their Northrend kingdom was conquered by Lich King but currently it should be quite a powerful force. But unless you wish to let Harry communicate with just individiuals, it would truly need a lot of worldbuilding. And Now Onto a Broader question: 1) Go for it :)

Hiryo

Stallion of the line: 1) I have to say: Coribou. 2) First and foremost please check out his relationship with the Straw Hat Pirates and his history via the One Piece fandom wikia: https://onepiece.fandom.com/wiki/Kuzan The main part there for me seems like it’s Saul’s wish for looking over Niko Robin until she found herself a place as well for owning Garp a favor his reasons for him joining the pirates. My own thoughts: In a way it’s hinted in that page that he didn’t like joining the Marines in the first place and thus was always kind of a pirate and thus the reasons why he followed Saul’s wish and looked up Garp due being the father of Monkey D. Dragon?!? The favor he own’s Garp was never said why he owned Garp a favor. In a way he comes over to me as a ‘Tsundere’ and thus since the ‘Long Ring Long Land Arc’ was testing Robin’s resolve and Luffy’s capabilities as a captain to protect Robin? Him talking with Robin on Water 7 and smiling at the Sunny could be his way as pirate be too. ==> Burgess was saying "Well I don't trust Aokiji" ==> would support this, since he once joined the Marines. Now the question is how much of his Marine live was played or which not? --- Another possible reason: https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-motive-behind-Aokiji-joining-Blackbeard-%E9%BB%92%E3%81%B2%E3%81%92%E6%B5%B7%E8%B3%8A%E5%9B%A3-crew-Did-Teach-know-that-he-was-in-the-revolutionary-army For a very long time Aokiji was contemplating the actions of the Marines and wondering whether or not everything they do is righteous such as allowing Doflamingo to enslave an entire kingdom and do whatever the hell he wants with its people or massacring the people of Ohara where he was forced to kill his best friend. He even became friends with Smoker because he too thought that the Marines aren’t what they portray themselves to be. So after the challenge for the position of Fleet Admiral which he lost to Akainu he decided he had enough and resigned from the Marines and shortly after decided to ally himself with Blackbeard. He explained the reason for his actions when he went to save Smoker in Punk Hazard from Doflamingo and told him that he wanted a different perspective on things and being with Blackbeard he was finally able to see things more clearly. --- Another possibility: Aokiji after the fight, ‘licking his wounds and thinking about the future,’ sees the bigger growing storm named Blackbeard and thinks to do something. Another thing could be that Monkey D. Dragon himself recruited him? --- Possible other reason: Aokiji is working undercover for the Marines to get the powers and more info about Blackbeard. ==> Burgess was saying "Well I don't trust Aokiji" ==> could support this possibility as well. --- Another rather unlikely reason: Is since he was a pirate he lost in a ‘Davy Back Fight’ and had to follow Blackbeard. XD 3) I like zagan’s thought on this point of Raffy doing this on purpose so they could train their specialty and then make the journey in the opposite direction to collect them back. 4) Hmm similar like Thomas Edwards thinks that one covers the entire surface of where the Devil Fruit power would reach him, maybe even need some kind of centering as in mediation or having an emotion too strong to be affected. Also surely Perona is for me interesting enough to join the crew for a time. Wondering though how she and Brook would clash. XD Making Waves: 1) I believe that important changes should be shown along with important changes for the Fairy Tail guild. 2) Of course you can get away with some Kancolle type of machines. ^^ Would be a nice way to learn more things for Jenny, which Ranma or Jenny haven’t thought about yet. 3) In the manga, no names were given for the giants in the Sun Village. General SW crossover Questions: 1) Sssi-ruu ==> Ssi-ruu https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Ssi-ruu They would be interesting if they get a technology and other benefits from the emperor that make them a high threat! Extracting the live energy will most likely being Ki, so something like Hinako. Would be lol if he could block it the same way as he did for Hinako. XD 2) In general I love how you did space combat so far with ‘A Horse for the Force’ story. In too huge fights I like summaries, however, please describe in details the most important parts of the fight. And or follow Ranma (or other important ones). Broader question: 1) To be on the fair side with the Harry Potter side, I think that you should concentrate there as well on these stories to get them done. However, don’t use this as a tie-breaker, since there is is no Ranma in those stories. ;p

ATP1 - this is now a lock. Literally everyone said it would be better to keep them separate. ATP4 -No worries about the lack of spandex or ST uniforms. Not going to go there. Might think up some cosplay along those lines, but that's it. DA1 - I don't want to introduce the giants yet. I like the guy's looks though and will remember that. DA3 - I will need to check out the timeline to see how insane he is, but we will see. DA4 - yeah that's the way it probably going to go. Broader question: Gotcha.

vimesenthusiast

Yeah, it's going to be between Apoo and Urouge for what I have in mind. And no, it's not friendship/rivalry. That is set with Law LOL. Capone - I have other plans for him. Plans that will be both hilarious, but will um... hehehe.

