I was thinking of changing it:

Option 1 - Keep the same setup

Option 2 - I will use a randomizer to pick 9 popular girls and 5 unpopular girls to be in each poll and the top 3-5 winners of that will get a set.

Option 3 - I will use a randomizer to pick 14 random girls both popular and unpopular to be in each poll and the top 3-5 winners of that will get a set.
