Psychokinetic 0.5.x Small Update(12-21-18) (Patreon)

--Added a phase mode that allows player to go through some entities.

--I made the slow motion even slower when speedster is turned on. 

--You can now shoot rockets and throw grenades and their derivatives but can't shoot any weapon. This is done by custom  animation and therefore have some flaws in the implementation, due to stiff animations. I also tried to implement ability to shoot weapons but stopped as I realized that it neither can fire a bullet (only instant kill) nor can it play a decent animation. Hopefully in the future I will find a way around that. Next time for speedster I will try to add ability to run on water and run on walls. 

--integrated miniatomicblast into fightmode.
