Version Update! Demo 1.3.c (Patreon)

This build has a small update that will change how the Tax system works with one new event for when you decide not to pay the tax.

I also included a change of Shop bit including the sprite of the Shop attendant.

The game should be compatible with all sizes of resolution screens now.

The change log is bugged, you can see the current change log but when you cycle it, it will overlap the newest and previous change log, restarting the game will make it appear normal again.

Edit 2: A bug for the tax event has been found, I also make an adjustment dialogue for the tutorial sequence.
