We have two new little friends joining the Koza jungle… and honestly, they make a very adorable pair.

He is a strong, calm, protective gorilla…and she is a sweet little gorilla girl with a curious personality and a face that’s almost impossible not to print.

They complement each other perfectly, and I think they have that ideal mix of cute, fun, and full of personality.

Fun fact: even though gorillas look incredibly powerful, they are actually very peaceful animals. Most of their day is spent eating leaves, plants, and fruit, and a gorilla can eat up to 18 kg (40 lbs) of vegetation in a single day. Basically… giant gentle vegetarians of the jungle!

I also prepared a few different versions so everyone can print them the way they prefer:

Keychain versions for both of them

Multipart versions for easy color swaps

Multicolor versions for those using AMS/MMU systems

And I included two eye styles:the classic black eyes, and the new eye style I’ve been experimenting with lately.

I’m really curious to see what color combinations you’ll choose for these two.Are you going with classic gorilla colors… or will someone try something a little more wild?

Love them...are you going to make a habitat for them?

Very cute, but problematic. If doing a multi-color print the overhang of the gorilla's chin requires support. Starting a new color on the overhand seems to be the issue as a single color print handles it just fine. Not sure how to get around that... Suggestions?

I was wondering if anyone else is getting a flaw above his left eye? right where the face piece would be inserted? I am using the 3mf file but printed them in parts. I have printed several together and single and they are all showing up in the same spot like a hole and a line.

Thank you for these. I always prefer the black eyes.
