I always gain weight when I'm on holiday. Like you guys said - when in America - indulge. :D I was there for three weeks once. Gained one kilo (2 pounds) every week.

“Stick a f*cking Greedo in there!” Truer words have not been spoken.

Right? Email sent out yesterday, then the post disappeared. I think Gideon Ofnir pulled a Zimmo, he doesn't want his secrets spilled to a bunch of puffchests.

There was a Patreon error and the post went live slightly earlier. It'll be live this coming Sunday.

Was that a Flying Dinosaur Universal Studios Japan shoutout? Just been there in summer and it was class

It was so amazing to meet you guys and the other slugs! EVERYBODY was so nice. I was definitely part of the after party crew and had a massive hangover the next day but it was totally worth it <3

So true about the Haunted Mansion - I remember sitting for 45 minutes on the corner facing Madame Leota in her crystal ball repeating her lines - good times

Fantastic to hear about Gav and Krupa's trip to Orlando - we went with extended family in April for a couple of weeks but only did the Disney parks and can concur that the food was immensely better than I ever expected (the Ronto Wrap in Galaxy's Edge and chilli dog from Casey's Corner were a couple of highlights for me) and we did the proper thing and actually bought a take home glaas from Oga's Cantina 😂 Would love to share notes as the Universal parks sound awesome!

Re: Haunted Mansion! Yes. Every. Single. Time. However! It’s not always broken! Because of the nature of the ride (continuously operating), in order for some guests to get onto/off a ride vehicle, they need to stop the attraction.

ALSO don’t get me started on Galaxy’s Edge and the time-setting of that whole space. As an industry there are whole conversations about timelessness and nostalgia as it relates to decisions made at Galaxy’s Edge. I’ll save that convo for the next time y’all are in Orlando lol
