Hope you have fun with the HD DVD player! :D

Jacob

You sounded more like a Texan than you did Australian, Tony 😅

I'm glad you guys got the coffee mugs. I'm surprised Newt chose the one that he did. I thought he'd take the one with all the babes on it. Athena's appearance is based on my wife and Aphrodite is based on Taylor Swift. Terra is based on Elize Ryd of Amaranthe (and she shared it)! Autumn & Neela are actually Ceratosauruses (they have horns and are smaller).

You guys can give the copies of the book away if you want or you can hoard them until the first edition values go up by a lot in a few years (they're deliberately devalued at $14.07 right now). They were for members of the crew and some of the regulars. Riley from ASEPresents asked if he could pick one up in October when he's around.

I personally think Newt's face is cooler now. He's like Rocky. It adds character.

Cool stuff sent it, and it's great to see Newt doing better.

You guys sound more South African XD

Blake Radcliffe

Some Australian movies that should be reviewed on Talking About Tapes (in my opinion): Bad Boy Bubby, Hercules Returns, Romper Stomper, The Original Mad Max, The Castle, Muriel's Wedding, Shine, Strictly Ballroom, any Yahoo Serious movie, Cosi, Fat Pizza and The Wog Boy.

Triva: the book is satire & I even trolled Tim Lahaye & Jerry Jenkins hard about their end-times/Rapture novels. There's even an Allosaur comedian based on George Carlin who directly references Lahaye's books by saying "Buck's a stupid @$@ing name." And the entire Apocalypse in "The Destroyer of Worlds" takes 6 pages (where as Left Behind took 12 books).

The only thing missing from the care package was a pack of Dunkaroos. +1 to Newt for the Men at Work reference.
