Porco having the facial armor is likely due to genes, and the fact that he trained to be a titan, ymir only got the jaw titan out of pure luck, so she wasnt really meant to be a warrior which is why porco’s jaw titan is superior and stronger to ymir’s because he was trained to inherit it.

Im pretty sure it will be 3 seperate children who get the powers of eren if he happened to die, not all of the powers would be passed onto one child.

Every Titan user is different. You can look at the Attack Titan who had 3 different users. Eren had a bigger jaw while his father had a hairy chest & the Owl looked the most basic. The rest of your questions will be answered within this season 🍿🍿
