Below are my notes about this character. She will be conducting the personality test for new managers before handing them off to the lovely Jessica for a 'hands-on' evaluation.

Mary Anne Steele moves through Melandren Corporation like a predator...precise, inevitable, and leaving no trace of hesitation. Her office is a monument to control: white walls that reflect no warmth, a desk of polished chrome where the only decoration is the Ten Sissy Commandments, backlit and a constant reminder of the mission. The air hums with the quiet efficiency of a machine designed for one purpose: to build the team.

She is average height, unyielding, and always well put together. Her voice is soft, almost hypnotic, the kind that makes you lean closer before you realize she has made you respond to her. When she speaks, it’s never a question... she operates on facts.

The Managers under her command live for her approval. She doesn’t just hire and train them...she forges them, creating confidence, power and new acolytes to 'cause'. She is... after all... a true believer. A new Manager standing before her for the first time will feel her gaze like a physical weight, her questions not tests of skill, but of will. And if they pass? She rewards them...as they have proved to be her equal and a warrior for the cause.

The sissies know her differently. To them, she is not a monster. She is worse. She is indifference given form. She has no interest in using Sissy's sexually. They are product. Their value is measured in compliance scores and efficiency reports. When one resists, she doesn’t rage. She sighs, as if disappointed by a faulty tool, and then assigns a Manager to correct the problem as tech support. Sissies are lesser in her eye. She is a true believer. Their weakness was pre-determined and by being weak they have earned their role as something less than human.

Her greatest fear is not failure. It is being seen as weak. She would rather ruin a man than let him see her flinch. And if someone...anyone...were to expose a crack in her armor, to prove she had misjudged, had allowed weakness to slip through her process? That would be unforgivable.

...and that makes her dangerous.

*takes note: possible weakness, Ms. Steele pride. Blame manager? Find crack in armor* So scary! I better behave and never try anything funny!

Hmmm miss Steele sounds like she makes managers a different kind of sissy..... Maybe new managers will cut me some slack if I were to steele the answers to her test for them *grins*

Jinny

Yikes! She even looks scary mean! I hope some of the newer managers aren't gonna get into trouble with her.

"She has no interest in using Sissy's sexually. " She's inhuman. Has anyone checked whether she is am alien, the type from space?

The true believer archetype is my personal favorite.
