Taylor's Era Tour choreography is fitting, and Vigilante Shit is (chef's kiss). My issue with Rep choreo is that it was REPetitive. Nothing but hip pops and rolls left and right. My hips actually hurt watching it.

The whole Chelsea segment.... I died.... Absolutely loved it

I have to agree with Zach: there are some definite misses on the Eras Tour choreography- our girl is not a dancer first, and do we care??? Not a bit. Shake your awkward ass, relatable queen. Sometimes fun is the whole point 🤷‍♀️ and the slays??? They mostly center around the struts (Opening/Cruel Summer), the theatre kid moments (tolerate it, the 1, Willow, illicit affairs into MTR, vigilante shit, LGAD, mastermind) and her Stevie Nicks Cosplay (August, Cardigan—we love to see it!) and they are sooooo memorable that they really erase any awkward moments. The only reason we know about those is because we live in an age of massive attendee livestreams and videos being plastered all over SM… imo

.

So excited! I'll try to not listen until the video version but it's gonna be hard😭

Hi snakes! If anyone has 4 tickets to Miami and wants to sell them for face value lmk!

my thoughts on eras choreo as a dancer/choreographer: some standouts to ME are enchanted, lavender haze, lover, tlgad, and unpopular opinion but i love the seven monologue. everything else is pretty forgettable.

Abby

I love her Ready For It choreo. I thought she crushed that!

i agree with zack’s take on the eras tour choreo!! i think she is absolutely SERVING more on eras tour than rep tour, but a few choreo moments are WEIRD to me. the head shaking on we are never is weird and the karma dance almost feels like there are too many random steps. i think the rep tour choreo was more suited to her body type and the way she naturally dances

Ria

agree with Zack-the rep choreo is so much better than eras!!

I feel SO validated in my opinion of the eras choreography. I was just saying the other day that rep tour choreo kills eras choreo. Especially rewatching the rep tour now and seeing them side by side. She freaking SLAYED when she came out doing those moves for rep tour, and everyone was rightfully gagged. This was a Taylor we had never before seen and the dancing was on another level from what it had ever been. Fast forward to Eras tour and from the very second night (my show was Glendale N2) I felt like the choreo was lackluster. Granted she has gotten more comfortable as tour has gone on and she puts more into it now than she did at the beginning, but still. Like what is that part in Ready For It when she like hunches forward and bounces side to side….? What is that?? I do love the synchronized walk with the head turns right after that but then they go right back into the hunched over side to side bouncing, it is so weird. I get what they are sort of trying to do with that but it doesn’t land the way it was intended. Also the we are never choreo is terrible, even the backup dancers. Although…. We must pause and give a moment to Vigilante Shit because that one number almost redeems the entire 3.5 hours for me. That choreography slays imo. But like you said, she doesn’t have to do much for that one. And as far as overall stage presence, Eras tour is great, so we forgive the lackluster choreo.
