Vector Version 3 (Patreon)

Vector was one of the few characters that wasn't planned to be revamped for this pack. After messing with previous version a bit, I realize how awkward he was to pose due to his unique design. So, I decided to redesign him completely new and slimmer body. He is smaller, but more detailed and easier to use. I'm still keeping the old version intact as it got a tune up as well.
