Hey Aura. Just wanted to bring in a different perspective on your "giving tine to yourself" comment. Unfortunately, in my case, when I listen to myself at the moment, I end up thinking really negatively, crying and having anxiety. One of the things that was recommended to me by doctors was to distract myself with doing things that I love and taking things a day at a time. That's just me though. I don't expect you to know situations like mine right off the bat so just know that this isn't an attack. Just another point of view with a different situation. I get what you're trying to say though. Your sincerity doesn't go unnoticed. :)

I found this 432 healing music the other day and it was so beautyful that i felt like all the busy world went away and i was just safe and that i have a place in this universe among the stars where my spirit can fly far far away from the tired and broken body. Meditating and skipping a few meals is what helps me 🤗
