Hey guys I saw some movies this summer and figured I'd do a quick vlog where I briefly talk about them. Might do these once a month.

I discovered John Carpenter's Elvis from watching your show. It's something I didn't expect to be as good as it is. It's like "Really? Master of Horror John Carpenter made an Elvis movie and it stars the guy who played Snake Plissken, Jack Burton and RJ MacCready?". But I had to check it out and am glad I did.

I remember when Vertical Limit came out. My uncle climbs rocks so he was going OFF about the inaccuracies of the movie. Lol. Of course back then pointing out movie mistakes wasn’t as cliche as it is now. So I always hold that as a funny memory. xD

I thought They/Them was all over the place, every horror scene felt like a separate movie. Like I want a whole movie of manipulative therapist bitch as the villain. And Kevin Bacon and the title set up inaccurate Friday the 13th expectations. I hope the movie gets sequels though. Still a lot of potential and the characters are likable.

yeah I think I would have preferred a drama about the kids at camp accepting who they were despite the counselors attempts.

The reboot Tomb Raider games actually cleverly use cinematic parts as loading between playable parts. Like when she’s kidding through crevices. I agree, uncharted games are basically interactive movies. Naughty Dog seems to pride themselves in this. Last of Us 2 is even more so an interactive movie. Lol

So maybe the theatrical version of jurassic world dominion isn't as good as extended cut I'm watching from red box because this movie is amazing and even made me jump and they did deliver on the jurassic world finally. I'd put it right after the first one and I didn't like the other jurassic worlds. You should do a track watching extended version

Why did my comment get deleted? Especially as A Patreon paying customer, and I said nothing controversial.

I don't delete comments so that's bizarre? What did is say? Was their cursing or what not? I'll check if I have some filter turned on.

All I said was that The Elvis movie did take me out, and if they needed to use modern music artists like Prince would have made more sense.., yet when I noticed when the director, also for the latest “gatsby” that used modern music, to its detriment, it unfortunately made sense, but ultimately liked the flick. Love the content not leaving but just found that weird to rid..

Wait that comment sounds familiar. I wouldn't have deleted that. Must have been an accident. Sorry about that.

Love the content, the Halloween parody was hilarious, and excellent!! I don’t know how I would’ve done it but if I accidentally ‘butt’ deleted it? But really not sure how that had happened…. Appreciate the outreach!!
