I agree mostly on the beyonce opinions. I do think you can’t really say anything critical about her in public. I remember at work one day we put a beyonce performance on TV. And my boss who i loved, no hate to her, looked at me (knowing i loved taylor), said “taylor swift could never” and I laughed. I remember thinking well some things that Taylor does beyonce could never, but how i would never vocalize that, even in a joking tone, because then the whole office would hate me lol. Daughter is excellenceee and it is pretty “country” but i like anything that sounds ominous so I’m biased. But also Ya ya!! Riverdance!!

I’m a huge fan of her but I completely agree, she takes herself too seriously and is retroactively making her fan base alienated by saying she doesn’t vibe with crash. I LOVED CRASH! Why can’t she embrace developing and changing as an artist? That’s where the idea of eras comes from so why can’t my pussy go vroom vroom and then we can boom clap after?!

I agree about the critiquing Beyonce thing. And when you do, people loveeee to pull out the race card. As a woc myself, I hate when people do this because when you bring race into situations to use as a beating stick, 1) you are weaponising a truly real issue in the industry and world and 2) it takes away/lessens the severity of situations where race really is used against an individual. Saying Beyonce didn't do xyz song well or that she needed to trim the album or that a song did not deserve in your opinion soty is NOT racist. It ends up having the same effect as Taylor surrounding herself with yes-men. There is no criticism, therefore no reflection and thus no growth. I think Beyonce is an incredible artist, I just don't understand why people act like she is above any opinion that is not 100% glowing.

I'm from Lubbock, TX which is known for prairie dogs. We have "prairie dog town" in one of our parks which is basically a preserved habitat for prairie dogs. Thousands of them just popping their lil heads out of the ground. We also just had our inaugural "prairie dog day" festival a couple weeks ago. They're kind of a big deal here lol

I strictly focused on men’s cuts for a time in my career, I worked in a barbershop, I love precision cutting, and I also specialize in textured/wavy hair. Now that I’ve gotten my credentials out of the wave…HA HA Here is my advice/thoughts to help guide you to your perfect hair, and best Swiftologist (TM pending) n1 Chicago pre concert slay the house down boots self 👑 I think you have all the right ingredients (hair type + face shape & I hope you understand the context of why face shape matters and don’t think Im being bitchy like one of those twitter eating disorder cunts 😆 Thats one of the more f*** up things I’ve heard in a while btw) to enter your Prince Eric Era, who by the way, was my Disney prince PERIOD…him & the Beast when he’s still in beast mode, but that just explains my dating history of chasing after unattainable bad boys who I think I can change. But let me tell you, all my exes hair?👌 But once your hair starts growing out over the ears, it gets to an awkward stage in length where you either commit to going long, or have it tapered around your ears and neck. Stay away from clipper cuts, and even if you have them strictly use sheers to taper, clean around your neck and ears, I think that would look really good too. You already have the foundations for ‘95 Leo cut, and I really like a moment for you where you could have the length to do a careless flip in the front (it’s so fucking hard to do a consultation this way, but picture it Zack, it’s glorious.) Do you have a hairstylist that you trust & go to consistently? It’s always important to go to the same stylist, in my opinion, because it allows them to really get to know your specific wants & your very unique head of hair. That’s what I love about doing hair so much. Every person is unique, and requires their own custom cut, color, style, WHATEVER. Hair is personal, it’s who we are, it’s how we express ourselves, and that’s why I’ve always enjoyed doing it as a creative platform. It’s Art 😘 OK I hope that helps, let’s move on from the hair. My notes and thoughts on Cowboy Carter. Unpopular opinion, I haven’t connected with a Beyoncé album since maybe 4?? It was hard to say why, but you said it perfectly. I haven’t been able to really engage with her art since then. With that being said, I really enjoyed listening to Cowboy Carter, and I was actually surprised by how much I was connecting with it. But then I figured out why. I call myself a true millennial, I was born smack dab in the middle of millennial birthdays. There are certain albums that every true millennial knows and loves, and one of those is a little thing called The Writing’s on the Wall by Destiny’s Child. Heard of it swine??? 😁haha just kidding, but I can’t help it. This album does things to me, like bring out my inner Swiftologist. But what did it have, besides Beyoncé, that made us love it so much? It had Bills, it had Boos, it had clubs filled of pockets, full grown ✔️ Most important, it had Bey vocals backed with Kel/Chelle harmonies that would make you weep and also a little bit horny. And let me tell you something…Cowboy Carter scratched a millennial itch we didn’t know we had. It’s been a while. I clapped for all millennials. Beyoncé vocals backed with harmonies? Bellisima 👌 And since I’ve come this far, I have a legitimately serious question for anyone who has gotten this far with me. Does anyone know where Fergie is? F*** Gaylor, the real conspiracy is has anyone seen Fergie? Maybe the better question is, does anyone know who Fergie is? And if you don’t know who she is, look her up. We talk main pop girlies all day…she was it in 2006. If you do know who she is, seriously ask yourself, when’s the last time you’ve really seen those lady lumps…..? Because I can’t tell you the last time I have. Concerned? 🦗🦗🦗

YASSSS this is the kind of advice I need. so I do have a hair dresser who has been doing my hair since I was literally a child and I don't go to anyone else but her unless I'm overseas....but she has really only ever cut my hair two ways and she's an older woman <3 queen <3 so I'm not really sure how to communicate to her what I want, nor do I even really KNOW...I think I do want to just let it grow over my ears and then decide what to do with it after that but riddle me this: do I need to get it cut in the mean time ? like a trim ? it definitely feels a bit unkempt but I think that's just part of the growing process....she always does a scissor cut btw and only uses shears on the back and sides which I used to ask her to keep very short. the hair at the back of my head is also shorter bc of this so I have to let it grow out too......thanks for your professional input diva !!! I think the prince eric vibe is the goal

Omg me too. I recently had to get on medication to quit vaping and that’s from someone who easily quit smoking with no medication help. Quitting vaping is the hardest thing I have ever done it’s literally Satan

On my journey through all of your excellent content! For anyone still in the early throes of quitting nicotine... I smoked cigs for 15 yrs and quit 11 yrs ago. You will always miss it but it gets easier once you disassociate it from your routines. I still dream about it occasionally and sometimes that actually scratches the itch for me. But long term, how much better you feel makes it worth it
