Penguin with a secret heart (Patreon)

This was a super challenging project. The idea was to create a cute creature that had a secret element inside.We choose to make a penguin with a cute heart inside that also can be used as a keychain.The body is printed complete and the only way to access the heart is by opening it with the printable tool or with some other object or flat tool.We also wanted to do all the other pieces separately to achieve a striking change of colors and make a much more fun design.You can download the files in the attachments.

We printed the body at .2mm layer height with a brim, you can also use a raft.  

The other pieces were printed at .12 mm cause they are small and detailed

The eyes and eyes shadows need to be printed with a raft or they will be probably detached from the print bed.

We did several test and we do not have any failure printing them, also the gap we give to the parting line was of .3mm, and it let separate the both parts of the body with the printed tool.This design will be shared at Cults but we want to make several internal secrets only for you, The idea is that when you sell or give away a penguin, it will be a surprise for their customers to discover what is inside.Enjoy it and happy printing.
