Hoooo boy... Here we go...

Hello all of you wonderful supporters!

So, I'm not going to sugarcoat this, I wasn't able to finalize a release for the end of the year. Frankly, I procrastinated and couldn't motivate myself to work on the project until recently, so here we are, updateless. Now, before you go grabbing pitchforks, I do have something for you that's like an update but not a full update.

After some deliberation, I've decided to change the Early Access entry on itch.io into an Active Development Build of the game. What this means is, as work on the game, I can continually update the game online to get more feedback and also keep me more productive. My goal is to have small updates every few days as I further finalize content for the full release. And, as Patrons, you'll be able to play through whatever is currently being worked on, even in its incomplete state. This does mean that you can potentially spoil yourself on upcoming content, but I'll try to keep the more juicy story details vague until an actual release.

So, as far as Patreon benefits go, the Early Access benefit is being replaced with access to a (hopefully) more frequently updated Development Build.

In addition to all this, I will be Pausing Patreon Billing until I finish the next release. I think it's only fair that I don't get paid until I actually deliver a proper update. This, combined with the active DevBuild of the game, should keep me far more honest and productive to deliver proper updates to you.

This past year I did not deliver when it comes to updates to the game, and as much as I enjoy making all sorts of wonderful and spicy images for you, the game should come first. So now that it's a new year, I'm making a new plan.

"New Year, New Me" may not always mean "New Year, Better Me", but I'm sure as hell going to try to be a more "Productive Me".
