Boc is a bully victim, ostracised by his own people. He didn’t grow up wanting to be violent and engage in the activities his peers did. He instead enjoyed sowing and mending things. Finally he finds someone who is nice to him and, yes, he makes them his world and goes strongly on being subservient because that’s what he’s been taught by bullies his whole life. He doesn’t know better. I understand pitying Boc and moving on because he doesn’t add much value. Just a bit of a shame
