TL;DR:-HSR 3.2 has broken ALL mods and the fix will take a while.-UPDATE: People shared their opinions and suggestions, LOTS of them!I decided now I'm NOT quitting modding for Genshin, but I will quit HSR (seeing details below is recommended)-Blend files are still on hold, no ETA yet.

Hey everyone! I think it's time for a "little" talk.First off, apologies for the update spam from WuWa posts, I was just making sure they were compatible with the current patches, Kuro stop messing the textures with your updates plz.

Second, there are some big issues going on... with Star Rail.In patch 3.2, Hoyo decided to update the game's engine and unfortunately it hit EVERY character mod that isn't just a texture mod. Here's a post made by Silent, one of the devs of the modding tools detailing what's happening with a Q&A: https://gamebanana.com/news/21904 Long story short, Mod devs are looking for a fix, there's GOOD progress so far but no ETA yet, this ISN'T a "change hashes" fix, XXMI or SRMI specifically has to be repurposed for this, until then all mods will stay broken. (I'll make sure to come back to the older mods and give them the fix whenever it's possible).

Speaking of HSR, I know I haven't been active with that game, there's plenty of reasons why but the big one is because it's kinda tiring to try keep up with the newer character releases, I could just ignore that and just go for whoever I want but it's quite notable that when I work on a character, specially a 5 star / S rank, that lost its banner a while ago, there's almost no interest on its mod, people who don't have the character simply won't be able to enjoy the mod. This ofc applies to every gacha I work on~

UPDATE:As many of you shared your thoughts and opinions, I quickly decided to drop HSR modding entirely, I will apply the 3.2 fix to all of my affected mods but after that, no more work will be put into that game, Apologies to those who were looking forward for more HSR BH mods.

Part of me is disappointed since I used to enjoy the game and looked forward to make more mods for it. However, I just can't support the direction the game is taking, the agressive powercreepness and balancing of new content based around the new characters and their lightcones making the game more predatory rubs me the wrong way, despite having spent a lot of money already for stronger old characters, I can't keep supporting the game, and making mods for it will just go against my thoughts. RIP.

Genshin will keep getting more BH mods!That game also did not received a Bottom Heavy mod for a while, I will soon come back to it!Was thinking of quitting Genshin as well since I dislike the game, but many of you expressed your opinions, and while plenty suggested to "not work on a game that I dislike for my mental health" it's really not that big of a 'damage to myself' if I keep making mods for it, what keeps my motivation is the fact that your experiences (subjectively) improve when you get to use my mods.I will take the slow route, like I said before, keeping up with newer releases is quite hard.Yes, I can work on whoever I want but I still want to target characters that had or still have some fanaticism and can be worth as a viable team member... Anybody plays Xinyan?Yes, I can keep doing more polls, is just that the Top 3 winners always has a character that currently has a banner or their banner just ended. I'll make more posts like the one for Soldier 0 Anby asking for the interest on the upcoming/current banner.

Please don't take my opinions as an attack or something negative, if you enjoy these games that's totally fine! I just think I do a better job when I make mods for a game I play and care about... but most importantly one that doesn't make me uncomfortable with their direction.

This is very long already so to move forward and finish this off, I've been very happy with the work I've been pulling out lately and you guys always seem to have your expectations surpassed, which make all of this feel even better... wish I could keep doing this quality but in a faster rate ;v;

What about the Blend files tho?I keep seeing people requesting them, I still have plans for them! But they're taking longer than I expected, once there's a clear ETA planned I'll make an announcement going full detail, these will be distributed in a different way other than tiers, now that Patreon added a shoplist option for creators~

I dropped genshin and and I've been away from HSR since the herta, ZZZ is on the backburner for me but I plan to eventually come back, and I'm enjoying the hell out of WuWa right now. GFL2 has been my phone game to kill time with instead of HSR now, having it going while exploring in WuWa. That's about it. Thank you the blessing us with Cantarella so fast! 🙏🏻

Playing mostly ZZZ and WuWa, dropped HSR and Genshin for the same reasons despite spending a lot on the games, just didn't like the direction it was heading and how every new character was like "WOAHHH!!!! BIG NUMBER!!!!! and now.... BIGGER NUMBER!!!"

