Summer Shipping / Invicta Update (Patreon)

Attention Institute Personnel!

First, thank you once again for your patience as we get ready for Stellaris Invicta III. As a Canadian channel with most of our audience in the States’, the last few months have been incredibly challenging. We’ve needed to switch to all domestic suppliers while navigating drastically increased wait times & costs. Thankfully, that process is now complete, and we have received the last shipment we were waiting on.

All overdue Patreon shipments will be going out over the next month. 

Sending out physical rewards has unfortunately become a lot more difficult in 2026 compared to 2017, but it’s part of what makes the Templin Institute unique, and something we’re committed to. 

It’s also something we needed to lock down before we could launch Invicta. Posters, flags & other merch from the Greater Terran Union and Antares Confederacy were a key part of prior seasons, and launching Season III without those same elements is now unthinkable. Nobody appreciates delays I know, but I’d much rather lock down these bugs ahead of time then have them interrupt the course of our campaign. 

That said, the delay has allowed us to take advantage of the new major Stellaris expansion, Nomads. We’ve also used the last few months to review all your Alien Empire & Noble House submissions, design new elements for our videos, and get ahead on some mammoth scripts. 

But while we’d initially hoped to launch Invicta and Templin’s regular schedule together, our growing team of artists and creators needs just a bit more time to bring it all together.

Regular Templin content will therefore resume today, and we’ll be aiming to launch Invicta by the end of July.
