So here's some of my theories for season 3: -Since Eagan Sr. likes Helly more than his actual daughter, he's going to keep her severed for "Kier" purposes. -Mark will be spared since Helly has feelings for him and Eagan doesn't want to risk Helly doing something crazy if they try to kill Mark -Milchick might be promoted since Drummond got shot and killed -Wherever Irving went, he might meet up with someone that worked at Lumon and was "sent away" by Burt and reveal some more secrets Oh, I can't wait to see season 3!
