leave it to your local enby to talk pronouns lol but consider it more of a fun fact. Most reactors default to "she" for the gems but in the official english translation Ichikawa directly requested the translators use "they" since the gems are purposely meant to be genderless. that said many fansubs use "he" since in japanese they use the pronoun "boku" which is considered masculine. regardless the only truly incorrect pronoun in english is "she" lol
