I just thought I'd share a little preview of the upcoming magic item crafting table feature.

Will it have options for things like materials for weapons and armors, and things like item granting Edge to the owner?

Not yet, and I'm not sure if it will. The challenge with materials is that those are highly subjective things, and it would nearly require me to duplicate that content for each material from any books that offer it, basically maintaining my own catalog while pretty much violating copyright. For granting an Edge, that's pretty simple to do already simply by dragging and dropping an Edge to the Item's properties tab, which adds it to its Item grants. Also, I'm not aware of any official costs for Edges on Items. The goal of this feature is in line with the overall goal of the module, which is to make building things and adjusting their stats automatically as fast as possible. The core feature, Item Tables, helps with searching through a filtered subset of Items and building out Character Actors quickly. I built the Crafting Table because I was building a lot of Actors that had masterwork or +1 weapons, and I needed a faster way to copy the weapon, calculate and edit its data changes, and add it to the Actor on the fly.
