Patreon content changes (Patreon)

Hey guys! This is a list of the changes I'll be making to my Patreon. Basically, I'll no longer be making 3Dprint versions so I can use the girls' models and create more content

I really appreciate your support. This change will improve things!:)

This wont be an improvement, its changing totally the patreon and its people

I prefer models only for 3D printing, but then again, I'm not a subscriber so it doesn't really matter...

Yup, all print versions will always be available on my Gumroad:)

i kinda like this shift in content, think about it, we get some models that weve never seen made in your style (kinda hoping for like a blue diamond at somepoint idk) and we get to play around wiht them in our own Blender projects, and no offense at alll if this comes across the wrong way, the 3d printing feels like it takes way longer to make alongside the blender models themselves

Well yes... I will probably still make some versions, like busts or +18 versions, but not with the most detailed models since that lengthens the creation process a lot, also not many have access to a 3D printer, but they do have access to Blender, that added to the fact that I feel better creating models for animation and scenes that can be seen in real time made me change the content

Even if you are not a paying member, your opinion matters to me:) I will probably make busts or print versions, but not as detailed with details in the textures or accessories, since that greatly lengthens the creation time and that makes many cancel their subscription.

It's exactly what I want!:) more people have access to Blender than to a 3D printer, preparing a model for animation and for printing takes more time than just for printing, so I decided to make this change for that, to make more models, but remove the burden of preparing everything for printing, I will probably make some versions for printing, like busts or similar versions, but not as detailed and with such worked textures as the other models

Thank you very much! Perhaps the rig versions will take longer, and I won't do it with all the models since it's a lot of work, but taking the burden off me of preparing models optimized for animation for printing will help me a lot to create more models and create more content with the ones I've already made:)

I understand, if that's the way you want to go, no hard feelings and I wish you the best. Personally, I just don't know for what other purpose I would use these models than for 3D print. I'm a sculptor myself and miniatures painter, that's why I somehow to found your nice sculpts too, but rigs, animations, tweaking around mesh and UV is not appealing to my preferences at all. I found doing sculpts only for 3D printing is less time consuming for me than anything else with the model :) But you know, even a less detailed model can look very nice once painted properly, so this could be a nice way to goo too ;)

Exactly! That's why I'm also thinking of making busts or print versions, but without UVs and optimized for an animated version. But for now, I want to stabilize my content so I can have some order:)

I'm here for 3d printing mainly, but I see this as a win. I actually joined for the headsculpts primarily to make some custom JLU figures, so if this means we get more characters that's great.

That was also my goal, to be able to make busts or more models of the DC girls and have more freedom:)