Your work got me to play genshin and wuwa. using the models just adds more to the game for me. Until they make breakthroughs with the modding files either temp or perma working on anything for star rail or genshin. IMO

I play Genshin, ZZZ, and WuWa. I think your mods are just the best since you keep the original design in mind, emphasize butt and thighs, and give choices besides just nude looks (I prefer clothed over nude anyway). I understand you not wanting to make Genshin content, but it will be a shame since no one makes things as consistently good as you do. I would continue to sub to your content for WuWa and ZZZ, but even the very occasional Genshin would be neat.n

I never played genshin so I don't have an opinion on it, but I did play star rail and can agree that it's powercreep issue well could be an issue. Combined with the fact that I constantly see posts on the reddit talking about it it's clearly something that if it isn't an issue will eventually blow up into a bigger one. I started zzz recently cuz of your mod mainly and I didn't expect to really click with it but I'm having a lot more fun with it than I thought I would so if you wanna drop honkai and genshin all the more power to you your mods are da best 🐐

I dropped HSR, even after dropping over 1k on it. I stopped playing after The Herta’s banner ended. The powercreep issue also concerned me, it sucked not being able to use older characters like Seele or Blade to clear content. Plus it stopped being fun, I just logged in and grinded relics and that’s it, there wasn’t a lot of content to do past events and story missions. Anyways right now I’m mainly playing ZZZ and occasionally WuWa, so I wouldn’t be sad to see Genshin/HSR mods go

Feeling the same tbh, genshin had a drop off a long time ago at this point I hop on just to see where the story is going but otherwise it's really monotonous and boring. HSR was ok at first but with that global passive from castorice it's only a matter of time before they really crank it up to 11 on the predatory character mechanics, there have already been leaks for the next healer character hyacine that in the beta so far an important part of her kit is broken off into her lightcone instead, which really doesn't sit well with me. Now I am mostly into ZZZ and it's proven time and again that it's the stand out game right now, I also really like wuwa not nearly as predatory gacha mechanics wise and they always implement awesome features like the flying mechanic I begged genshin to put in waaay back in 1.0 but they never listen. I say just drop genshin and hsr if you want I prefer ZZZ and wuwa a lot more.

Guess I could be one of the first to comment; Genshin fell off for me because the MC is just a cuck. Unironically. Your placeholder character is absolutely useless in the grand scheme of things and it is so tiring watching limited 5 stars get the limelight when you are in the hotel cuck chair. WuWa grabbed me from Genshin because holy hell is Rover an actual character. I basically have the same complaints as you do with HSR and with this whole Castorice global passive being a thing...yeah I'm glad I dropped that game right after the Penacony arc. WuWa actually got an age restriction increase which has me intrigued about its future content (Cantarella is to blame and its a good thing) and ZZZ has some well written characters going on rn (Anby and Trigger you poor babies) so its kind of a no brainer why those are receiving the most traction right now. Kuro Games has a good track record of not screwing up, just go look at PGR and I'm praying to god the good vibes of ZZZ doesn't crater like Genshin and HSR. Either way! I love your content regardless. Too many reasons for us all to not like Genshin and HSR right now lol

Gunna keep this as simple as I can because I could write novels on my opinions. I believe that reducing but not fully dropping genshin/HSR may be a tolerable middle ground for now. I personally dislike HSR and Genshin after playing them and watching Genshin embrace the mid and powercreep and HSR doing the same but I understand that my opinion is not without opposition. I personally only play Wuwa because I am a Kuro fan and would love to see more mods there but that comes from my obvious bias and there are still Hoyo game players here who are big fans of your work. Long story short my personal opinion is drop them but my logical opinion is to reduce their releases to simply characters you personally enjoy the design of.

I love your work and will continue to support you no matter what you choose. I unfortunately play all these damn games but Wuwa and ZZZ have been the ones that are most fun for me at the moment. I still would enjoy occasional star rail mods though, as I like turn based games and hope they do eventually improve with things like buffing old characters which were rumored. Plus they have that upcoming fate collab which I am personally excited for. I totally understand wanting to take a step back from Genshin as it has been heading in a very negative direction like you said. Perhaps maybe just a mod once in a while for a big release like an archon would be nice rather than drop it entirely. Still would be fine with whatever you decide though, thank you for all you do.

