Thanks for your support and please any doubts or comments let me know, That will help to improve our designs*UPDATES*I have included a new file in STL format for those who use Prusa Slicer, apparently, the 3mf format has failed in some cases with Prusa Slicer.  The new STL has been tested and it is working fine. For Cura users, I recommend using the 3mf format file cause I found that Cura sends some failures when scaling the STL format. Also, I recommend activating the custom supports in Cura to be able to use my File with supports, In case you use your own supports please take a look at the new picture posted as a reference.

Hello Melissa, I think your problems is that the nozzle is heating the arm while it moves so I do recomend to adjust your support roof density to 70%, also use Z hop height with .3mm. As reference I print at 50mm/s for general speed, 30mm/s for inner walls and 15mm/s for outer walls.

If its possible also send me a picture of your supports to the email somos.makers.ig@gmail.com
