Random Demi Lovato thing: Does anyone remember when Taylor Swift did the 1989 live chat, it made news, then Demi did a "suprise" live chat ONE WEEK LATER to give away her album for free on streaming (the one with neon lights) but it only made chat rooms? I remember she emphasized it was bc SHE loved her fans more than anyone and wanted to say thank you "genuinely." It's been almost a decade and that Lil petty episode makes laugh still.

I agree 100% when it comes to britney, most people expect to see a “perfect victim” where the person is really sad for a while and then starts a philanthropy endeavor and posts motivational quotes. Trauma responses are a whirlwind of chaos and mess, and there is no such thing as a perfect victim. People have always projected perfection onto her and that sadly has not stopped at all.