1. Everyone chose one of those, so it will be between them. Think I might go with Apoo right now. 3.Left behind not so much. But yes, sent there is a lock for at least Nami, Franky and Chopper. They need the powerups. 4.Was thinking of having her sneak aboard then be stuck there, basically being dragged into several adventures until she gets a new bounty putting her with the crew. Woops… LOL ATP: 1. Everyone has also agreed on this point. 2. Er, no on the MJ thing. Sorry, she’s with Wyatt Wingfoot. I could possibly break them up, but not without reason, and I doubt that MJ and Spidey would be meeting anytime soon. Bhaalson: 1. I thought this was pretty clear: magic in one world is not like magic in the other. Further, they both came in and had to take on templates of pre-existing type to be able to exist in this new world. Thus while they can get away with using the magic of the old world here, it is not without cost. 2. Will PM my idea here. I haven’t seen it before, so it could be funny.

General SW Stuff 1) The Ssi-ruuk (the name of the species, Ssi-ruu is a singular member) were one of the more interesting species introduced in the EU. Entechment (iffy name for an interesting plan) represented one of the larger threats to Luke in particular and the galaxy at large. Obi-ghost specifically warned Luke about the danger they could pose as a species if they were allowed to gain broader entry into the galaxy. I'd say of all the EU material to draw from, outside of the whole Zenoma Sekot and Yuuzhan Vong, they are one of the more interesting ones. 2) I prefer detailed description of space naval combat, though I own the entire EU so that's likely a given. You may want to look into the way space warfare is described in the X-Wing series of books, by Michael Stackpole, to get a good bead on describing aerial combat. He usuaully used a mixture of the mechanics of the fighting and the though process and emotions of the pilots. Broader question: As much as I love Magic. If you can get ATP or FILFy finished up that would be advantageous, though Magic is my second favorite work from you, I'd prefer to see a resolution to the other two.

Jon Patreon

I'd say do Asgardian Shadow arc first then Thanos afterwards for a finale. I think the shadows are more interesting anyway and hope they aren't skipped. Apocalypse is skippable though. And maybe bring Spiderman in but briefly? I don't see his character adding much on Harry's current level of progression. For the SW crossover spacebattles I'd say do summaries.

Stallion: 1. Er, Coribou isn’t a Supernova. He’s a pirate at this point I suppose, but he doesn’t make a name for himself until during the two year skip. 2. Ergh, I don’t even want to think about Aokiji being tsundere for Robin. UGH. As for Aokiji, I do believe he wants to reform the marines, but that is a very large leap to being more comfortable as a pirate. I don’t think I would go that far. I think he questions how much the marines kowtow to the WG in the main, but I also think he, as a marine has seen too much of the bad side of what pirates do to go that route. Monkey D. Dragon recruiting him makes sense, a lot more sense than Aokiji joining the Blackbeard pirates. (and if he lose a Davy Back Fight to Blackbeard I will eat my keyboard one key at a time LOL) 3. On purpose is in the locks yeah, At this point while Kuma could give Ranma a run for his money, he couldn’t beat him, not one on one. Add someone else though… 4. Was thinking of having her stow away. As for Busoshoku blocking it, we’ll see. Making Waves: 1. I was thinking important battles myself. 2. Eh, we’ll have to see. Won’t be adding any more girls though, so maybe I should nix this in the bud. 3. That seems to be the consensus, yep. General SW questions: 1. Yeah, I was sort of thinking about bringing them in with Horse, but we will have to see. I think the better idea is to introduce the rhakghouls and that plot. 2. I’ve tried to mainly follow Ranma in this work. With Thrawn being introduced, I was wondering if that should change, but will make that decision based on the consensus on this question. Broader Question: I believe that I will be pushing ATP for a few months. I don’t know how long, though. We will see.

