Hello! Welcome to my very first Full Length reaction! I can't even tell you how excited I am to share this with you. The entire MCU has been an epic ride, but this movie was extra special.

I watched this on Disney Plus, if you'd like to use the same streaming service.

Have the most wonderful time!! Let me know your thoughts in the comments!!

Avengers: Infinity War (Full-Length Reaction)

kafe

Yeeees! I was hoping you were gonna drop your Patreon for the Infinity War!! Thank you, Jax! Hopping into this reaction right now, can't wait.

Curaitis

Dream came true. You have such a great personality and your reactions were always so much fun to watch. Big thanks to you for doing it. I really like Thanos cause i think his Cause is relatable in some form. I can imagine that an Event like seeing his own Homeworld die after he suggested to them a way out can change someone so drastically that you go insane and not turn evil in a classic way. He´s so deep into his own Rabbit hole that he really sees no other way then killing half the Population in the Universe. Of course its insane but look at us right now. Its insane what we do to our World but instead of making it better we are keep doing all the bad things and trying to do as little as possible to safe us and most of us wouldnt consider us insane. He tries to do the right thing but on his Journey he lost his mind and never noticed. That doesnt make him evil he just mislead himself int believing his way is the only way..

C hase

For Lamby!

Lee Aguera

We're in the Endgame now Lamby

Iain Bain

Love your reactions, Jax, especially to the MCU. Really glad I can watch the tail end of Phase 3 and beyond with you!

Zeroplue

Love your reaction! Also, love your hair in this video!

Joseph salazar

Phase 4 is not as bad as everyone says although the quality does a drop a little but if you think about they gotta build to something bigger now. So it’ll take some time

Nick Shillingford

This was the best theater experience I've ever had. I remember it being absolute silence in the room once the credits rolled. Nobody said a word and it was quiet all the way outside to the parking lot.

Calculatus Eliminatus

Agree with Nick. It was silence. People just sat there. Stunned. Walked out in silence. We had no knowledge of the future. They had announced nothing. We had no idea of the future movies. The dusting of the end credit "Infinity Way". It was brutal. This was Thanos' hero story. He was the protagonist and he won. Oh and Jax letting loose with the Fword. I'm so happy for you.

Steve J

Back when the movies were first announced the next two Avengers films were billed as Infinity War Part I and Part II, so I think a lot of us expected cliffhanger, but yeah, the wait for the next one was brutal. For as many great moments this one had (sad, funny, and epic) I think Endgame tops it for sure. You might want to stay out of all the comments sections till then, people love spoiling things. (YT is kind of really bad at that...) As far as the comics, I think Thanos' grand plan was courting the literal embodiment of Death, the character. To make her fall in love with him his plan was to kill a few zillion people via infinity stones. I don't think that was as good as the idea for the movie.

Quarty

Congratulations on Patreon :) I agree avoid all comments now for spoilers until you have finished Endgame. Looking forward to watching the rest along with you (including Phase 4!)

Dax

My face on hearing Jax ask for a quick resolution to the Asgardian ship stinger: (ó﹏ò｡)

OMG I didn't even realized I cursed! Haha, I would have censored that if I'd caught that. I must have been so caught up in the experience I didn't even realize. The theater experience for this must have been brutal. Having no hope of future films...wow! I've never seen a protagonist win before, so this was intense.

Rippan

For the true experience, you now have to wait a year for End Game like we did :) I remember the day in theater as this one ended, everyone just... sat there quiet for minutes trying to understand what just happened. Most people walked in thinking this was another happy ending Avengers movie... no, this is a Thanos movie. and oh boy will you need tissues for End Game as well.

Thank you so much for being here!! That's such a great take on Thanos. He's probably the most realistic villain out of the MCU since he really doesn't want to rule, he just wants to help...in his own twisted way.

Reacts With Jax
>>120792212

WOW! I can't even imagine what that must have been like. The only thing getting me through this film's ending is knowing there are a few more films to go.

Zeliodes

Infinity War reaction AND a Patreon reveal, happy Friday! I remember you replying to my comment on YouTube asking if you'll make one and I have been hoping since then that it comes before Infinity War. Also, thank you for adding the full-length Ragnarok reaction, that'll be a fun watch!

