More fixes for empty table rows and cells while sorting.
Fixes bug where exporting Actors to a Compendium triggered rendering of the Character Creator app.
Adds support for Item Piles: Ignores equipment affordability if Actor is an Item Pile or NPC.
Removes "Edit Character Build" and "Advance Character" context menu options from Item Pile Actors.
