Brenda 23's Galvanic Mechamorph form, Techno-Bubble. She is completely amorphous; her humanoid form can reshape and move as a liquid does. She has the ability to merge with and possess any technology by encasing her liquified body over it. The size of the device is not significant, and she controls it as naturally as she would her own body. Her technological possession can work on non-electrical machinery, and the ability even extends to sentient beings that are mechanical in nature like robotic aliens or cyborgs. Though her control over sentient beings isn't 100%, and whoever she's bonded to can throw her off if given the chance. When bonded to technology, she's able to transform it to suit her purposes and can even repair or dismantle whatever she's bonded to.
