Ehh...  Basically I just thought of a Fuuko who never met Andy and instead agreed with Billy's ideals and thus joined UNDER. There was no kind grandpa at her side during her childhood so her influences were different and her way of life distorted. She embraced her Unluck in a different way than the Fuuko in UNION does.

Ooooo, I like your design of Under Fuuko! That is very much a different vibe from the Union Fuuko we know and love. Do you have a story in mind for each of the scars, or are they just souvenirs from the general battle against the Union?

She doesn't mind getting close to people unlike Union!Fuuko does so she engages in close combat more often than not. They're battle scars. Thank you for liking my work uwu

Well like I replied to the one above, they're just battle scars since this Fuuko doesn't have any regards about being touched (and consequently hurting others) plus also she doesn't value her own life as much so she takes more risk in close combat. She also wears more exposed clothing so she can use her Unluck more "efficiently".

SHE LOOKS SO BADASS??? of course my heart goes to union BUT FXK SHE LOOKS SO COOL AND GORGEOUS AS SOMEONE FROM UNDER ACJSCKCS now i hope for a small makeover (though i very much doubt it acjsjc)
