DAISY HAS ENTERED THE SHOW?!?! This was overall such a cute episode! I hope we get more of Donald and Daisy!

I don't know how many of these movies are before your time, but Louie's 11 is a reference to Ocean's 11, a crew of 11 varied and distinctive experts assembled to rob a casino by a guy called Danny Ocean. "Yippee-Ki-Yay, Mr Falcon" is a Die Hard reference. In the Die Hard films about suited bad guys who take a glitzy party hostage, Bruce Willis shouts "Yippee-Ki-Yay, mother****er!" as his battle cry. In the censored version this was infamously redubbed to "Yippee-Ki-Yay, Mr Falcon!" despite no character in the film having that name. But in Ducktales you have Falcon Graves so it's a clever insertion. I know Daisy most from the Quack Pack tv series where she plays a reporter. I initially thought Ducktales' Roxanne Featherly who interviews Scrooge was her.

"Louie's 11" is a reference to the heist movie "Ocean's 11." Also, I love this version of Daisy. Of all her appearances, this show has probably the least toxic portrayal of her and Danald's relationship.

Im so glad you enjoyed this episode because it si one of my favorites. Love the introduction of daisy and what they chose to do with her character.