Just wanted to say the same thing I have every time this topic comes up: the only thing that really matters is what you want to do. If you aren't enjoying your work, your productivity will slow down, and the quality won't be as good. So even if we didn't care about your mental health (which is priority #1), forcing you to continue Genshin/HSR wouldn't really be in our best interests either lol. That being said, I don't have super strong opinions either way? My ideal world is that you focus entirely on ZZZ and WuWa, in that order. Which is kind of what you're already doing, which works for me :P. However, I also haven't quite Genshin or HSR entirely and feel like I may go back at some point, if I have a good reason to. So I wouldn't really be upset if you still made mods for those, because I would still use them if I ever did get around to it. But if you didn't make any, I'm not invested enough in either game to be *too* upset about it :P. Either way, I'm enjoying the direction you're currently taking! I had some criticisms before which we talked about, but all of your recent mods since then have been consistent bangers - even for characters like Pulchra that I'm not really a fan of, you hit the mark. Keep up the good work and do what you want to do ^^.

I think your ZZZ mods are your best work yet and nowadays i enjoy these the most. But genshin is still my main game and i hope that you would still consider doing mods for characters at a reduced rate. Especially since, in the past, you made great mods for characters that not many modders did work on.

Due to my country's internet restrictions and payment policies, and because I didn't have a stable income before graduating, I could only use your mods for free on GB during my university years. Now that I'm working at a hospital with a steady salary, I've recently subscribed to your Patreon. I truly love your work and appreciate all your creations over the years. Personally, I play all four games (though Wuthering Waves a bit less). Hearing that you're considering stopping mods for Genshin and HSR makes me genuinely sad, especially since Genshin is nearing its conclusion. I have a small suggestion: perhaps you could just focus on a few key characters like the Cryo Archon, or ones you personally like? You should make stuff that actually interests you! I play Genshin/HSR/ZZZ but not Wuwa. But I wouldn't take it personally if you dropped a game. Perhaps once in a while a character from one game interests you and you came back to it etc. But the last thing I'd want is for you to feel you have to make things that you don't like and then you get burnt out!

I only play ZZZ and Genshin at the moment. Dropped HSR due to the Castorice global passive BS and just the general direction the game was heading in (Firefly, you will be missed). Sadly I could never get into WuWa either. Game seems fun but just don’t wanna worry about playing catch up. If you do decide to drop Genshin, that’d be really disappointing, but I totally understand how you feel about working on something you don’t care about/actively dislike.

Only playing zzz and hsr but considering the direction of the game, im considering dropping hsr and moving on to WuWa, i still would like to see one last hsr mod being castorice before hsr is dropped. I personnaly play on a regular basis to Genshin and ZZZ, and way less consistantly on HSR and WuWa. I have been following you for a long time now, and to be honest I would be sad that you totally stop to make mod for Genshin since I still play the game and I currently use probably all of your mods lol. But at the same time, I totally understand that working on mods for a game you don't like/don't even play anymore can be frustrating. If you force yourself to do mods you don't care of, that will just hit the quality of the mod and your productivity overall, and then no one will be happy. In the end, what really matters is : what do you want to do ? I don't think you should feel forced to makes mods that you don't really care of, and even though I would prefer you staying on Genshin, I prefer that you focus on mods you really like doing more than forcing you to do create mod you don't care of ! If fully stoping genshin mods is too brutal, maybe consider keeping a very low rate of genshin post, to only focus on the few very popular character / Genshin character that you will have an interest in. No matter what is your choice, I will keep supporting you, so do whatever you like first ! (really looking forward for you Trigger mod btw o7)

