To answer your question at the end of the video for as to “If someone can un-bubble someone else’s bubble.” Anyone (Gem or No Gem) can pop a bubble. (Like when Steven popped the bubble that Garnet made to capture Peridot.)

Steven helped the gems help themselves basically. He set the motion of the idea of bubbling themselves instead of forming by bubbling 5 gems, so they copied it and Steven helped them bubble until they eventually bubbled the cluster

I believe Steven essentially made the Cluster aware of itself, binding it into a hive mind. All the gem shards made an empathic connection and sort of became a real fusion. Remembering Garnet’s line in her song “I am a conversation.” I think, at this point, we are just happy the Earth is not ten minutes away from exploding, and maybe forgetting that Homeworld knows about the Cluster, or just assuming that Homeworld will wait forever on Peridot’s word that it’s coming soon. It could work. They live forever. “Soon” might mean “within a thousand years” to them.

People already told you I think, but Hulu doesn’t have all the episodes of Steven universe so once you get to the end you’ll have to switch to another streaming service and watch the rest. So after you finish the Hulu eps, don’t watch the movie, it will spoil well, a LOT