vimesenthusiast

Heh, was wondering when I would hear from you on these points. Stallion: 1. I think I’m going to use Apoo for the initial part I was thinking of. He’s the kind of annoying guy that probably does need a spanking on general principle. As for Urouge, I could introduce his crew and him just as a way for Nami to show off – taking out an entire crew through guile, cunning and correctly applied weather-witchery. LOL. 2. Yeah. That is the general consensus. Dumb. I am just hoping its not one of those heel-ass-turns or worse, the shounen nonsense of a beatdown turning someone around – We’ve seen this in a few examples already in One Piece. 3. Talked about, will probably come back to this when we’re done with the chapter. 4. Ooh, I like that, being able to hit the ghost, but the emotion stealing/impacting event comes through. I also like the Haoshoku being able to impact Perona directly. As for her being a member of the crew, I was thinking of having her stowaway, hiding in the ship somehow, then Resolve outing her afterward – she felt sorry for the girl after seeing how terrified she was. ATP: 1. Yeah, that seems to be the consensus. So I will probably go with splitting the Shadow aspect. After all, there are a few things that need to happen before they are completely torn away from the Asgardians. 2. Why do people forget MJ’s already got a boyfriend? Wyatt Wingfoot. And that was kind of what I was thinking. Forcing Spidey to open up communications and get some backup in the long term. 3. Exactly. I mean, I have a plan in place with him, but I don’t think at this point he could be seen as a credible threat, not even with his Ship (stolen from the Externals). 4. LOL. Making waves: 1. Thinking of showing an Erza fight during the training time, and Mira and maybe Laxus fighting each other, then ahem, segueing into more fun. Probably won’t write out a full lemon for them though. 2. Eh, it was an errant thought really. I may have Jenny meld with take over a Mechagirl who allow her to do so willingly, btu we will see If so it would definitely be the end game of the trip into the Blasted. Death’s Avenger: 1. a. I am going to introduce named satyrs later on, when Harry heads back to Kalimdor. I was thinking of using it as a means to introduce the true horror of the Emerald Nightmare and what is happening to the green dragons who are trying to help Ysera. Which in turn will lead to one of the main female leads. b. Eehhh, not yet. I do intend to introduce a demon, but I might tie it into how and why the humans migrated to the eastern continents. c. Nagas, again can’t introduce them too soon. d. An undead, that could be good. I will thank on that one. e. The Drogbar are going to be the grunt type enemies. Dargrul’s ancestor (no idea how long they live) mayb be used as the one behind the conflict. I am wondering though if it should be simple greed, or another sign of the Taint of the Old Ones coming out. f. Ooo, now there’s a thought. A black dragon. Hmm… yes, I think that is the way to go for a main enemy. Maybe. Ergh, this is hard. 2. Yep. I am honestly just wondering if I should introduce them at all. I don’t think so, really. 3. Hence why I am torn on him. Harry’s people saving thing would activate something fierce if he ever heard about how Malygos is right now and how he is treating the rest of his flight. Maybe I could do something to resurrect or bring back one of his initial flight – his mate maybe, but that would be waaay down the line. When Harry’s had several lifetimes on his new world. I just want to be certain he isn’t the type to feel Harry moving through the world, and then react preemptively to do something about this new, unknown and therefore dangerous source of magic. 4. An extremely powerful force. As peaceful as they are, I think looking at how organized and numerous they are, the Nerubians are as strong or possibly stronger than the Kaldorei. Certainly they are more organized. I think that I could have a lot of fun with them, it is just placing them in the story timeline that is going to be difficult. As for the Lich King… too far into the future to even think about. Broader question. Yeah, that seems to be the case LOL.