Thanks for the update! On the HSR thing I completely agree, I launched the game this patch and all the p2w cash grab shit in my face immediately put me off and I think I'm just fully done with it at this point. Genshin is dead for me and all my friends as well when Wuwa pretty much has exceeded Genshin in almost every way. Literally every patch has multiple "genshin could never" moments while Genshin devs twiddle their thumbs. I'm currently playing WuWa and ZZZ with zero intention of stopping WuWa with how well they've treated the game and how incredible the updates have been (ALSO QUICKSWAPPING FUCK YEAH). ZZZ likewise is fantastic atm, though I am hesitant long term... because it IS a hoyo game... ZZZ is perfect as a side game though so I'll be playing it for a good while. I'd be fine if you stopped with Genshin and Star Rail entirely. And honestly whatever game it is you choose to mod, I will probably play that anyways. I might not have even been playing ZZZ currently as the main reason I came back was because of the good shit you were cookin, haha. I just happened to stay due to the game being actually pretty great now, lol. I do hope you continue with some WuWa mods trickled about especially though. Its easily my favorite game out of the bunch and the wuwa modding community is a quite a bit smaller than ZZZ so your mods feel more.. impactful? That said I have to admit ZZZ is a better game to showcase your... talents (evelynbootyjiggle.gif). The ZZZ mod community seems a lot bigger than the other games too, so it may be the best game financially for you as well. Either way just keep doin yo thang! I only play ZZZ and wuwa out of the big 4 Big gachas i would personally love to see you do more wuwa mods since the quality of your mods mixed with the quality of the wuwa models would make for an amazing mix like your cantarella mod plus i feel like they need some more makers in that area same with ZZZ as all of you work there has been bangers as well. i stopped playing both genshin and HRS years ago after noticing the really greedy trends they where starting to head down and dont feel like supporting those kinda practices even if at the end of the day it is a gacha game. but personal stuff aside, if you ask me i would say you should work where the passion takes you it can be a tough decision i am sure as i feel like there is still a lot of support for genshin and HRS regardless of what they might be doing with there games which could lead to even more eyes on your mods and more support for you patron but if your hearts not in what your creating anymore is it really worth the risk of a burn out and losing the passion. ultimately its your decide at the end of the day i will still support as long as you keep making quality mods even if i dont play the games you may make the mods for there still quality that much is plainly evident keep up the great work. <3

I think this question can be answered quiet easily by you asking yourself a few questions: Is this your main job? Are Genshin Mods paying the bills? At this point in your life, what is a top priority? Money or personal emotions? I'm pretty sure you have already considered a lot of those questions before hand but still, I believe everyone here has been in a situation where they might not fully enjoy their work but if it pays the bills, it pays the bills. On a personal note: I play hsr, I enjoy the game even though I disagree with their recent predatory practices. And it would be kinda sad to see you completely drop it cause deep down I was coping for a Fei Xiao skin or a Castorice one. Having said that, I believe that whatever you decide to do, you're skilled enough to make it work. But if you're dropping completely the genshin mods I believe it should be handled the same way you handle getting a new job, slowly transitioning.

I play ZZZ, Genshin, and HSR…. Was never able to get into WuWa strictly due to the style of its combat and honestly I’ve kind of moved off of Genshin and even ZZZ because of it too.. I feel like ZZZ Genshin and HSR are all pretty equally greedy and know what they’re doing.. The only game I really enjoy is HSR from a combat standpoint and in the end of things your mods are a massive reason I even have any interest in the games period, enough to support them like I do.

i think somthing that helps zzz is that since it has such a smaller map and so many of the characters walk around and apear on a regular basis it doesnt suffer as much from people not having the characters as you can still enjoy the mods to a degree because you will see the characters ona much more regular basis than in games like gensin, wuwu and hsr, as well as in the furure they are future proofing old characters so the powercreep will be less of an issue

For Genshin forget about the current banners/characters and work on who you want. There may have been some who were missed because of the early hype and fan polling. If you already have done that then RIP. I only play Genshin and I am so very thankful for the mods you have done for it! Everything moves on at some point.

I completely get your reasons for wanting to stop modding for HSR and Genshin. I still play genshin so I do look forward to your mods but I totally understand if you feel like you cant put out quality mods considering you dont enjoy the game. I personally still play all 4 games so it will kinda suck if you stop making mods for Genshin(I already assumed you stopped with HSR) but its better for you to make mods for stuff you enjoy. At the end of the day I am going to continue supporting if you swap to only making mods for ZZZ and Wuwa since I play those as well, but I will be sad to see the Genshin mods go.

