Petrel redesign (Patreon)

new petrel design 964 pages in... im at my limit with them lol

I needed to do this to save my soul.

Petrel will have a new design next time we see them, I'll use their old for the rest of the scene we're in, and then they will look a little different next time. I tried to find a middle ground that would be recognizable and what would be easier.

I mainly wanted to simplify their markings and reduce their fur colors to only 3.

I mourn the loss of the two darker browns, but I couldn't get the redesign to look recognizably petrel without the lighter mid tan on the face.. I compromised and made it a bit darker / saturated.

We'll see if I make anymore tweaks before their next scene, but I think i'm happy with the final

I think I'll actually be going with C instead, they don't feel like petrel without 4 shades of fur... the simplifying will still help greatly with the process though.
