Hey there, pals!

Hope you're having a fantastic day! 😄 We wanted to share our latest burst of creative madness with you all. You know, Leo and I put on our thinking caps and asked ourselves, "What if we add a dash of mischief and fun to our beloved Teddy Bear, especially with Halloween creeping up?" And just like that, the idea of an adorably spooky ghost costume came to life!

👻 Can you picture our Teddy Bear rocking its ghostly ensemble? It's like a burst of "boo" in every nook and cranny. And the best part? This costume is as easy to print as 1, 2, 3. However, if you notice that the print looks a tad more... ghostly than expected, fret not! You can always employ some custom supports around the leg area to make sure our furry friend keeps its balance while it spooks with style.

🎃 And speaking of technical details, we're on the same page! No need to stuff the costume with infill, but if you want to give it a little extra oomph with the "infill" function, go for it, it doesnt change the print results. We want this creation to be super user-friendly and adaptable to your printing preferences.

👻 Also, discover not one, but two versions of the design – both boasting the same aesthetic, yet tailored for two different sizes: a petite one and an original size. They share the same shape but differ in thickness, ingeniously designed to optimize printing time and enhance durability.

We're thrilled to share this idea with you and can't wait to hear your thoughts and suggestions. We'd love to know what you think and if you have any spectacular ideas for future projects brimming with fun and laughter!

By the way, Im including the Teddy bear files again in the attachments too.

Thanks for being part of our creative adventure. Catch you in the next update!

Spooky and cuddly hugs

ahahah this is super nice! Please, more Halloween stuff. I need to print tons of them for my nieces!

Koza Design

Ill do more designs for Halloween, any suggestions?

Aaron G

I love the concept of the ghost cape...I wonder whether you could expand on this. For kids it would be so much fun to lift the ghost cover to find out what's under it. Maybe a skeleton, maybe a witch, or something else.

Out of curiosity, why do you suggest to turn z-hop on?

Koza Design

thats to avoid hitting the part while the nozzle moves around different areas. I always use it and it helps a lot. Also some designs with complex overhangs warps a little in some of those areas and the nozzle can hit them and can produce failures and when you have enabled the function the nozzle will move a little bit up before moving to another area and avoid hit those warped areas.

This is super helpful. I am trying to print a design from another creator right now, and I am having this exact issue. Do you usually set the z-hop same value as your printing layer height?

Koza Design

I already have a sketch for one. ill be working on it today

thankyou Jason for your kind words, Its motivating.

Where could we newbies find the teddy bear? The costume won't do any good unless we have the bear.

Koza Design

Hello Connie, I included the file for the Teddy Bear in this same post.

Koza Design

Good question. Import the teddy bear into the slicer and scale it down 50% and it will fit in the small costume