I'm a little biased since I only play ZZZ so I don't really have anything to lose here. But even I can tell your work has been pretty high quality for all the games you have done. But at the end of the day I think if you work better on the stuff you like and you are receiving support on the stuff you like working on. It doesn't make sense to keep making stuff for games that you don't want to. I personally would be okay with a random Genshin character or star rail character mod here and there if they really appealed to you. But I think you should just do what's best for you so you don't burn out on work. Also I agree HSR's powercreep has been atrocious. ZZZ hasn't hit its first year yet but I'm confident it can stay pretty consistent given the more recent DPS characters after Miyabi have all been pretty similar in terms of power.

I play Genshin, HSR, and ZZZ. have never touched wuwa. Losing Genshin would be sad as i only use your mods for it. If you kept it in, it think it would be nice if you prioritized older characters instead of trying to keep up on new releases. As for HSR i mainly use someone elses mods, so i wouldnt really mind if you dropped it. Would consider dropping sub if genshin is abandoned, but in the end you should do what you want to do if it is not making you happy

Only play Genshin and HSR, could never seem to get into ZZZ and didn't really enjoy WuWa. Your mods are by far my favorite out of any I've ever used. Regardless, I still understand dropping Genshin and HSR. No one likes to make work for something they just don't enjoy. I'll definitely be disappointed but I get it, especially with the HSR update that has cracked mods. Honestly I'm just waiting for Hu Tao update since she's my og best girl and the old mod has definitely aged. Honestly after that I think I'd be satisfied lol.

For me, Genshin is boring and I focus on HSR, ZZZ and WuWa. The power creep in ZZZ feels worse but I spend too much on these games so I don't care really. I'd love more HSR mods because I enjoy the story and Vibe of that game a lot.

Out of all those games I still play Genshin, your mods keep that game alive for me. Your Mavuika and Xilonen bottom heavy are peak. But if you don’t wanna mod the game anymore then don’t :/ there’s no reason to do something that you don’t like.

I play both Genshin and ZZZ and seeing you drop one of those games would make me sad. Your mods are probably the best around for either of them, at least as far as my tastes are concerned. But ultimately you probably should do what you are most comfortable with.

I'll preface this by saying I never stopped playing Genshin since release, dropped HSR, and rather enjoy ZZZ alongside GI now. So that my "loyalties" are known. With that said, I see no reason why you should stick to GI, being in the state that you are. All that would result in is a drop in quality of the mods released, and nobody wants that. Not to mention you wouldn't enjoy it anyway. HSR? Same reason for not liking it as you stated. I sure won't miss it. Better to keep the creative process fresh, and work on what you have fun with. If that just so happens to be ZZZ and WuWa, so be it. As long as it doesn't mean risking the roof above your head, after the impending drop of supporters. The only game I play is ZZZ and I genuinely couldn't care less about the other 3 gachas. However, as someone who used to create content, the way I see it is that Genshin is a little too big still to drop completely. Even if you don't really care for it all too much yourself, I think the interest for it is still there if you wanna keep getting interest from it on your page. Could probably just try and gauge interest whenever Genshin drops a new character just to see if it's worth your time if you still want traffic from the game. HSR I think you could drop support completely. Unless the game releases a design that seems like it would be really fun to work on for your own personal enjoyment, I think the general air around that game has just gotten way too negative. The direction that they're going in with the game, to me, makes it seem like there's not gonna be a whole lot of people left playing it to justify making mods for it.

I only play HSR a bit. My main games are Wuwa and GFL2. I'll also be trying Arknights Endfield when it comes out. Hoyo has really been pissing me off with their decisions for the last year or so. Either way I love your work and look forward to your future projects!

ZZZ and WuWa are my most played while recently picking up GF2. Arknights seems like a good choice to play and mod when it comes out. You just have to do what you genuinely enjoy modding. I've been only downloading the free versions of your mods on game banana. I can see the quality and care that you put into your mods for the games you care about, which made me want to sub for that reason alone.

As long as you're still making ZZZ mod I'll be here. My only other gacha game at the moment is GFL2, but mods in that game would be redundant given their in-game models are already peak.

