After several tests with different types of sealants, we finally achieved that there are no leaks and that the appearance remains the same as the filament used.

We used Rustoleum Ultra Cover 2x clear matt applying 5 thick layers, then we cut two 3mm acrylics with the shape of the templates included as stl in the attachments and glued them using silicone for windows. Finally we verified that it did not have leaks and we let it dry for 5 days to be sure that there were no toxic residues for our fish. It's been 3 weeks now since our fish lives in his new tank and he looks very happy in it.
