Changes dice icons and styles for skills table.
Restricts toggling advances based on last applied advance.
Fixes rank vs translation comparison bug for Edge requirements.
Removes rank checking for powers due to limitations with current data structure (i.e., ranks on powers are input as string values and are not translatable).
Restricts skill dice icons to be draggable during character creation only when the Actor doesn't already have the skill.