Stallion: 1) Apoo requires good spanking at least :) Urouge feels like on of these pirates who requires some reason for attacking. But I can see them just deciding to take what they want and Nami in opposition. But Urouge can also be used as a information provider regarding Sky Islands. That way I could see them being either allies or at least having some Non-aggression pact with Strawhats. So it's really up to you if they're going to be adversaries or friends :) 4) Glad you liked my ideas. I thought about her devil fruit quite a lot since its potential is staggering. Regarding Perona hiding on Resolve. This is comedy gold :-D Of course we have to ignore the fact that Strawhats are getting better with Observation haki. But I'm fully onboard with that idea just for one scene alone: Resolve *Popping out of the deck to inform Luffy about stowaway* Perona: "G-g-ghoooooost!?!" And just overal the irony of Perona thinking that Resolve is a haunted ship and being terrified of being here but having nowhere to go (already sailed away). A little more serioulsy. Perona is pretty loyal, so you would need Moria doing something really bad to her or his crew in general for her to switch her allegiance. Unless it's some sort of temporal pact until she find her captain? But then why would the crew want to help her reunite with Moria... ATP: 2) Because even if MJ is mentioned, Wyatt is nowhere to be found? Didn't they break up already so she can go back to where she belongs? With Peter Parker? :P But seriously, personally for me Gwenn can be spidergirl/woman etc but I still don't pair her with Spider-man. So it's either MJ, MJ, maybe Felicia, but mostly MJ :-D Death’s Avenger: 1b) Well, Humans arrived to EK with their Vrykul parents, due to them being small and weak and other Vrykul wanting to get rid of them, since they feared humans are curse of flesh lvl 2 :-D That being said you can change the history and the reasons they had 3) Malygos at this point in time doesn't really have his Dragonflight. He is (half)mad because he thinks himself all alone (as far as blue dragons are concerned). I'm not sure why Krasus and Nozdormu didn't inform him about the saved Blue Eggs sooner, but while weak explanation it can be chaled by some reason given by the aspect of time. Of course that a retconed/changed a little given there are some older blue dragons (such as Sapphiron) and it seems it was just a great majority of his flight who was there during sundering. The point is Malygos at this date is a shell of himself, even physically and just want to be left alone. Harry could definitely want to help if he hears the full story. And wow, bringing back Sindragosa could be story arc by itself. The ramification of such action or just how she would react, as she cursed the whole world and everyone within it with her last breath, after failing to reach Dragonblight and unsuccessfully calling Malygos.. Could be pretty crazy. 4) Nerubians are problematic... They have their whole kingdom but they're just so easily toppled by the Lich King... Also their influence on Northrend was very limited across the whole history when you consider their supposed might. And while I'm okay with some race keeping to themselves I don't think they ever reached Kaldorei might in their prime, be it during Azshara and their magical empire or even during Druidism era when they controlled pretty much the whole Kalimdor.

Kariston Draconis

So, seems my alerts were temporarily broken, didn't know you'd posted this until just now. Anyway: Making Waves: 1. I'd say mainly concentrate on Ranma's group, but check in on some of the others from time to time, like for maybe a paragraph or so. 2. Kancolle? Bah, Azur Lane is far superior, just saying. But I have no objections to living machine girls. 3. No names given in Sun Village. Star Wars General: 1. Nah, forget the Ssi-Ruk, they're actually fairly forgettable. 2. Space combat not involving Team Ranma but still important to the plot or world building only needs a summary. Broader: Given that the only one of the three I follow is FILFY, I have no objections to you concentrating on it over another of your HP stories. A question from me: Are you still considering doing a Ranma/HP crossover or something? Because I had an idea you might be interested in about getting some practice writing with multiple protagonists.

vimesenthusiast

I like the x-wing series, the plot is good and the combat is close and deadly. But the problem is the size of the battlefield and er, space in general. SPACE IS VAST and we have people able to see the enemy? to rely on purely human/alien speed? I love SW but in many ways it has entirely left out the science of science fiction.

Stallion: 1. That’s pretty much how I see Urouge. An accidental fight, and then allies after maybe. Apoo, yeah, he needs his head kicked in. I might use him and his crew as a meat shield, or just have Raffy run right over him. Will depend on if I use him for plot or comedy. 2. Only Nami and Raffy are practicing Kenbunshoku. And Raffy’s doing it wrong (its not spread out your mind/push out your senses, it’s open your mind to everything. The difference between becoming a thin sheet of rubber and a funnel). As for Perona’s loyalty… I didn’t see it that way in canon. She scarpered pretty quick and had no issue with stealing from him – even using zombies to do it – when she though Oz was on the rampage. And Moria is for the choppy chop. Might let him alive until Whitebeard’s War, but not after that. ATP: Felicia is my fav girl to pair with Spidey really. MJ is great as a normal girl, but in the comics they had a lot of problems. Then again, so did almost everyone. Heck, Pepper Potts and Tony Stark’s bodyguard had problems after they married in the comics. And the less said about the whole Scott/Jean thing, or heaven forbid, the Osborns, the better. Death’s Avenger: 1. B. Wait, the giants traveled with their kids? Didn’t know that. 3. Given the event that was supposed to have killed all the blues, I think I will go with the original version, that his whole clan was nearly wiped out, leaving a few younglings who couldn’t join the fight behind. Blue Eggs? Why wouldn’t each of the different flights look after their own bloody eggs?! – this sounds like creating complications without need. 4. They aren’t combatants, and they are underground. I admit though I was mainly speaking of their potential. Large, sentient spiders with magic, organizational skills and the ability to propagate like spiders? Essh. Although I don’t think the Kaldorei currently control all of Kalimdor. Just the segment they want – the massive forest that covers half the continent.

