March was Exhausting (Blog Post) (Patreon)

March was a lot. Though I got April’s print + sticker done, I didn’t get a chance to do March’s coloring sheet. I stressed out over waiting for my prints to arrive on time because the first time they tried to ship, I guess they got damaged and thrown away and they didn’t bother to let me know or replace them till I had to call customer service to ask what’s taking so long. Good news, they arrived and they look great. Phew!

My biggest accomplishment this month was… Issue 1 of Marionette, my fantasy comic, is 99% done! Getting feed back from my beta readers and finishing up with the cover. But I finished an issue. I made my first comic issue!! Now I gotta do it all over again with chapter 2 lol. I had thumbnails made already but after looking it over after setting it aside for so long, it needed some major editing. So I have thumbnails for 10 pgs of issue 2 so far.

I’m half way through with the next 4-panel of Crafty DEVILS, my silly demon art school comic. So look forward to that.

As April rolls in, I need to focus on preparing for Planet Comicon KC (April 22-24) and finishing some commissions.

I’m excited but also stressed out. I’m gonna need to sleep for a week to get some energy to bust April wide open lol.