I mainly play Wuthering Waves and ZZZ on the side. I use your mods primarily on both. Whatever you decide to do, just do what's best for you Hazeker. At the end of the day it's your work and your platform. If you aren't happy producing mods for games you aren't interested in, then just don't. You have a huge backing for WuWa and ZZZ and we greatly appreciate your mods! You have my continued support going forward. I play ZZZ, Genshin, and HSR still I have drop wuthering waves due to just not having enough time and boredom with it own systems. to be honest I rather just hit only really popular/back log of things we voted on characters in genshin or HSR as it is slowing down compare to ZZZ which I think is just the better game overall. once the back log is done maybe doing one or two a years is fine to me I do not need them all just something to vote on and go with suits me fine.

I only play ZZZ, which is how I found your mods. I dont play GI anymore, Wuwa reminded me too much of it so I stopped playing and I have never played HSR or interested in starting it.

I also dropped HSR so I could make more storage space for future WuWa patches for my PC laptop, and the reason I didn't hesitate with my decision, was because just like you, I also can't and don't want to keep up with the constant power creep in HSR which has bled from the endgame content to even the story mode being difficult to complete without the latest characters carrying you through the game. So, I've opted to just move on from HSR. They being said, I wanted to ask you two things Hazeker. I know you still have to mod Trigger & Rina, and even Vivian in future ZZZ content, but do you think you could update the mods for Ellen Joe & Zhu Yuan so they can be up to date with all your other ZZZ Bottom Heavy Mods? Also, I'm not sure if you can do, and it's alright if you can't, but do think it would be possible to introduce Bottom Heavy Mods for a gacha game called Aether Gazer? Besides that, I hope you've been doing well, and I look forward to seeing more future ZZZ mods & polls from you!

Personally, I never really found a connection with Zenless or Wuwa, and do still actively play HSR. I support your decision to work on projects you're more passionate about, but I don't think I would stay subbed if you stopped making content for HSR just because I'm not personally gonna be getting any use of the mods you're putting out. Though I don't think spreading yourself thin over multiple games is going to be the most sensible decision for burnout. Right now it reads as though you're worried about your income if you stop support for things you don't want to keep working on, but continuing to support them is just going to make you resent them more, and give you less time to work on the things you do care about. Keeping yourself in a situation where a portion of your income is dependent on that thing you aren't enjoying just won't work out long term in a creative job, when you could be putting that energy into growing the audience for the projects you're passionate about. It'd be easy for me to selfishly try to convince you to remain making the content I'm here for, because... it's what I'm here for. But as someone who supports your work as what it is, art, I think you are much better served following your passion.

I'm glad you were able to make a decision for the future content. Although I no longer play Genshin, I'm happy you are continuing to mod for that game as Genshin was my intro into Gacha gaming. Hey you have to do what is best for you. WuWa is the only game I play that you mod for . I'm so heavily character design driven that I'm not sure I'd play WuWa without your mods. Only now with characters like Lumi, Zani, cartethyia are designs getting to point where I actually like and can live with them. All other character designs are blah.. lol. Still, your mods make everything better so thank you for aiding my WuWa experience.

Heya Hazeker, I really enjoy your mods. You're easily the best modder for ZZZ, which is the only gacha game I play right now. I used to play Genshin, but I ended up feeling the same way about it and I'm glad I don't play it anymore. I understand if you want to keep up with other games, but I think your Zenless work has been the best. Thanks for your hard work!

Hazeker, I love your mods! Just wanted to comment a shameless tangent/suggestion. When you do BH Zani, can it have a variant/toggle that keeps her default/og tight dress shirt? I say this because from your previous works characters like Kafka/Clorinde only have an open boob window option and don't have a closed or vanilla option. A big appeal of those characters is having tight buttons, so that was my only nitpick with those mods. My favorite mod by far of yours is BH Arlecchino because it has an og outfit variant. I think Zani's vanilla design is too good not to have that option especially since her transformation opens up her shirt anyway. I encourage anyone to like this if you agree! Also thanks for your hard work and stay healthy!

Good to hear you're going to continue modding for Genshin, you do great work. Is there any chance you'll go back to some of your older mods and fix some of the issues they have? Bottom Heavy Faruzan has had lighting issues for a few updates and Bottom Heavy Lynette is having texture issues after this most recent game update+TexFx update. Cheers!