vimesenthusiast

Bonny’s power makes her incredibly useful – deaging/aging. Holy hell. The WG and the Tenryubito would drown a island in blood for that. But I thought her connection was to Ace or Whitebeard, given her anger at the pirates over what they did in the War of the Best. Perona/zoro wouldn’t be stable. Would be very much a passion thing. And maybe to make Sanji jealous LOL. As for MW, Yeah, there’s not a lot said about the mecha-lifeforms in Fairy Tale. Beyond that, I was thinking of the game Kancolle. Look at some of the girls there.

vimesenthusiast

LOL. Bonny doesn’t turn into jailbait, she turns others into babies. I don’t see a decent dream for Perona. But hey, it isn’t like she’s the first one to be on the crew for a set amount of time. Heck, even Makino might eventually leave the crew once she finds Shanks. ATP 3. I wasn’t speaking about En Sabah Nur and Harry clashing already, I was talking about the future. BR: Yeah, I am going to go dual class with Imoen as soon as I can. Maybe in the next few chapters. White polar bear, that would be interesting. A bear is something, but polar bear, no.

vimesenthusiast

I think I wrote a Ranma/HP concept, check the stories Ideas. As for practicing multiple protags, that's kind of what I am doing with Ranma and Tigre in Sword, Bow and Horse. I may do the same thing in Horse for the Force with Thrawn and Ranma. We'll see.

vimesenthusiast

1. Makrura – hmm… I don’t want to introduce the naga for a while – they need to build up their numbers like a lot. So won’t introduce them yet on that score. Murloc on the other hand just look a bit too childish. Meh. But I do like introducing animals that have been impacted by magic concept. We’ll be moving forward with that to create random encounters. The Drust – you said it yourself, they are on Kul Tiras. I moved the island from where it is on the map to a more likely location on the other side of the Maelstrom, alongside Kalimdor instead of closer to Azeroth. The Vyrkul are going to be explored in a few lifetimes. Harry won’t be with them for long – he is after all, human sized, and they think that’s a curse. 2. I think that if highborne enclaves really were out there, they would have gone the same as the so-called highborne in Quel’thalas. As for mages, not at this point. Remember I have several thousand years before humans themselves are a thing. Nightsabers are already magical and Harry knows it – he’s talked to several LOL. And the night elves do have political intrigue. Just not to the extent humans do in a equally advanced culture.

vimesenthusiast

I haven’t read past the Cake Island Arc yet. Waiting for the Wano country arc to come to an end before. Whitebeard vs marines will happen, that is all I will say for fear of spoilers. As for the crew, Franky, Nami, Chopper, Laki, Makino and Brook all need to start getting stronger in more personalized ways than just practicing with Raffy and getting used to the Six Techniques. The problem with Tashigi is, in canon, her Peaceful Sword technique, realllly weak. I can see her as a love interest, but a main one? Eh? I mean she’s got the Kuina thing going for her, but that could also be seen as weird. And I think Zoro would prefer to have a woman who could stand up alongside him, or would at least be a challenge. I just think she’s too passive in terms of her personality. Bhaalson Remodel: Imoen’s a thief – so she doesn’t have as much health to use her spells, hence part of why I was asking what people thought. She would eventually become a warlock, yes. It won’t be quick or without hiccups though, unlike simply choosing to duel class. I probably won’t go for griffon. Sorry, I want a unique animal. It might have a beak though…