Andy Smith

Loved the reaction Jax, so glad you have a patreon now. No spoliers just a few things you may have missed. The distress call at the beginning is voiced by kenneth branagh who directed the first thor movie. Thanos is so powerful he can hold a stone without dying. As powerful as he is though the snap hurt him, the glove is damaged as is his arm which you may have seen when editing for youtube. Last, please watch the tv series in release order alomgside the movies.

Pearl Jam

Well, I was about to watch on YT, but then you got a Patreon. Looks like I’ll be doing a rewatch! 🤩 I see you put up a few earlier movies too, awesome! I’m hopeful that you have more full-length reactions to some of your earlier movies as you’ve reacted to some of my favorites already, but it’s understandable if you don’t. Looking forward to this journey regardless.

Andrew McGeehin

I wish you could go back and live in the world we did, in between this and Endgame! The theories on what would happen were amazing!!! Unfortunately I can't imagine how you could back to see some of them without spoiling the next couple movies. I can't wait for the next reactions!!! Thank you Jax for such amazing energy!!!!

Steve Mercier

Been waiting for this patreon...cool.

I'm so glad you are here and enjoying my Patreon!! I really hope you enjoy the full-length reactions too. I'll be updating the Patreon as often as possible with my backlog of footage, so there will be more full-length MCU movies to come!

I can't imagine having to wait a year of Endgame! What a terrible way to walk out of a theater, but hopefully Endgame will bring us a happier ending than this one.

Abner Aranivar

God we've been waiting for this! In more ways than 1 lol ! You're almost done with the first era of the MCU. I'd say after Endgame you should definitely watch the epilogue shows(Wanda Vision, Falcon & The Winter Soldier, Loki and What if?) , Then I would say the Netflix verse should be next. Its a more serious street level dark corner of the MCU. It is loosely connected to the bigger MCU proper but will lead right into Hawkeye. Daredevil will probably be one of your favorite MCU heroes of all time. Mark my words!

Getoff Mylawn

Im so glad you finally set up this Patreon. Your full length reaction is exactly as awesome as I thought it would be.

Thank you so much for joining my Patreon!! I've saved all the footage from every movie starting with The Avengers. I have to go back and re-synch everything, but I'm hoping to drop full-length reactions to those films each week.

Thank you so much for being here!! The fan theories must have been so crazy. I'm avoiding spoilers like the plague, but I did see one that said Thanos is an acronym for where the stones are found...that blew my mind. But, there is still the soul stone to find.

Jerry Taylor

It's a special feeling to share a loved movie/series with a friend because you relive the experience of seeing it for the first time through the eyes of your special "family". Thank you Jax for being so genuine and heartwarming... you feel like Autumn leaves and pumpkin spice for the soul.

Doug Watson

Yay, you got a Patreon! I'm gonna start here and go back to the beginning of the MCU. I know, I'm weird.

Reacts With Jax
>>120829882

I'll be adding those full reactions week by week! I started saving my footage when I watched The Avengers, so that's the earliest reaction I'll post for the MCU.

eladrin22

I will always say you should try Agents of SHIELD at some point. Its so good... and so many people miss it. :P I get it is a long commitment to watch the whole thing though.

eladrin22

oh, and the original avenger you forgot? Thatd be Clint... The always forgotten Avenger :P

BigBullyBusick

Love this reaction! Your range of emotions after the end credits started rolling was epic lol. The only movie I can compare this to is Empire Strikes Back. Both left me with a feeling of uncertainty and excitement for the next movie. Can't wait for your Endgame reaction.

Skyefriday

So glad you are finally here on patreon - especially with this movie to start it out. I saw this movie on opening night at the theater, and the reactions of everyone were similar to yours and worse coming out of the theater. There were people crying their eyes out in the theater as we walked out after the end credit scene. Then the questions and theories started to fly. Waiting for endgame was horrible.

AGBmom

I smile like that when Chris Evans...I mean Steve Rogers comes on the screen too lol

Joshua E Yee

Oh, Snap! I'm so glad you have a Patreon. I was wondering why you didn't have one.

Cpt_Kirk

Good catch on the 5 of the original 6 still standing! You saw that coming...

