Also triple G said the comet was off schedule saying that it was coming early and heading towards Mars as it usually only hits Earth

Anthony

So the last ep the crown backstory we can call it The comet in that ep is the one that hits every 1,000 years and at the end of the ep the comet does hit earth. Then we get the ep Simon and Marcy that takes place about 990-ish years before the show started, and that's when the mushroom bomb went off. The mushroom bomb was the event 1000 years after Evergreen's time becuase it was crooked, and the next one to use it was Simon. So thats where it sets on the timeline. Then this ep, the comet isn't the one that hits every 1000 years. They think that it is, and that's why they were confused about why it's off course and about to hit Mars instead of Earth way too early, but in reality, it's Finn's dad.(anyone feel free to add on or correct me if I missed anything or missrememberd)

what i love abt this ep is how finn asks philosophical questions. I do that too and especially when at fire camps
