This week Krupa and Gav pit the Jurassic World trilogy up against the Star Wars sequel trilogy and decide which lacklustre sequel series is actually the most watchable. It's a tough job but someone's got to do it.

Thanks to Scotty for sending in this week's main question. If you have any similar missions for us to solve, please send them to: bit.ly/ShieldUp

Stay safe and keep your shield up!

6am here over the pond, what an early morning treat

I saw the first 2 of each of these sequel trilogies and skipped the 3rd. The first Jurassic Park movie from the early 90s is such an absolute gem, but Krupa's right - making a sequel to a disaster film is bonkers and it continues to disappoint. Though I love the original Star Wars trilogy, Disney has yet to recreate that magic.

Glad you said it, Daniel. It’s so hard to be interested in anything Star Wars related anymore.

True soldiers. I salute you and wish you well.

After The Last Jedi I kinda had a revelation that I don’t really care that much about Star Wars so I also skipped Rise of Skywalker. I still watch most of the Disney+ shows but it’s mainly cause there just there. But I don’t think they’ve found a good balance between expanding the universe, telling good stories but also not making it too obscure for casual viewers.

Last Jurassic was definitely worse than Rise. Neither great, though.