vimesenthusiast

Stallion3. Yeah Kuma and Raffy talking about it before letting him whisk them off is possible, but Harry would need to get someone to vouch for Kuma, and demand why he was willing to help them. Cue D. Family angst LOL. Sallion4. Eh, it isn’t like Tashigi/Zoro is locked for this fic. I’ve been thinking about it, and there is a swordswoman admiral I might explore soon. We’ll have to see. I do like the idea of using Perona in conjunction with Robin. It gives the crew a far wider playbox when it comes to tactics/strategy. Indeed, I will be using Robin’s powers and Luffy finally figuring out what he’s been doing wrong with Kenbunshoku. Perona becoming a revolutionary is an intriguing idea, but why she would is a question. ATP2: Everyone seems to agree with the idea of Spidey as Neighborhood Spider-dude. ATP4: That’s what I was afraid of. Hate designing clothing. Making Waves2: OOhhh, I like that. Already shown she can reach to his realm, why not some other realm where Kancolle is real. Hmm… intriguing. I think I’m going to use that instead of the Mecha-whatevers from FT canon. Remodel1: Hmmm… this one is interesting and split people down the middle. Remodel2: Eh? Transport is good character building time. A bear though, heh, I have an idea yes. DA1: Flotsam’s a thought to introduce during Harry’s time with the Tauren, not the first enemy he’ll fight, which I have already decided on, but won’t mention here. Drugon I won’t introduce for several thousand years if ever. He’s an ogre, and they aren’t around yet, literally. They come with the Horde and are native to Draenor, not Azeroth. DA2:it’s the creation of the shield that throws me. How? Why? Why wasn’t this known/hinted at before the creators of the game thought – yes, I will throw in a new type of Elf. Oy. I view them with a little more interest than the Primaris Space Marines in Warhammer, but that is not saying much. DA3: Senegos looks like a fascinating character for Harry to get to know, and learning dragon-type magic from him would definitely get up Malygos’ nose. But would then be a good way to Harry to be introduced to the Red Queen. I also want to play with the two Black Dragons who have not been impacted by Deathwing’s madness. We will have to see how that goes, though. I predict, fight first then bros after for one of them, and just straight up friends with the one who is hiding among the Tauern. DA4: By the time canon starts I want the Kaldorei, Tauren and Spiderkin to be allies yes. Humans… don’t know yet. I haven’t decided if I want to make the maelstrom as impassible as it is supposed to be in canon. Understand, Harry will be spending a large portion of his current lifetime among the Tauren. Then still more exploring the Island, and then another back in among the Kaldorei before exploring southward (I intend him to interrupt what I like to think of as the ultimate moment of ‘don’t stick your dick in crazy’ from the world of warcraft) so the spiderkin are a looong way down the list. I was just wondering what people thought of them really. Broader Question: Yeah, I’ve decided I won’t put it on hold more than four months. But first it has to win the poll for an entire time, so, heh…We’ll see.

ATP1: When did I mention Thanos wanting the glove? He’s invading for vengeance against Harry, and to kill Jean, the Avatar of the force that is entirely against that of ‘his lady’. I am using the Chitauri as well as the Skrull, yes, but that’s only because Thanos is just that much of a badass to have conquered two other species. I hadn’t realized I had done the whole ‘separate combat things’. That’s a good point. ATP2: Harry and co won’t be as spread out once he and those with him currently actually get back to Earth. ATP4: Liberatas is an idea, we’ll see. MW2: LOL. MW3: Yeah, they kind of do, don’t they? Simplistic dwarves. Bhaalson: I’m not going to have a god or whoever come along and explain what’s going on between the HP-Faerun magic, that would be too ‘Author Powers Activate!’ for me. As for Imoen, yeah, I think her metamorph powers will come back first for a simple reason – the health issue. She has really low health and Durability, which is an area she needs to ramp up to reactivate her metamorph powers. I want those powers there like right before Bg2. We’ll see. Bhaalson2: not the first person to mention bears. But I want to… play with that a bit.

Delphinous

ATP: about thanos and the glove, i guess i just assumed that using the chitauri was MCAU only, and took that further to him wanting the infinity stones.

Braeden1002

For Tashigi and Zoro that is something that could be corrected as when she interacted with the group after everything that happened with Caesar there was a noticeable difference with her skills and disposition. I do not know if Perona would be someone that would stand beside him but she is at least someone that would call him out on his bullshit and would not be offended by his bullheadedness. I have not read anything in regards to the Wano arc yet but that could potentially be the place to properly introduce a love interests as from the snippets I have seen it is all about samurais which I think Zoro would prefer. The reason that I was thinking griffon was that in my mind they are something that falls under the idea of justice and righteousness as well as protectors so for someone that is leaning towards being a paladin I thought it would be a good fight. I think the question should also be asked is the animal based on this version of Harry and his personality and core values or do you just want him to have an animal form that is different to what many have done before? Personally I like the idea of the animal form being linked to his core values but you could also have it be locked behind accepting that Bhaal is his sperm donor and that it could be something nefarious in nature.

