Okay, here's what I know and what I think I know: -Mark is in the process of reintegration, it's not an immediate result. You'll see more of what happens later on. -Outie Irving and Innie Irving aren't that different from one another, they have a knack for putting the pieces together with clues( remember outie Irving had list of names and the paintings), so him suspecting Helly was eventually going to come to light. -The dream Irving had was like his brain putting the pieces together. -The Helena reveal was actually sprinkled throughout the episodes before the BIG reveal: The episode when they came back, Helly had trouble turning on her computer unlike the others, she seemed too nice and not her rebellious self.

Also, when Outie Helly said she didn't like who she was on the outside, she was actually talking about herself, which explains why her innie is more straightforward.
