Tier Updates (Patreon)

Gonna be removing the tier 3 patreon and gonna be replacing with a poll instead and the reason is that patreon takes alot of money from me, combined with paypal and converting money to my country is a easy 20-30% rip of the money. But probably in the future im gonna be doing more tiers with different benefits line comission line skip and discounts.( If you are subscribed to the tier 3 you will still take the benefits )
