Hey, cultists! 🩸

Last month, I worked on what might genuinely be one of the most insane adventures I’ve ever designed and written: a huge dungeon crawl through the insides of an ancient Titan Worm, now transformed into the lair of a horrifying flesh cult. All of it built for level 11 adventurers.

Balancing something this large and this dangerous was definitely a challenge, though I’m extremely proud of how it turned out. I wanted every area to give the GM something fun to work with, while giving the players plenty to explore, interact with, survive, and probably regret touching.

Huge thank you to the awesome @MapXilla and @Dusky Cat for this insane collaboration.Enjoy!

Adventure ➤ Flesh & Bone

Available to Arcane Enthusiast tier patrons or higher.🚨Reminder! All Patreon rewards are also sent via DTRPG to Patrons after a couple of months and then become store exclusives.🚨

Cut through the cult. Reach the heart. Stop the rite.

Deep beneath a mountainside lies the ancient carcass of a Titan Worm, its flesh still twitching and its heart still beating after untold ages.

The Children of Marrow have turned those remains into a laboratory, harvesting tissue, blood, marrow, and crystal growths to create grafted monsters and fuel a ritual around the heart. The party must descend through the living carcass, uncover how the cult's experiments work, disrupt the Marrow Rite, and survive the horrors guarding the deepest chamber.

Flesh and Bone is a 5th edition dungeon crawl built around exploration, environmental hazards, cult experimentation, and a difficult multi-layered finale. Research Discoveries reward careful investigation with practical advantages, while the Marrow Rite tracks how much progress the cult makes as the party pushes deeper into the Titan Worm.
