Today's Management Quiz Question

A new Sissy still clings to scraps of her old life as she presents herself in her little pink robe to you for the first time. She looks up at you with wet eyes and whispers that she is scared. How do you respond?

A. I think it is important to associate her new femininity with positivity so the fear melts instead of hardening into resistance. I would be encouraging and praising until she starts to crave the softness I offer.

B. It is critical that a sissy understands there is no path back to her old male life. Discipline is how I would push her through the tantrum until she accepts that she is a sissy from this moment on.No fence-sitting... which one is it?

... but I like fence sitting! While both would work, I think B best matches the Academy vibe, and would work best on me. There may be some surprise on the part of the Sissy at the Manager's response to this expression of vulnerability, which may help to enhance the lesson. A key idea is that once you set down this path, push past any Sissy resistance until you see the results that you want. A Sissy should not win any contest of wills. Having said that, I would like to ascend to the meta-level and assert that breaking a rule or norm on occasion is often the basis of an interesting narrative. And then I'll hop off the fence. 😀

Michelle Bubbles

In this situation absolutely B. Softness and rewards should be given to the sissy when she, unprompted, expresses femininity, not when she actively clings to her past!

prissy

Spatterjay, you'll get splinters, sitting on the fence.

prissy

In my wide experience, it has been mostly B.

This depends for me on how the sponsor originally presented the request for what they want from the sissy. If they want the sissy to be a loving companion who ends up loving and craving hew new life, then it's A. If they want the sissy to be more like a pet who just follows orders, then it's B.

Splinters are just memories of past states of indecision!

Laura Aldor

A. You want the her to freely share those delicious sissy tears.

If THAT is aimed at me,... I am Not fence-sitting. 😝😝 Answer: Normally, I would answer is B.(critical that a sissy understands there is no path back to her old male life.) BUT this time I will answer A. (...it is important to associate her new femininity with positivity so the fear melts) See,... I Can be a 'soft touch' too. 🥰🥰

Shannon Scott

Hope that she is wearing panties,... Ouch!

prissy

I was just teasing Shannon. It often get me into the trouble. The Superiors often lack humour.

B. Brand-spankin'-new sissy in a pink robe, wet eyes, clutching on to her old-life blankie, and hoping the nice Manager will make the scary feelings go away. *shudders* A. would stroke her hair and tell her femininity is safe and soft until she starts craving the praise like a treat. That’s just teaching her a different bedtime story. I’d rather a sissy understand the door behind her is already locked. Not because I’m in love with finality. Because as long as she’s still bargaining with the ghost of the "man" she used to be, everything she does is... contaminated. I don’t get clean reactions, raw honesty. I get performances aimed at escape. It's boring. It's predictable. So no. I don’t headpat the fear into compliance. The sissy should keep the fear and lose the exit. Once she stops glancing over her shoulder at a life that no longer exists, I get to see what she’s actually made of. That’s the interesting part. The rest is just sissy noise.

Deliligh Frost

Intresting. I got the impression You dint want "clean reactions and raw honesty". Infact i think it would just upset you.