Marshariki Bowie

oh boo boo 1yr or 10, it doesn't matter you are one of Us now. Welcome🥰

Johnathan Huslage

What a fantastic reaction. You say you feel silly for investing in these characters but you shouldn't! It's great to get wrapped up in stories and characters and see their journey from beginning to end. It's truly once in a lifetime feeling. From the comics side, I'll be that guy: Thanos did not have that motivation in the comics, he killed to have a relationship with Death (the physical embodiment of her) and thought that this would impress her. The stones can also alter any aspect of existence, so it makes Thanos able to manipulate the universe as he sees fit. If he didn't have Visions Mind stone, he would still be powerful, but he would have to do it the hard way and not be able to snap his fingers and eradicate them in an instant. Also, the comics includes way more heroes, including the Fantastic Four, X-men and Avengers as well. The wait for Endgame was certainly tough but all I'll say is that it's 100% worth it. It was tough seeing you angry and sad considering how you're usually so bubbly and happy but most if not all who view definitely felt like that the first time watching it. I hope your comfort food helped and I can't wait to see your reaction to the next Avengers movie!

The Dingo

In the theater, it was silent as a tomb other than the sobs. There was no talking. There was no anything. Everyone was completely numb and totally in shock. And yes there were a few laughs like you laughed with people not knowing how to process the ending, and all they could do was laugh. It. Was. Traumatizing. For. Everyone.

John

That was a great reaction, and I'm not surprise. You would've guessed it, there were excitements and shocks in this Avengers chapter. I was also really invested in these characters as I am a big fan of Marvels. It was a very long journey we have with these characters and feel like they're part of our lives for so long because these actors and actress have stayed with MCU franchise for so long, that it feels that no one can replace them. I am too anxious for you to get to Endgame, but the next 2 also essential to watch before Endgame to understand who and why in that chapter.

Michael Kemmet

:D I have never seen: "Well.... f--k you too, Marvel." so eloquently expressed on a face as at 2:34:38(as the end of the endcredit scene sunk in). Got a great belly laugh out of that one. ;)

Matt Jones

When I saw this in theatres, it was the weirdest experience at the end. The whole place was dead silent as everyone walked out slowly, just processing this loss. Like nothing else.

Thank you so much for being here! I am thrilled that you enjoyed this full reaction!! ❤️🎉 Thank you for your show suggestions too! I am really looking forward to getting into the MCU shows.

Robin Wise
>>120876815

All 6 are still standing at this point. We didn't see Clint in this movie.

Robin Wise

The logo on Fury's pager was not for Captain America. Almost every villain has a hero that primarily opposes them: their nemesis. In the comics, Thanos has a heroic counterpart. Comics nerds saw that logo on Fury's pager and thought, "ohhhhhhhhh". We felt hope that was denied to you because you didn't know what the logo represented. If it'd been the Red Skull that won the day, and we saw Captain America's logo, it'd be like this. If Loki had won and we saw Thor's logo, it'd be like this. Instead, Thanos won, and we saw... something else. I was really looking forward to this reaction! Infinity War is... the beginning of the end of everything we've seen set up already. Endgame is the same, but it resolves the story. Bring tissues, and be ready for a lot. But it's a GREAT movie.

Dwight White

Glad u took my advice with the tissues but u did well, we all cried like little baby's and yes Thanos is a weird one but he has a point, resources will be limited after a point time even in our reality but luckily we're a couple 100 or 1000 years away from that but killing people is still wrong. But hey 1 out of 14mil possible outcomes ... We're in the Endgame now

Reacts With Jax
>>121049866

Wow! That is such a great description of what that logo means. Thank you so much for explaining that. I can't wait for Endgame!! ❤️🎉❤️🎉

Kendall Brown

Every time I watch this, I can't help but to think about people who were in commercial airplanes flying to another city, state or country who didn't dust but their pilots did. The people on those planes would die for real like Gamora and not just turn to dust the way so many others did.

Tanya O'Donnell

I made the mistake of rewatching Thor Ragnarok right before watching this movie and it hits harder because of it. :(

Chris (darkwater)

Absolute silence at the end in the theatre. It was wild.

Matthew Ashton

it was really emotional to me watching this in cinema I've grown up watching all the marvel movies hit me really hard. Nothing beats Infinity war or Endgame for me expect maybe Ragnarok, loved your reaction to this :)

ryan ruby

Why is the entire movie blurred out?

LastStarFighter

The increasing TC in the video doesn't work well against Disney plus which has a declining TC (or time remaining)