Tomon

Death’s Avenger: 1) Yes if by Giants you mean Vrykul :) Anyway at that point they're fully affected by a curse of flesh and thought themself abandoned by titans. When the humans -> small even more cursed children, started to appear they were afraid the curse of flesh is getting worse. Hence in the end their kings declared them all killed on birth. But lot paretns didn't want to kill their children so they fled to Eastern Kingdom. Along with helping the humans with a start of their clans (claiming territory, safety and so on) they also told them of their heritage and legends hence the whole Tyr worship (Knight of Silver hand and such) and lot of naming themes. Of course, in time, the true Vrykul in EK died out, as even if they had children there, they were prone or almost guaranted to have humans. 3) Each dragonflight of course look after their own. But the important event and especially the fate of Blue Dragonflight is decided in the War of Ancients. The whole Blue Dragonflight attacks Nefarian/Deathwing and almost suceed in parting him from dragon(demon) souls artifact. But sadly it's just too effective against dragons and Deathwing retalies by wiping them all out by one big magic backlash. Pretty much all of them are killed on the spot with few strongest being hurled so far away and so hurt that, with him being the sole exception, all of them dying afterwards (honestly I know of only Sindragosa who survived the initial attack by died due to her wounds) Anyway this is the event that caused Malygos to descent into madness. Betrayal of his best fried, his own role of convincing others to let their essence be used via dragon souls, loosing his whole flight and magic being tainted. Of course on top of that being extremely hurt himself. At that point Krasus/Korialstrasz who was there as a time traveler from the present, couldn't bear this to be end of the once noble blue dragonflight and saved a clutch of abandoned Blue eggs, and ended up giving them to Nozdormu. Now there is where all the issue, plot holes or just lack of information along with some retcon takes place. Why did Saragosa (another Malygos consort) so completly abandoned her clutch? Where was she all the time? What of the other few blue dragons who didn't perish during war of ancient? Why did they waited for so long with the saved eggs? Just to preserve timeline? Even if it was already affected? Anyway in the end, it was again Krasus who helped Malygos to retain part of his sanity during The Second War (some freaking 10 000 years later!) by revealing that Deathwing is alive. Malygos agreed to join their forces to confront the fallen Earth Guardian, and afterwards the newly freed Alexstrasza helped to bring the saved eggs to life, hence slowly repopulating the Blue Dragonflight. At that point of time the Aspect of Magic was still half mad, just no longer the crazed monstrosity barely looking like a dragon he was for so long. His sanity was 'restored' after the event of Burning Crusade, with the help of Nether Dragons. Sadly once he fully opened his eyes what he saw was a totally reckless use of magic by mortals. Fearing this would bring Legion back to Azeroth (exact same reasoning as Night Elf & Highborne) and thus start this whole mess once again, JUST as he barely get his blue dragonflight back, he declared war on magic users -> events of Wrath of the Lich King Probably the best summary is here https://wowwiki-archive.fandom.com/wiki/Malygos but it's still lacking. But his quotes at the end at least show his personality. I would love for him to be saved :) 4) Uh, they would take that as a great offence. Especially the warrior cast of their people. When they were still named Aqir and served the Old God (especially as they were kind of created from their bodies) thy fought trolls at a high of troll powers. Later in Northrend when these renamed themselves to Nerubian they fought against Vrykuls and other Northrend races. Never truly loosing. But that was so long ago that the current (game timelines) Nerubian though the old ones a mere myth. But still very wary of the possibility. Honestly I really don't know how did Lich King beat and conquer them. Especially as neither the plague nor his direct mind control worked on them :-D While I fully understand that undead can amass a crazy big army, the Nerubians faced them early on... Not sure where the Lich King got big enough army for them. But I guess it was some good OLD necromancy (raising just bones of all the prior generations). Regarding Kaldorei control of Kalimdor. Remember they're are all the way to Silithus (thus from the total north of Kalimdor all the way to south). But it's true they're slowly losing ground. They even used to keep Centaur tribes of Desolace (before it was desolace) in check. But that was before Sundering. Even Barrens when it wasn't barren was their territory and they, to this day, try to recover its glory and even slightly succeed during cataclysm. And would much sooner if not for Emerald Nightmare. That's what the whole Wailing Caverns dungeon is about :) Anyway while some/several territories are definitely not under their command. They have a good grasp of the whole continent. Especially without Orgrimmar and Theramore. And with Taurens being sort of allies thanks to druidism. Which reminds me I actually don't really know the situation of Taurens during Harry arrivals. They were at some point forced to flee Desolace due to Centaur onslaught. I think they still control part of Stonetalon Mountains... But uh, I truly lack specific :-D

