One thing I’m surprised doesn’t get mentioned when discussing Malenia and Miquella’s afflictions from being born of a single god is that it also can be seen as relating to Morgott’s rune. Morgott is the only demigod (that we know) whose name doesn’t match his parentage. The Gs are Godfrey’s line the Rs are from Rennala. I always thought that this was meant to show that they tried to blame the Omen as a result of the “broken bloodline” and preserve the story of the golden lineage

Loved this episode and followup guys, Really good. I've mentioned a few things over the time but one thing I'd really like to pass on to Rory is does he know he can craft prism stones! You're probably well ahead in filming but I know his love for them (watching DS3 play through again now)

I think it gets lost a little bit here that it's the same needle that comes from Millicent that then gets put into Malenia's bloom and comes back out as 'Miquella's Needle', and not multiple needles

I was just rewatching this and I think one of the sisters falls off in the beginning when Rory does the fire breath bc there were 2 but then only Mary remained, did anyone else notice this? Or did I miss something