Rumil's Apprentice

ATP 1. Short answer, yes, it would probably be quite convoluted. The longer answer is that if you go that route, then you would need a lynchpin. So I think my true answer is: that depends on what you want to do with Loki (and Sigyn). How much lead time do you want Loki to have in his rehabilitation before the next Asgard arc begins? Which parts of the Shadows arc do you want him involved in? How much of that do you want directed by Loki at his most inventive and vengeful? If they happen concurrently or immediately sequentially, then Loki will be more limited. 2. I'm kinda meh about Spidey in this story. His whole thing was staying in NYC. However, if you go with the route of him being a genius, like some versions of him, then I see him more involved with EDF than Custodes. You have taken away a lot of Peter's potential love interests, so you could set him up with a custodes girl- maybe Kitty? But there's still Gwen from his own story. 3. Apocalypse's time had passed. Unless he's going to go full on invasion of Earth, then maybe he should just set up his own planet somewhere. Found a rival to Harry or even Doom's empires. He could be a villain left to remain post epilogue, so that it's not totally happy ever after boring. 4. You did mention a uniform in the part where Powers is in his office in one of the ships, maybe at the beginning of the Badoon fight? Something about grey with green and easily turned into a space suit. As for names, the only one I can think of is Albion. Like Avalon Academy, another nod at his British heritage. Bhaalson Remodel 1. Well, multi class is much more versatile after 2nd edition D&D, so maybe you could take inspiration there. (Paladin/Sorcerer builds are totally a thing since they both have Charisma as a primary ability score). Tonks just isn't a thief like Imoen was. She's more of a brawler and combat mage in personality and trained in investigation. That could be an interesting plot point- once she learns Faerûn magic, she could be rather groundbreaking in that field. Also, the whole blood magic thing is pretty much the rulebook definition of actual Sorcerers in D&D, so maybe there could be something that happens that allows both of them to dual or multi class as Sorcerers, letting them use both kinds of magic. Maybe they could invent a new Sorcerer sub-class. 2. I remember an old fic (Harry Potter and the Warrior's Path by librarywitch) where his animagus form is a huge, extinct "cave lion." That could be cool. That or a dire wolf. Those are both good non-magical options. Someone could ride those, if they weren't too heavy. Death’s Avenger 1. See my answer to #2, but I think a Highborne night elf mage could be a good option. Maybe performing morally questionable magic experiments. 2. I played Warcraft 1-3, not WoW, and a lot of the stuff lately in WoW looks just stupid. It's all about options in the game, and not anything meaningful and sensible for the story. Especially the stuff they add for the Horde in WoW, because they have the less morally justifiable position, but gameplay still needs to be balanced. So BS like Nightborne is added. The Legion took night elves and made the satyrs, and the Old Gods took night elves and made the naga. Why do you need something else other than to sell more subscriptions? There already exists in lore "Highborne" remnants that give their allegiance to neither of the two post-Sundering elf nations. That could be something to use if you're looking for plot ideas. 3. I think that's a big question mark that you could take anywhere you want. The lore accurate idea of him being in a coma for thousands of years and then coming out slightly insane… is kinda stupid. One or the other would be good, but both? Also, the blue dragons blaming mortal arcane magic users for the Sundering... I mean really, come on. It's literally the blue dragons one job to be guardians of magic, and they completely missed the Kaldorei communicating with the Burning Legion. And the Kaldorei did that in ignorance at first, which means the blue dragons should have stepped in, but they didn't. (Can you tell that I think the story of Azshara is too tropey, ie Cleopatra meets Morathi?) Besides, I'm pretty sure it's in the lore that Deathwing lied to Malygos so that he would ignore Azshara and her mages. Why would he then blame mortals after Deathwing reveals his true nature? 4. They could be fun. But yeah, that sounds like a lot of work since I don't remember reading much about their society and culture before Arthas enslaved them.
